6 Years till Canon

Time passed and my children grew and the North expanded.

Our colonies grew cities beyond the wall continued to expand and more sprang up along the rivers acting as trading posts, mountain towns digging deep to find Dust, coastal cities expanding the ever growing trade web.

Expeditions are sent to part of the world, second and third sons are seen at ports trying to make it out on their own on in the colonies as most of the east colonies North have been settled. So they went South West to more tropical climates, soon Chocolate, Peppers, and Pineapples all things that could not be grown here in the North.

[The Landmass needs a name]

Trade all over Westeros and Essos expanded, Airships flying Northmen banners can be seen from Old town in the Reech all the way to Qarth trading in furs from beyond the wall, Vodka from Winterfell, and glass from White Harbor.

All trade ships escorted by the ever expanding Airforce of the North as new ships designs are built old wooden ships are stripes of military equipment and sold to traders. Giving room for the new flying steel ships with Dust and magic powered vessels are now seen flying over Westeros.

New technologies are popping up, Telegraph was invited by a young woman from White Harbor, the North would not look out place of the 1915s now as more and more people have guns using dust rounds, a armored train has even been built by a officer from flints fingers. Our researchers have been developing the starting of steam powered mechs, better planes, cars that have slowly been released, and more classified projects like radio and stealth tech.

With the expansion to the SouthWest a floating city to act as a mid point in the Sunset sea. While low on the list of things ideas have been through around and tested, with a mix of dust and enchanted zeppelins a floating city in the style of Columbia from Bioshock has been voted as the most viable.

The Norhern military has gotten pat its growing pain of new technologies and new strategies. We are armed with magic, guns, and airships all ready to defend the North. The lords sill have their personal forces but the North it self has a standing army.

Magic also continued to spread as did its byproducts. More and more magical animals can be found throughout the land, Griffins can be found throughout the mountains, real unicorns are said to be seen in the Northen forests, and the biggest Wyverns are rumored to be seen in Dorne on the edges of civilization.

Court Wizards also began to expand, Dorne with the Oil drilling sits and Sunspear having one more and more houses of Dorne requested to have one. We also repeated what we did in the North, wards were placed in castles and cites slowly enforcing the deals and loyalty of the lord and people of Dorne to the new government that they are developing that is similar to what we have in the North.

In Dorne they were steadily getting better, water and ice were transported down front the North making artificial lakes in Dorne near villages, aqueduct are being built by the Northen construction company with native labors, teaching them different techniques and tools.

In personal projects I had a couple, first teaching Rose and Nym everything I could as the time for Rose to get sent o HP verse by fate and Death is approaching. I of course told her of the prophecy, Voldemort, Dumbledore everything to make sure she was ready.

I also did not slack on my own learning, I learned a variety of spells to help me continue to develop the world, I studied and bought education in a lot of sciences. Radio, Rockets, anything that I could think of that could help us get a leg up on the other kingdoms. As much as I try to stop it technology and knowledge to spread, the farming techniques are preset in the seven Kingdoms, better quality steel, and small things that help them advance.

But thankfully ironically enough the Citadel has continued it ways of suppressing knowledge, they have destroyed and suppressed the idea of the printing press and any attempt to encourage small folk to read. This just encourages more to come North or the colonies.

My personal project for R&D has been clockwork and more steam powered items, I have been looking into calculations machines that are just massive clockwork as I want to open as many types of research as possible, working on steam powered mechs that use a mix of magic and engineering to move.

Most of my notes are passed to the Research notes are sent to the Research Institute of the North where they look into more applications like we did with the Airships. I did give some ideas on the planes like making better frames and systems to 1940s level but I try to stay hands off as much as possible to make sure they fo their own research avenues.

I did spend time with the other kids, and encouraging them to make their own way in life. Like Nym and Rose are,

Nym has continued her studies and has started to study under some of the older lords about strategies and we have not stopped our war games but have increased their realism about all factors, from supply to moral. And she has proven herself quite capable and thus we have allowed her to join patrols Beyond the Wall to monitor wildings and continue killing the worst of the tribes.

Rose, has continued her alchemy experiments and has slowly began to develop her own alchemy system that acts like Full metal alchemist system of magic. She has said she wants make a system that those with non active cores can use and from what she has said she is pretty close, they can do small stuff like repair and fuse. But they can not do large scale stuff yet but she says she is working on it.

Irileth, Lydias daughter wants to be an explorer. So she has been looking into cartography, sail, and flying the airships. She says even though we have the map to the world we do not have a small scale one of all the new lands, she also want to be the first to circumnavigate the world.

Orion, Andromeda's daughter want to be a biologist magical and mundane. He want to make artificial species and bring back extinct animals. He mostly just want dinosaurs, and once he learned about visiting his moms dimension and all the animals their he want to bring them back himself.

Hestia, Narsscia daughter is practically a clone of the woman. She want to work in the government like her mom and has been joining her in meetings of all kinds. She want to be the first woman elected prime minister.

Lio, has the Black madness like his mom Bellatrix. Not bad but enough we have to make sure he doesn't hurt himself on accidents. He want to be a fighter pilot in the military, and eventually be a aeronautical engineer to design planes.

Iris, daughter of lily has the biggest temper of the lot, she want to go into research like her mother but focus on space once she watched the Apollo landing when we were teaching the kids about the moon landings. This was only reinforced after she learned about Star Wars and Star Trek.

All the kids like Rose and Nym did have normal childhood stuff like cartoons, and sports to help them develop in a healthy way.

Rose began to panic quite a bit at this as did the moms but thankfully we had already had a plan in place. First, she will be summoned to the hall and act surprised to be here and make a show. Second after 2 hours me and Lily will arrive with the New Flagship called the The Maelstrom that is the first completely Steel Airship.

It has been armed and enchanted to the teeth enchantments that make the thing neigh invulnerable, a custom enchantment that has a storm follow it where ever it goes. As for weapons, type 94 naval cannons (18 Inch shells), a hanger of 10 planes, variety of bombs, and Magic fire flame throwers. Which will be escorted by all the ships beamed after the mothers that have been retrofitted fired with the new guns and plating. While Lydia stays behind to watch the kids.

The last two days were stressful, a goodbye party was thrown by the younger kids as they will be joining us after a couple of days just to be safe, but the moms are looking forward to seeing England again. I ahead mixed feelings about it, I have faith in Roses capabilities, she has been in fights before Beyond the wall, trained in as many styles of magic by the best teachers, and has a variety of magical weapons that I have made myself.

Rose-"I love you guys, and I will see you in a couple of hours" and she disappears with a pop and we wait.
