Two years passed and my team became proficient dealing with Wesen cases around Oregon mainly Portland area, 2 years before I bought 2 huge states in Portland: 14125 and 13939 NW Germantown Rd, located in Forest Park most of the housing of this area are completely surrounded by forest, 14125 have an amazing building called the Blackberry castle.

But I make some expansions making it having 20 rooms w/bathroom a full sized gym with a 25 meter climbing wall, also the gym equipment is specially asked to be sturdy and way more heavy than normal.

All doors of the castle are of an alloy of tungsten an steel and to be opened you need Biomethric signatures, optical and voice password to have access.

For entertainment there is a full sized bar and entertainment area, pool, spa and thermal sections a huge indoors movie theater and a room full of bowling lines, billiard tables and casino games.

Also it have a huge tower with 5 floors that are specially designed, the two highest ones are a full sized library with a lot of Grimm, mithology and expertise books with a huge study and a OpTable(an holographic table that I made to show me and the team whatever that I want from a particular Wesen and their weaknesses or their strenghts, as well as making an operation plan in it as well).

The 3rd floor of the tower is the alchimic lab it has a huge garden area that have the most exotice plants that I or Sarah might need for making alchemy as well as the necessary equipment.

The 2nd floor is the medic area, I specially ask for the top medic equipment available it has 8 beds all in their respective isolated space.

The first floor is the armory, we have practically all Grimm weapons that my adoptive and my fathers have in their stash, as well as firearms ther you also have access to the basement that is a full operational special room, based on holographic and sturdy cyborgs manipulated by Cortana we can practice the operation plan and it also works as a shooting/figthing training area.

It has 6.5 acres of vineyard and a wine storage room.

In the other estate I completely destroy the house and make a sturdy 4 floor building, three of them are underground and it is specially built to keep all kind of wesen behind bars, permanent or provisionally until they are sent to THE PURGATORY the top secret sturdiest prison ever made, also made specially to keep all the worst wesens, the ground one have all of our vehicles from land and air we also have a speed boat all of them are from special aloys and are strictly made to deal with anything or anyone in the top of the building are three huge heliports.

All the huge forest surrounding the estates are fully equiped with massive ton of cameras, moving thermal and night vision sensor's that are linked to Cortana, also there are many as well in the castle and prison building.

Today all is finally done Me and the team are oficiall going to move and due to our splendid work in these years the Director allowed us to move or Operation Center from Portland Division to this estates.

Today is February of 2011, the cannon is finally going to start I also became absurdely rich because of Cortana's help and I am actually the owner of the firm that Adalind is going to became a senior partner, speaking of women Kath always is trying to seduce me with her powers well I mean she doesnt need her powers but aparently the better you can handle their powers the more they are attracted mentally and physycally to you, thats's why the Succubus and Moisa are attracted to each other but they cant entirely handle tehir own seductive powers but mostly for that and the genetic issue is why those especies seek each other, now I dont know but I practically are immune to her powers maybe due to my bloodlines but that makes her crazy she knows that she is hot and that I found her attractive and that's why she keeps adavancing to me like crazy I cant be with her due to us working in th beaureu but now I might jump to her.

In the other way Grace makes Kath go away she becames completely loyal to me, from the time that I save her from the hands of a Gelumcaedus(aligator like Wesen that likes to tear apart the limbs of their victims, strong and extremely vicious her grip and bite are the most powerful ever known) and eventually I found her sleeping besides me one day she told me that she heard that Kath was going to jump into my bed at night and she came to stopped her, at least that what she says with a tomato face, well she is also drop gorgeous so, screw it.

I want to have a short harem (max. 5 people, longer than that is way to hard to handle), one of the sexiest in the series is Adalind, Juliette I dont know she is pretty hot but I dont wanna cuckold Nick, their relationship doesnt work at the end but If I take out Adalind from the equation it might never happen, from the rest well I have three dead gorgeous babes in my team I might found more somewhere else, now I have two of them decided that are Kath and Grace.

Me and my team are checking out all the facilities and start unpacking our belongings I got the master bedroom and next to my room are Kath and Grace rooms, I also order them to start maintaining an checking all the equipment and Grimm weapons to check them and have them in pristine conditions.

Iam going to told you the equipment that we regularly used when we are not inside the Castle, most of us have militar or SWAT career before we got in the group so most of us use military tactical equipment outside our base:

-Bates Women/Men's DuraShock Lace-to-Toe Side Zip Work Boot this were really hard to modify due to the change some wesens hace paws or in the change it got claws in the feet so somehow Cortana and I make a special and resistant material that have a peculiar physic state where it has memory of the initial model so it allows to keep the form even when you go from wesen form to normality.

-Condor Elite Tactical Vest for the girls and all of us have remarcably big muscles so we use the REEHUT Breathable Tactical Vest.

-Balaclava Ski Mask are used by all except me, the hybrids and half humans due to not being completely pure one sided Wesen we can use our powers without changing except if a Grimm force to show themselves, I strictly order them that even if they go through their wesen change try to not use their fang attacks because it might break the secrecy of the wesen community also tactically it makes hard for the enemy knowing how to deal with you if they dont know what kind of wesen you are.

-MTSG (Modified Tactical Sunscreen Glasses), with Cortana's help I make a new kind of Sunscreen glasses that gives you night/thermal and optimed vision, most of the team needs to hide their eyes those are the one excpetion change that happens in the half human and hybrids they dont fully change if they dont want to but their eyes change regardless so they need to use them as soon as we got out of the base.

-CARWORNIC Gear Men's Assault Tactical Pants, made of a superb resistant material to the change and to the environment, some wesen have tails like Kath from the Succubus side and the most talented ones used their tails offensively to distract or to hurt I make a holdster for her tail end that have sharp ends made of tungsten and obsidian.

-Sig Sauer Tactical Gloves combined with the Oakley SI Assault Gloves I specially make them of a special material that are resistant to the change and also many of the wesen in the team have claws and use them offesnsively so I also left a space for them to come out.

Due to having the enchantment knowledge from the witcher series I also add runewords(for weapons) and glyphwords(for armor), most of the armor have:

-Deflection: Armor deflects all projectiles.

-Protection: When you enter combat, there's a 100% chance you will automatically get a Quen shield without using any Stamina.

-Retribution: Gives a 30% chance of returning a portion of damage received to the attacker.

And well in the arms aspect we usually carry the same equipment but we might carry more if the wesen case required them.

Some of them have runewords like:

-Placation: Once the AP reach their maximum level, Adrenaline Points steadily decline until they reach 0. During this time Vitality and Stamina regeneration are accelerated and Toxicity declines more quickly..

-Invigoration: When at maximum Vitality, any Vitality regeneration turns into added damage (up to +50%) on your next strike.

-Preservation: Armorer's Table and Grindstone bonuses never expire that makes it always sharp and in pristine conditions as well as increases damage inflicted by 20%

-Rejuvenation: Each fatal blow dealt restores 25% of your Stamina.

The normal weapons that we carry are:

-Sig Sauer P226 XM(eXtremely Modified) specially modified by me and Cortana it allows with an special alloy to be light and extremely resistant also we modify it to use .44 ammunition instead of 9mm that give us the necessary penetration, and it have as well 15 ammo magazine available fulled with .44 ammunition, special osprey silencer made of the same alloy that makes it the best silencer for covert operations I and Cortana make so that even Wesens cant hear the sound that it makes until its too late.

-KaBar knife with runewords.

-Black Throwing Spikes with runeswords, specially me and Sarah due to our telekinesis abilities we used them a lot when we are dealing with a lot of foes to reduce their numbers as quickly as possible.

Tonight its going to be the dinner/interview with Adalind for her entry in the firm I also was thinking to work in collaboration with Nick mostly adding him, Hank and Wu to our division and working he is the only Grimm in Portland without counting me and in some weeks Marie Kessler.

I drive to the downtown where the firm is located and wait for Adalind to came, 15 mins later I heard a knock in the door.

-"Now Bill I also agreed that acquiaring Skype is the correct choice, the same as absorbing Google when I told you, I am giving you a budget of 10 billion for the acquisition but squeeze them the more you can, also call John and tell him that I need him to complete the acquisition of T Mobile they are going to be a hard candy, but I expect that with a 50 billion budget and some pressure here and there we can finally acquire them this year."(Ian)

I saw how Adalind goes from surprise to mildly terrified as how powerful I am, she obviously know to whom I am talking too and if that's right then I was beyond her measure of greatness.
