Maybe it was an  instinct since he is  the god of forging or perhaps it  was a habit because he had done it for such  a long time so  he just couldn't stop. The  urge to forge was something he could not resist nor did he want to  as such currently Hephaestus was down on his forge doing  what he is known for.

He stood over a large slab of Iron that acted as a table and  on top of  that Iron table  was  small wrist sized  ring that had 5 single chain rings  connected to it and  Hephaestus was in the process of  carving in a  rune on to  the chain rings to  allow them to  self replicate. Creating and infinite long chains was a tall order and would take far too long so he figured it was better to make a chain that would grow infinitely by itself, he  also didn't want it to have only two  ends,  from what he  remembered the  chains of  Enkidu had multiple ends that had pointed tips to be  able to  pierce opponents.

The  chains were made of  Uru metal,  an ore  that gets stronger as it absorbs magical power but despite this Hephaestus wanted to be careful and added a rune that would absorb divinity, though divinity was a type of  magic and  therefore the Uru metal should absorb it and to get more durable that  didn't mean the  opponent would be  weakened they  just wouldn't be able to break free so a rune to  restrict  divinity was a must.

After another 30  minutes of  carving the necessary rune on to  the  chain rings  he was  finally done, Hephaestus could have  simply written the  runes on to  the metal with something like  a  permanent marker but he  felt like he had to  engrave  the  rune  directly on the chains, permanent marker  isn't really permanent not to mention Uru becomes more and  more durable the more magic it has so that means by engraving the rune that makes it more permanent than any form of writing since it can't be erased, especially on indestructible objects.

With a deep sigh he looked at his work with a smile, things were going smoothly and his second weapon was nearly complete all he needed to do now was pump it full of mana and let it grow infinitely.

"Now then, on to the next thing, Excalibur…"

He paused and thought, the sword Excalibur was supposedly the sword of promised victory, this meant to an extent anyone who wields it either has guaranteed victory or at the very least he or she has a greater chance of victory. If this was true then  that means to  a degree the  sword had the concept of victory within it and victory was among the few concepts that might be problematic to touch  without permission from the Goddess/God who reins over it.

"hmmm"

He placed his hand on his chin and mouth and began to think, a problem had presented itself right now which was 3 questions, the first question was: how many weapons does he want to make that are connected to a concept? And the second question was: how strong are weapons that aren't connected to a concept and  do I absolutely need my weapons to be imbued with concepts? Lastly: How strong is he when compared to not only the Olympians but to the Titans and primordials?

"I imagine the mystic Eyes of Death perception are connected to the concept of death; would I be alerting thanatos if I were to use them?"

He was currently immortal; he cannot die however not being able to die doesn't mean invincible or unbeatable nor did it mean he needs to be a fool and do things without a shred of caution.

He turned his head and looked at his wall, he had recently removed most of the weapon he had created prior before gaining the Hogkyouku and now on that wall was a single weapon that he had finished yesterday, a black  blade  that  was curved and  had only one sharp edge. The blade's handle was black with red diamond like patterns that went up from the pommel of the handle to the crossguard.

The blade was a soul weapon, a Katana that had the ability to cut souls of any being. When he made the sword, he touched the concept of souls and connected the blade to the concept using his forging skill and no one raised a fuss about it at least not that he has heard. This could mean that the Greek God of souls whoever he is didn't notice Hephaestus intruding upon his domain therefore meaning he had nothing to worry about, at least  not right now However just because one God hasn't noticed doesn't mean all of them won't as such he needs to be careful and experiment with concepts that aren't the domains of powerful or well-known gods.

"I also need to find out just how strong I am, Athena should help with that though she probably already left with Apollo so maybe Ares or Artemis or maybe someone who isn't part of the Olympians but is not an enemy"

He voiced, he struggled thinking of someone that would indulge him in a sparring match, with Athena unavailable, he hardly had any friends to help with that and he wasn't particularly thrilled asking Ares for help not to mention he'd rather keep his new found power unknown considering that there's suspicion of a traitor that wants the throne, suddenly revealing new found strength might make Zeus Suspicious and Honestly  he wasn't in the mood to play among us.

"however if  I start training and say I'm trying to improve my strength incase the traitor starts a war I might not be considered a suspect"

If there truly is someone amongst Zeus's Children who  wishes to take the  throne then  a war is quite possible or at the very least a squabble of sorts that would end pretty quickly as Zeus is pretty powerful with some powerful allies as well.

"Perhaps I should ask Kratos for help"

He mused, Kratos was the God of strength so it made sense to ask for his help, though he was worried about how to approach him after all they've hardly interacted.

…..

While the main location of Residence for many of the Gods that were affiliated with the Olympians was at the very tip of Mount Olympus above the clouds, there were a few gods such as the titans who made their homes right below it on the earth. This wasn't because they were kicked out or hated  but it was because most of the Titans that were allied to the Olympians preferred their feet on the ground and because of this they made their Residence within the mountain range of Olympus right below Olympus itself.

Right in the middle of the mountain range of Olympus there was a very wide-open space, nearly big enough to fit a whole city. The area was a grassy plain with few trees that made it a seem like a small forest, near the forest was a lake of clear blue water and a little ways off the lake was a House or rather large Mansion like building made of stone, it looked to be a house for a few people.

In front of the Mansion on the left side of the house right beside the entrance was an altar with a statue of Zeus wielding one of his most prized weapons, the thunder bolt. On the altar a man wearing a simple toga with golden lines running all over the garment, he was offering a prayer in silence. The man had snow white hair and white wings on his back, his brows were creased to indicate displeasure. As the man prayed there were some Shockwaves that caused the ground to tremble, the trembling ground was due to two of his siblings clashing, they were locked in the midst of battle

"oh Come on now Kratos, is that the best you can do?"

A woman with dark skin and clear red eyes that held excitement within them. The woman's hair was a darker shade  of brown and was long enough to go past her shoulders. She was tall and fit but she lacked any defined muscles, she had the build an athlete unlike the Goddess Athena, In contrast however the man that was currently  charging at her going for a tackle was much bigger in build.

The man was bald with a thick beard on his face, tall in stature with thick and muscled arms, his abs were very a defined 8 pack. He charged at his opponent tackling her at her torso however she didn't budge from her spot and simply tucked his head under her arms, delivered a knee kick to his chest and then proceeded to let herself fall and slamming Kratos's head on to the ground.

"you can't beat me"

"that remains to be seen, Nike"

Kratos wasn't done he put some strength on to his leg and tightly grabbed onto her waist  and lifted her up and quickly dropped on his back delivering an impromptu Suplex. He quickly got up and positioned himself, straddling her. He made sure to have  her arms immobile as well, he then balled his fists, hard.

"Still think I can't beat you?"

He pulled his fist back readying a devastating punch at her face,  a gentleman would never strike a lady in the face but Kratos cared little for human concepts of being polite and Nike was hardly what you'd call a lady. He swung down and struck her with enough force to cause everything within their vicinity to tremble. Unfortunately for Kratos, she had took the hit with her forehead and with a smile on her face.

"What remains to be seen?"

she voiced as she used her legs to grasp Kratos by the neck and flung him off her, sending him flying couple a of meters away. She then flipped her self back on her feet and cracked her neck.

"I'll give you one thing, you're definitely fun to play around with"

She took a stance, with her fists lined up close  to her face, grappling was fun but nothing beats a blow for blow match of the fists or at the very least she liked the pugilist form of fighting than grappling.

"fisticuffs it is"

He understood what she wanted and complied, He sprung forth with a speed that surpassed the perception of any minor God, he arrived before her in but a split second his fist already reeled back, he swung it again aiming for her jaw, the fist was closed tight as it sped toward her jaw, the plan was to knock her off her feet or get her off balance. The punch connected but instead of a Shockwave  that shook the very earth or anything of the sort being emitted by a punch off that force instead it landed like a feather, gently touching Nike's face.

"Fucking Tartarus!!! Bia, why'd you interfere?"

"Because your stupid spar is ruining my sleep, I'd rather be well rested and ready for when his majesty comes to visit"

A petite woman with short white hair and blue Eyes walked out of the house. Her voice was very soft with a high pitch to it unlike her sister who had a voice that leaned toward that of a man. Bia  was not very tall, Her Height was average, shorter than all her siblings and much like all the Titans or Goddess she was beautiful.

"you  can afford a little less sleep it's not like he comes here often, he has his own duties as king"

"it doesn't matter, I need to be in top form for when he has orders for me, I cannot simply slack just because he doesn't visit often"

Bia explained her reasons and  earned a sigh from Nike, Kratos on the other hand simply sat on the grass and laid on his back, he  felt no need to contribute to their conversation.

"My  sister is  correct,  we must devote ourselves to  our lord fully in all ways, as his enforcers it is our duty to carry out all his commands without fail"

The white-haired man spoke as he stood from the Altar and  faced his siblings. His hands were clasped in a prayer and  his face  was calm and  he  projected a presence of tranquility. His voice  was deep and  soothing to hear.

"I don't know if agree with all that but I guess I get your point"

After having said as such  Nike turned to Kratos and  was about to  speak but she could not let a word out as she felt a change in the atmosphere that caused her spine to tingle, her instincts alarmed her of a threat, she .quickly turned her head toward its direction.

"what was that? You would not devote yourself to lord Zeus? Such heresy cannot be  allowed to stand, Nike"

"oh Come down Zelus, it's not like  I've committed treason"

"With those words you  might as well have!"

His calm expression and tranquil presence was gone, replaced by bloodlust that filled the air causing all the siblings to be on guard. This was hardly anything new after all Zelus is quite the zealot, when it comes to Zeus anyone who so much as bad mouths Zeus in his presence might as well be dead.

"Oh? Then come at me brother, if you wish to smite me go Ahead"

And of course Nike was never one to shy away from battle, despite being Zeus's enforcers they hardly had anything to do, they were enforcers yes but there was hardly anything to enforce the last time they were useful was during the war with the giants (gigantomachy) and after that every thing was pretty dull.

"Zelus calm down, I will not have you fight here and stop with that provocation, Nike"

"Look Bia if someone wants to fight, then we going to fight I'll never say no to that, infact I welcome it. So if Zelus feels like I've committed a great sin then he can go right ahead and try to punish me"

Bia sighed and looked at Kratos who seemed to  agree with Nike's sentiments. While they maybe siblings that didn't mean  any of them would bow to the other. Looking at Zelus he  didn't seem to be in the mood to calm down and was really willing to fight Nike right here and  now.

"If you will not repent for your words then I shall make you"

His wings opened to their full length as he prepared himself to attack Nike, of course the Titaness was ready a long time ago. Unfortunately their battle was put on hold as Kratos spoke.

"We have a guest so hold off on that"

He said as he spotted a carriage descend down from mount Olympus and  make its way towards their Residence. With his divine sight he was able to recognize who the guest was.

"Who is it?"

"one of Zeus's Children"

"Which one?"

"Which one from Olympus?"

"yes"

"Hephaestus"

"Oh, well that's a first, he has never visited us before, at least not by himself"

...

A/N: LOL. anyway some hax characters have arrived, what do you think are they hax enough to body the Hephaestus or can Hephaestus body them with ease.
