As he's explaining the details he hears a crying sound.

He looks at Arth who's eyes are filled with tears and is crying and sobbing

"Waaaaaahhhhh, sob, such pitiful father and son." And continues crying.

Being surprised from seeing Arth crying Woon tries to cheer him up "calm down, it's just a back story."(p)

Arth calms down a little "I understand."(k)

As such arth describes all other details they have to take into consideration from now on.
