Using both sword and gun, Vain killed dozens of entities that all attacked without stopping.
Eventually, the entities stopped coming through the path, but it was obvious it was only because the pile of bodies blocked the passage too much for more entities to pass. Breathing heavily Vain took a break and checked on the man.
Seeing that everything was fine Vain took the time to get some rest and food even with the sounds of the entities in the distance.
Half an hour later Vain woke up by the sounds of screeching that was no longer muffled. The wall of corpses had been almost pushed down by some larger spiders. The wall was also slowly being eaten by spiders that wanted to get through. Before the majority of the entities were the Camo Crawlers, but now what seemed to be a spider wave was coming through the passageway.
