Cruel Programming
Mari couldn't hear Yunmi's voice, but she could tell something happened when Alina jumped to her feet.
"What's happening?"
"Nothing, stay here," Alina said, trying to disentangle herself from the girl.
Mari was persistent, and followed after her. "I'm coming too."
Alina ignored her. She had to find Thiago, Yunmi had probably warned him too. They almost bumped into each other; Alina walking out of the school building and Thiago coming in.
"I was just coming to tell you to go ahead," Thiago said, "I'll find Maguari and settle everything here. I'll meet you guys later at the apartment."
Alina nodded tightly, but changed her mind moment's later. "No, you need to go first. They're going to need you to set up everything."
