speaking of clock work breakfast is served at the 4 am check in lunch at noon and dinner at 4 pm so better use commissary for food almost all of it if u can trust u get hungry after 4 pm literally growling hunger pains and 4 am is a long way off because in jail it takes a while to get use to sleeping I dont think a person that has been to jail ever sleeps normal again the lights and noise become a need for sleeping I currently cant sleep without the tv. on since jail but I use to set the sleep button on the tv and go to sleep when it went off now I must have it on to sleep if it goes off I get up and turn it back on now there are no windows or clocks so u cant tell time or know if its day or night so u eat sleep read and chat watch the guards watching u and base your time on their schedule and rounds get this the guard has to come by and change the channel on the tv u have to put in a written request for a channel change and every one has to agree on one channel the day to day life in jail is quite interesting it's not as horrible as people say but there is nothing like your freedom I promise that I have quite a fondness personally with the remote and the sandy shore of port aransas beach and I dont get either in jail I also very fond of good food and reading but u get that in jail after 21 days I started looking forward to my trays even though it's not food I would choose on the outside it was good toward the end I had acquired the taste for it kinda like beer its acquired taste
