Chapter Twenty-Nine: Entering of Orias

Last time, Kaori finally joined Natasha and her family.

Now that you are living with us. What is next? I asked. Natasha, we have to get Ami and Nanami to come out and play. Kaori replied. I don't think Ami is going to be the problem. I saw Ami a few days ago. She is living with Mariah. I replied. Knowing that girl, she is probably going to eat. Kaori replied. Nanami is hiding and I think I know what? Kaori thought.

The next day, Kaori saw me off to the door.

I saw her face. She was full of uncertainty.

Later on, during study hall.

Mariah and I were sitting outside against a tree.

Sam turns around.

Hey you guys. Sam replied. We both looked at her, shocked.

Hey Sam, are you ok? I asked. Oh my gosh, you look sleep deprived. Mariah replied. Geez, you think I didn't realize that I have rings under my eyes? Sam asked. What has kept you up? I asked. Princess Nanami's fate. Sam replied. It keeps flipping in my mind. Sam replied. So my uncertainty was right. Kaori replied. Why are you in my school uniform? I asked. This is the only way I can get in here. Kaori replied. The uniform fits you. Mariah replied. If you say so. Kaori replied.

She looked at James.

I would beware of the young man in the corner. He reeks of a demon. Kaori replied. What are you talking about? Sam asked. You'll see what I mean. Kaori replied. She vanished. I replied.

As we sat there, Sam was thinking about what Kaori told her.

After school, Sam felt a dangerous presence once again.

A man appeared before her.

She saw a flash of light that transformed into a whip and choked this man.

Oh, no you don't. I won't let you take another life, Orias! Nanami yelled. How are you alive? Orias asked. Why do you care? Nanami asked. You will not get involved! Orias yelled. Sam could barely keep her eyes open. She drifted to sleep. Sam wake up! Nanami yelled.

James picked her up in the princess carry.

Who are you? Nanami asked. I am more than a noble person who found a girl pasted out on the sidewalk. James replied.

Mariah and I appeared to find Sam in James' arms.

Something seemed off to me.
