i mean I'm not sure if they let there guards down or what but i can find most Anbu according to itachi i only miss a few...

and i can find about half of the Root unless they move closer but they don't let there guards down easily.

thankfully I haven't let them notice I am aware of them stalking me EVERYTIME I leave the clan compound thankfully i don't leave alone ..ever not giving danzo any chances...
