Harrowing gaze: Users have access to a will ability, once this ability is used on foes 4 red slitted pupils will glare at them ominously in theyre vision, determined on the will of the target this ability can freeze chakra, disturb chakra pathways and cause extreme fear, in the instance that the targets will is strong enough they will feel pressure from you and be intimidated.

Thinking back to these 2 abilities izanagi got into deep thought the first new ability was obviously a welcomed addition having 360 view was amazing he assumed that his eyesight will also increase once he actives the 2 seal well that's what he calls that mode he took inspiration from sharigan stages 'but yeah I'm pretty positive when I activate 2 seals my basic senses and eye sight will improve by a big margin' thought izanagi as he focused on the second ability he yet again went into deep thought he didn't know how this ability will work on ninjas since it's based on a persons will he would think ninjas had strong wills based on theyre life style but if it works it was a heavenly ability just the 4 harrowing eyes encompassing all of theyre vission is killer in the heat of the battle this ability alone can decide life or death as for freezing chakra and disturbing chakra pathways well first of all freezing chakra is just as stated it makes the chakra damn near impossible to be move he needs to do testing to actually figure out how it works same for disturbing chakra pathways he only knows the bare bones description the system likes to let him discover the uses and limits but based on the description it can cause jutsus to backfire or malfunction for example if it's done at the right time as someone is casting a jutsu like great fireball it can cause the jutsu to explode on the opponent

Thinking about the potential of these 2 new abilities he wanted to test them out badly infact he was itching to train with his new water technique but I gotta take care of someone and he doesn't dare when he just killed 3 clan ninjas even tho it's a clan that disappeared into history he has no power to take them on especially not with his small chakra capacity or limited amount of ninjutsu sure his jutsus are strong but when a clan of like 50-150 ninjas collectively cast like great waterfall what can he against it, shaking his head and getting these thoughts out he saw tomoe already sound asleep so he also decided to rest with one eye opened ofcourse
