' hmm.. I can only think of one solution to reduce civilian casualties or possibly erase the position for good . I can use komatsukami on hanzo and make him my puppet easily but the problem is onoki. I dont know when the stone village will attack so its necessary to evacuate all the civilians as early as possible. it's also possible that onoki will initiate the attack more quickly if he receives the information of high scale civilian evacuation because it will serve as good surprise attack chance . stone village is famous for their suicide and explosion squads so it will be destratous if they disguise as civilians during evacuation. it will take too much time to check for any enemies in disguise because the ninja above chunin rank all have good chakra control thus better transformation jutsu or other jutsu to escape sensory ninja.

hmm.. this is troublesome . maybe I should first make hanzo my puppet and see if my plan is possible. after all hanzo is an old fox so he has much knowledge about war tactics than me who only has knowledge from anime and literature from earth . '

" ren finaly proposed his suggestion which shocked other ninja in the tent because ren was too fearless as he wants to go into possibly enemy territory alone and meet hanzo who is rumored to be on par with hokage in strenght.

uncle nara fell into deep thought because he also had rejected this thought before . simply because there was no one powerful enough to convince hanzo . hanzo in fact all kages will only listen to someone powerful who is worth their time much less such a huge matter as alliance between villages. but something told him that ren was confident in convincing hanzo and uncle nara despite being a strategist, believed in his gut feeling all the time because it has saved him many times before from various hopeless situations.
