The results were satisfactory, I couldn't tell for sure if I was getting better at training or if Naruto had really influenced this result, so I went to sleep without further ado.

When I woke up the next day, I remembered the coins I had and how great it would be to get new jutsus, so I opened my interface and went straight to the shop.

Happy with my new purchase, I went straight to the training camp to practice some more.

2 Weeks Later

Our missions as a team were quite simple, usually serving the interests of the nobility of our nation and neighboring nations.

Taking care of a baby, finding a lost cat, escorting some members of the nobility, but since it was a D-grade mission, it was usually a simple escort where there was rarely any kind of conflict, and if there was, it was some vagrants that someone with minimal training could handle, not necessarily a ninja.

Before I go to sleep, I get the message of the day.

I was strong, much stronger than before, having the system at hand helped me see my progress as well as the weaknesses in myself, with all that I was able to be a much more consistent ninja.

In the last two weeks, I had managed to fight this Anbu ninja from the mini-game, but I always lost to him at some point, no matter how much experience I had, he always came with different chakra affinities, the good thing about this encounter was that I could face a tough battle without having to suffer the consequences of losing a real battle...which in the ninja world most of the time, means death.

I was about to break my chakra limit. At first I didn't know what I needed to do to raise my chakra limit, whether it was a mission, a simple objective or something else, well, I fell asleep that day.

The next day, well rested, I woke up a little early because I had to go to the committee to get new missions for Team 7.

At the committee

Naruto seemed a little m3ore irritated than usual that day, Sasuke was still as apathetic as ever and Sakura was quiet, just waiting for orders.

After a short while, the silence was broken by Naruto's displeasure as he asked the 'old man' (Lord Hiruzen) why our missions were so 'stupid' in his opinion, something I especially... agreed with.

Finding the cat of a random old noblewoman! Is not exactly the sort of thing that would get us into battles against Sannins later on...

After a bit of back and forth and some scolding, Hiruzen decided to offer us a higher level mission, not that it was much, but it was better than having to pull another cat out of a treetop.

"You will be the bodyguard of a worker from another village, you will escort him to the bridge he is building and you will also be responsible for defending him at the construction site he is working on, got it ?" Hiruzen said.

"YEAHHHH LETS GOO" Naruto exclaimed excitedly.

Just after hearing Hiruzen's mission, which I knew would end with Zabusa and Mr. Gatô getting involved, I receive a notification.

"Ahh, Kakashi Sensei, can I go to the bathroom?" I asked.

"Ah..." Kakashi looks around confused "Yes Shin, you can go," Kakashi replies.

In the bathroom, I close my eyes, access the interface and open the message.

[Defeat Zabusa and steal Gatô's money]

"What... do I need to defeat Zabuza?" I thought.

Defeating Zabuza wasn't too difficult, since I was able to fight elite level ninjas, I could probably fight Zabuza with ease, but... stealing Gatô was certainly more unusual and probably had something to do with the system's ultimate goal for me.

Finally, a high reward, this mission was also harder than the others, there was a real risk of suffering at the hands of the Demon Brothers, but to be honest, they were even less of a risk than Zabuza, they didn't scare me at all.

With the orders given, Team 7 and I went to the entrance of Konoha to begin our mission. Naruto was babbling on as usual and almost got into a fight with the gentleman we were escorting before we continued.

In the middle of the road, I saw a puddle on a sunny day, which was quite strange to me, it hadn't rained in Konoha for days, this puddle was quite suspicious, Kakashi must have suspected it too, but he let it pass.

Since my additional goal was to defeat one of the demon brothers before anyone else, I decided to make a surprise attack right there.

"Kakashi" I called to Kakashi.

"Huh?" Kakashi mumbled and turned his attention back to me.

On the side of the suspicious puddle, I did the following.

" Raiton: Gian (Lightning Bolt) "

I concentrate my chakra transformed into the nature of lightning in my hand and calmly prepare the electrical discharge phase of my jutsu focused on the puddle of water.

*TSUMMM

The puddle is electrocuted fervently until the discharge stops and Naruto complains.

"Hey Shin, what are you doing? Who do you think you are, spending so much chakra on a little puddle of water?"

Annoyed by Naruto's ranting, I reply.

"SHUT UP NARUTO... look" I reply Naruto pulling the head of one of the demon brothers out of the puddle.

"Ah ?" Everyone except Kakashi cries out in doubt.

"A mist ninja, that doesn't sound like a ninja who was here with good intentions, probably a deserter... but on the other hand, he wouldn't risk going after a random farmer for no good reason..."

Kakashi couldn't say for sure who the deserter from the mist was after, but Kakashi knew that something was wrong, so he decided to stay alert, this time without letting his guard down.

"You 4, I want you all to keep your guard up, any suspicious movement, I want you to inform me, I won't tolerate any mistake, Shin take him off/"

Kakashi is interrupted.

*SLASHH

"Ahhhhhhhh" Sakura shouts.

"Huh? Kakashi senseiiii" Naruto shouts.

Sasuke stare at kakashi's body in guard position and I didn't show any expression because I knew exactly what it was.

Kakashi was cut in half.
