New Beginning!

Konoha Hospital

A 3 year old opened his eyes to a white ceiling.

(MC) [So it was not a dream huh! I really died and am now reborn into naruto world. So I need to get everything sorted first. I am Kaito Uzumaki, the twin brother of Naruto.I have the yin half of kyuubi while naruto got yang half. Never really liked something inside me, but seems like I can't do anything about it. Me and Naruto got kicked out of orphanage followed with an attack by villagers which led to me now staying in the hospital. Darn it! the show really didn't do justice to naruto's suffering. How can they even think about treating a kid like this. Seems like I have awakened uzumaki chains huh, Since it was one of the wishes i thinks I have unlocked the other abilities as well.What was the names again? Yeah -- healing bite and mind eye]

Kaito closed his eyes and pretend to sleep while concentrating to sense the surroundings by releasing small amount of chakra. The awakening of chains has already awakened his chakra, so it will be easier to access it. After trying for a good 15 minutes finally kaito felt something.Like a dam bursting his mind eye ability suddenly covered a large radius around him.

(Kaito) [No wonder mind eye is known as one of the top sensory ability. The awakening of ability immediately covered nearly 500 meter surrounding distance. The huge influx of information nearly numbed my brain. Although it kinda feels amazing. So now I can see chakra inside someone as well as their emotions. This ability will sure come in handy. Though I will need to do trial and error to determine the differences between different emotions and chakra flows]

Knock! Knock!

[That nearly gave me a heart attack]

Sensing 3 people outside the door Kaito opened his eyes and got up to a sitting position on the bed.

(Kaito) "You can come in"

The door opened and a yellow ball of energy burst forward slamming on to kaito, knocking the air out of him.

Looking down at his lap, Kaito saw Naruto flowing a river of tears onto him, hugging like his life depends on it.

(Naruto)" `hic` Brother `hic` I thought I lost you"

Seeing this Kaito felt. sting in his heart. He realised that this is no longer an story world. This is the world he lives in. The one crying is his little brother. He is Kaito Uzumaki, Son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki and Big Brother of Naruto Uzumaki. He promised himself that he will not let his brother cry like this ever again.

After calming down Naruto, Kaito's attention turned to the other two guests. The Third Hokage along with a white haired anbu. It was easy to recognise Kakashi.

[AN :I always wondered when watching the show, why these guys don't cover their hair. It's a plain giveaway.]

Anyway back to the point, although he recognise them from the show, here neither he nor Naruto has ever known about them.Even in the orphanage, they were not even given basic knowledge. So he got to act the part.

(Kaito) "Who are you gramps?Did my brother cause any trouble?"

(Hiruzen) "No no, your brother didn't caused any mischief. We came here to see you.I am the third hokage of this village. I heard what happened to you. How do you feel now?"

(Kaito) "You mean THE hokage, as in the leader of the village😯"

(Hiruzen) "Yes, So can you tell me what were you doing that late outside the orphanage?"

(Kaito) "The matreon kicked us out of the orphanage yesterday. So we have been wandering around for a place to sleep when those men started to chase us"

(Hiruzen) *angry*"Don't worry about that anymore.Tell me, do you want to go back to the orphanage or stay in an apartment"

(Kaito) "If it's okay, can we live in an apartment?But then what will we do for food and clothes"

(Hiruzen) "Then it's settled. I will arrange an apartment for you to live in. I will send someone with your food everyday, so you don't need to worry about that. Also you will be joining the ninja academy after 3 years when you become six year old. Also, you will be given an allowance of 10000 ryo each until you become genin or become 12 year old. Once you are healed someone will come to take you to your new home"

(Kaito) "Thank you gramps 😁"

The next day Kaito got discharged from the hospital.Just like he said, hokage got them a house. Unlike in the show, the apartment given was not in some rundown area.This is surprisingly close to the academy.

After settling down, Kaito felt the fatigue accumulated slowly taking over as he drifts to sleep.....
