Things Not Always Go as Planned
As Yuta continues to slowly step back, he cautiously observes the tall blond woman in front of him.
'She is definitely a rogue shinobi from Kiri, even if she is not wearing anything that can point at it, the general location, and the fact that she is a sword user is enough to assume that. Her level is about of the high-Chunin based on the amount of chakra she possesses and the speed that she was chasing me before. She will probably try to close the distance for the attack, I have to be ready to react, as I'm most likely physically slower and weaker than her.'
"Konoha is really fallen this low!" The woman continued provoking Yuta, "To accept little child as a shinobi, this is a shame!"
'That line might work on someone who is more patriotic than me. Maybe I should play along a little.'
"How dare you!" Yuta yelled, acting angry.
'Just a few steps more and you will be in my trap…' Yuta thought continuing his act.
When woman made another two steps forward, she came inside the barrier, but Yuta's shadow clones still not activating the barrier yet.
'She is inside, why are my clones not acting? Damned, they probably worried that barrier might form not instantly, and she might escape at this point. I have to stall a little more…'
At this point Yuta started to become really worried about the whole situation, he now acting less and less, as his fear become more and more genuine.
'Damned, I'm still too inexperienced, this is the most dangerous situation in my new life so far, even with Hiruzen back then I was less afraid as I was already decided to activate time-travel to escape, but now I don't want to resort to that option and have to deal with the enemy on my own…'
With that thought Yuta realized that the woman is now close enough for him to try to cast Genjutsu on her. As soon as Yuta realized that he started to slowly invade her chakra system transferring his own chakra through air, trying his best to make it as subtle as he can.
"Hey, don't try to escape kid" Woman exclaimed as she made another step forward, "It's useless, you are ten years too short to have any chances at surviving today anyway!"
"We will see about that" Yuta said dropping the act and being a little excited, after he sensed the chakra fluctuations of his clones activating the barrier.
A barrier that made of four walls that looked like a gray-colored transparent glass quickly start forming around the woman. One of Yuta's shadow clones continued to stay hidden, maintaining the barrier, the other one sneakily moved closer to Yuta, to assist him if needed.
"You little sh*t!" Woman yelled while immediately moving forward at the extremely high speed, preparing to cut Yuta down with her sword.
'Damn she is fast, but I don't think she is fast enough to escape the trap though.'
The woman saw that she is too slow to escape the barrier before it fully formed, there is no time to perform Shunshin either, as it can't be performed instantly, and barrier forming faster than the split second she needed for to flicker outside of it. Seeing this, she pulled a bunch of senbons and threw them at Yuta.
Yuta was cut off-guard by this quick attack, as he already believed that the enemy was captured. The senbons fly at the very fast speed, much faster that kunais or shurikens Yuta used to block, there is no time to use Kawarimi nor Shunshin jutsus to escape, as a shinobi needs time to prepare it while predicting enemy attack and calculate the timings of using it, and it's already too late for Yuta to do so.
As senbons flying at Yuta, mostly directed to his chest and neck, he started to move to the left, blocking senbons with a kunai in his right hand. He was able to avoid and block almost all of them, but the two of them hit his arm, one at the forearm and the other between the shoulder and the elbow.
'Damn that hurts, but its fine, it didn't hit the vitals so I'm fine.'
As Yuta thought that the barrier fully formed, creating the ceiling part at the height of the 20m, forming a cube, as slightly underground formed another barrier, closing the space entirely.
Yuta pulled out the two senbons that hit him and looked at the woman inside the barrier, but what he saw he didn't like at all…
As woman inside the barrier looked excited and laughing maniacally.
"Hey, what is so funny, please tell me." Yuta said calmly, trying to figure out why the woman is not worried in the slightest.
"You little sh*t, you think you trapped me? I was experienced and battle-hardened ninja when you were not even born yet!" The woman exclaimed still chuckling, "You already dead, just don't realize it yet! I probably can break this barrier, but I will just wait a little, I don't want to waste any more efforts on you little brat!"
'What is she talking about?'
As Yuta thought about it, he starts getting a bad feeling about this. Then as if realized something and preparing for the worst Yuta quickly pulled out his sleeve and saw the black veins around the place where senbon hit him.
Seeing how Yuta realized it and become pale, and his expression become grave, the woman inside the barrier started to laugh even harder.
Yuta, not wasting any second, pulled out the antidote that all Konoha shinobi is supplied with and drank the liquid of the small vial.
Seeing it the woman started to laugh even harder, and she yelled evilly.
"There is no point, it's my special poison that I didn't used before, so it's impossible that your regular antidote will help you, you are dead already, just lay down and die!"
Hearing that chills run through the Yuta's body, but he didn't waste any second and as if in some sort of a trance, signaled to his shadow clone that waited not far from him, the shadow clone appeared instantly beside him, and Yuta simply said, "Cut!", extending his whole right arm.
The shadow clone acted without hesitation, he pulled a kunai and sliced it through Yuta's arm, right after the shoulder, cutting it off completely.
Extreme pain invaded Yuta's mind, his vision blurred, his thought process completely shut down for a second, he yelled in pain unable to stop. In this shuttered state of mind Yuta almost activated his time-travel instinctively but was able to stop himself at the last moment, as he gradually regains his conscience, still being in extreme pain, but slowly adapting to it now.
Because of the momentary lost control Yuta's shadow clones were almost dispelled, he was able to maintain the shadow clone jutsu barely during the arm cutting.
As Yuta tried his best to cope with pain, seating on his knees on the ground, his shadow clone started to bandage the wound and stop the bleeding.
"Damn you, bitch!" Yuta yelled taking a look at the woman in the barrier, "Why don't you laugh now, you bitch?!"
Yuta yelled, clearly not in the right state of mind now because of all the pain.
"You are not that hopeless, I give you that, brat" The woman said praising Yuta's decisiveness, she is still in a good mood, "Tatsuko my name, you deserve to know the name of your killer at least."
"My killer huh, and how you want to accomplish that, you are still inside my trap if you forgot already!" Yuta exclaimed, slowly calming down and assessing the situation.
"That simple, you will not be able to hold me for long in that state of yours, and when I come out you will be dead the next second!" Tatsuko said, waiting.
'We will see about that, you bitch.' Yuta thought, 'Seems like she didn't realize yet a little surprise that is embedded into the barrier… Damned it hurts! If I was knowing how much it will be hurting to cut off my own arm I would just time-travel instead… Damned, when I thought about forging a good shinobi out of myself, I didn't think that I have to endure something this extreme…'
As Yuta's shadow clone complete to tend to his wound he said, "Seems like we were fast enough, the poison didn't spread any further, you are fine now."
Yuta looked at his shadow clone with envy, as that version of him didn't went through such pain yet…
'Damned, I have to calm down or I start to make more mistakes in this state!'
Yuta stand up and went to the one of the seal tags that formed the barrier, intending to hold Tatsuko with all his remaining strength until she is drained out of chakra completely, seeing this his shadow clone also went to another seal tag to assist the original with that.
As Yuta sat beside one of the seal tags and poured his chakra into it, he felt the barrier in its entirety and was able to feel the chakra drain rate that Tatsuko is subjected to.
'At this speed of chakra drain it will require two hours to fully drain her chakra, and it seems that I will have to spend almost all of my chakra to hold the barrier for that long too. It's better to dispel one of my shadow clones and hold the barrier only with me and one shadow clone, it will be more efficient this way.'
With that Yuta dispelled one of his shadow clones and continues to hold the barrier.
'With that, when her chakra will go almost depleted, I will be forced to dispel my other shadow clone and hold the barrier on my own, but it should still be enough. Maybe if I taunt her and she start making moves it will drain her much quicker, let's try that I suppose…'

[AN: I hope you guys are not too upset with this (temporary) permanent injury of Yuta. I hope he will learn his lesson and will be more careful and prepared in the future, but well, we will see how it will go…
