"That was Shisui!!!"

Saito ran as fast as he could to Sasuke's house, but he stopped on his way. ' I'll come back later when Shisui's gone. I don't want anything to do with him.' Shisui was a bag filled with dangers and problems if he gains too much interest in Saito he'd definitely try to coax him into his ideals which would put him on Danzo's radar way too early.

It was not guaranteed that he wasn't already intrigued by Saito, After all his appearance earlier was far too coincidental. What were the chances that a high-level Shinobi like Shisui just happened to be walking by at this exact moment? This brought up some more issues for Saito. Shisui probably heard about him from Itachi and was clearly stalking him, but the question was for how long? Was he in the forest with him?

'no he wasn't nobody knows I train there. He could've been here this whole time since this is where I spar with Sasuke'

Saito wouldn't be in this situation if he could sense Chakra. He needed a solution to this or else his secrets would quickly be discovered. This sparked an idea. 'Time zone could fix this... what if I continuously expand some of my time zone ability around my body but it'll be connected to me therefore I won't be losing energy basically recycling it I could increase its area of effect once I have more energy and everything entering this time bubble would instantly be noticed by me.'

This would be helpful in battle. His enemies would be in his domain where he'll be able to control time, but the problem was he lack the control to do it. He could feel the time zone energy in his body. It was growing at a good pace still it wasn't much compared to his chakra, but he couldn't manipulate it as well. All he's been doing so far has been releasing it. He tried focusing it on a single part of his body when he received injuries and it had worked, but the moment he tried focusing on a single limb like his arm, his time zone refused to do anything.

Saito sighed "even if I could achieve the time bubble, wouldn't time just be frozen for those who were outside of it?... Time sure is confusing" He began walking back to his house he wasn't worried for Sasuke who had some of the strongest Shinobi taking care of him.

********* SHISUI

Shisui was sitting inside the fugaku residence after bringing a concussed Sasuke to his parents. When he brought him home, Mikoto was extremely worried and immediately began healing him. Fugaku was worried too until Shisui explained how Sasuke received his injuries. Fugaku looked disappointed and didn't comment besides offering him tea.

Shisui was sipping some dark black tea alone in the living room. Sasuke's condition was stabilized and currently, he was sleeping while Mikoto watched over him. Fugaku left to attend an urgent meeting.

Shisui was feeling down. The situation with the village and clan was getting worse. Everything has been on a downhill spiral since the night of the 9 tails attack. The clan was relocated, and the villagers no longer trusted the Uchiha, and some assumed they were responsible for the attack. This made everything worse. It riled the clan up. With his estimations, a coup d'état could occur if this wasn't solved correctly.

Some of his own clansmen were suspicious of him being a spy for the kage because of his closeness to the third as an Anbu, because of this, they rarely invited him to meetings despite his rank as a Jonin.

'I need strong allies in the clan if I hope to fix this. Itachi is strong and talented, but it isn't enough. The only other two Uchiha who match his talent are Sasuke and Saito. Unfortunately, Sasuke's a late bloomer, so this only leaves Saito Uchiha.'

Itachi told him about Saito a few days ago. 'he told me Saito might be even more talented and he could be right. He's unlocked his chakra and at such a young age, it's already around the amount of a third-year academy student. From the small fight with Sasuke despite trying to hold back, he mopped the floor with him. his taijutsu and physical strength are already at a good level with proper training. He could surpass me if he awakens his Sharingan and achieves that level..'

He took a few more sips of the tea. 'I'll just have to observe him for a while.'

************ MAIN

Saito entered his house. Once again despite it being early, his parents weren't there.

"some more stupid meetings. They truly doomed this clan."

He ate and went upstairs to his room. He laid down on his bed, closing his eyes to meditate, searching for a way to fix his newest problem. Saito stayed there for hours. His parents got home and assumed he was sleeping, so they left him alone. After a while, his body started shivering uncontrollably. Tears were leaking from his eyes, but they stopped rolling down after a certain point, almost as if it was frozen in time.

A few minutes later, he opened his eyes with a smile on his face....

Sorry for not dropping a chap. I did something really dumb. I tried a remedy and put some in my nose and I was suffering a lot. My eyes got really super teary and my nose was watery. I was sneezing and had to sleep the whole day yesterday, but I'm good now. Thanks for reading.
