For my workout, I typically incorporate some running, push-ups, and sit-ups. While running is great for my leg training, I might also try adding in some duck walking to mix it up.
As for the next phase of my training, I will also need to focus on flexibility and endurance. I should incorporate some stretching exercises and maybe work on some agility drills. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial to include some weight training to build strength.
Overall, I am committed to putting in the work and pushing myself to new levels of fitness. With dedication and perseverance, I know I can reach my goals and excel in my teg training. I am excited to see the progress that I will make in the coming weeks and months.
I also want to focus on some strength training. It's important to work on both cardiovascular and strength training for overall fitness. And of course, I'll need to make sure I'm fueling my body with the right nutrients to support my training.
I'm eager to see how these changes will affect my overall performance and endurance. With dedication and consistency, I'm confident that I can reach new levels of fitness and achieve my goals. It's all about pushing myself to be the best I can be.
These are the fundamental basics that come to mind, I began with some stretching exercises to loosen up my muscles. After ten minutes, I transitioned into a warm-up run and managed to cover 5 km before feeling the burn in my legs. This realization prompted me to push through and continue for another 5 km. "Huff, huff, let's keep going," I encouraged myself.
I focused on my breathing and pushed through the next 5 km, feeling the burn intensify but also a surge of determination. As I reached the 10 km mark, I knew I was ready for the next phase of the training montage. I slowed my pace and transitioned into a series of interval sprints, pushing my body to its limits and then allowing it to recover before pushing again.
The sweat poured down my face and my muscles screamed in protest, but I pushed through, knowing that this was the only way to reach my goal. As I finally finished the last sprint, I collapsed on the ground, feeling exhausted but also exhilarated by the progress I had made. This was just the beginning of my journey, and I was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
I challenged myself to push my physical limits and see how my body has changed. It turns out, I have much more endurance now than before.
As the evening approached, I decided to wrap up my training for the day. I completed three sets of ten push-ups and sit-ups. After that, I followed up with a cool-down session, including rotations for my neck, arms, and hips. With that, my evening workout was complete.
I made a mental note to continue pushing myself, to see just how far I could go. The feeling of accomplishment was addictive, and I wanted to keep improving. As I drove home, I felt a sense of pride in my physical achievements and looked forward to continuing to push my limits in the future.
I plan to add some night training later, but I'm all sweaty now and in desperate need of a refreshing shower. I can't wait to see where this takes me in the future. Maybe I'll even consider entering a competition. But for now, it's time to hit the shower and relax. I'll just take it one day at a time and keep giving it my all. After all, hard work always pays off in the end.
"Finished with training for the day?" Reena inquired as soon as I approached.
"Yeah, finally done for the day," I replied, wiping the sweat off my forehead. "It was a tough session, but I pushed through."
"Good for you," Reena said with a smile. "Let go I'll show you the shower."
"O-ONEE-SAN," I exclaimed, surprised to see Uzumi-san sipping the tea there as well.
"How long have you been here?"
"I've been here the whole time," I was stunned to hear that.
"Could you stop with the appearing and disappearing act?" I asked her.
"Nope, it's fun teasing you."
"..."
I just followed Reena to the shower, feeling the warm water wash away the exhaustion of the day. Once I met up with the children, we waited for Aunt Ayame to pick us up.
We didn't have to wait long before Aunt Ayame and even Uncle Isamu arrived to pick us up.
They greeted Uzumi-san and soon after, Meena brought out some hot tea. As the adults enjoyed their tea, the children eagerly shared their day's adventures, their smiles growing wider with each story.
It was time for us to bid Uzumi-san farewell and head back home. As we made our way, we chatted about our day's adventures until we finally arrived back home.
We all had dinner together at home, feeling exhausted from the day. After the meal, we all headed to bed. The kids, who had been playing all day, also went to sleep. Before settling down, I spent two hours meditating.
Throughout the last two weeks, I continued with my training and as I grew accustomed to it, I ramped up my routine. I was now running 20 km, doing 20 rapid push-ups, and 20 sit-ups. Additionally, I incorporated one km of duck walking for extra leg training each day.
My hard work was paying off as I began to see improvements in my endurance and strength. As my hunger grew I also made sure to focus on proper nutrition and adequate rest to support my training.
Last week, the most significant change occurred when Uzume-san persuaded my aunt and uncle to come and stay with them. They had enough space to accommodate them, so instead of shuttling the kids back and forth just to sleep, they eventually relented after a few days of consideration.
I couldn't thank Uzume-san enough for her kindness and generosity. I was always worried about their safety in this crazy world. As the days went by, I could see a positive change in my aunt and uncle. The time spent with Uzume-san seemed to lift their spirits and bring a sense of normalcy back into their lives.
As I reflect on the past week, I'm grateful for the unexpected turn of events that brought my family closer together. It's a reminder that sometimes, the most significant changes can occur when we least expect them. And for that, I will always be thankful.
Our family had grown, with the kids either playing with the older twins or learning to read and write. Occasionally, we all went out to a restaurant for dinner. Interestingly, the restaurant was adorned with protective seals. Akio-san and Kaito-san were also given their protection seal, ensuring they remained secure and couldn't be lost.
Each of us proudly wore the Aoki family dragon symbol on our clothing, not just as a fashion statement, but also as a symbol of protection. The dragon served as a seal of protection for whoever bore it.
"Onee-san, if it's alright with you, I would love to welcome a new member into our family," I ask Uzume-san kindly.
"Oh? And who might that be?" she inquired with a playful tone.
"Just a little stray kitten," I replied with a mischievous grin, mirroring hers.
