'He is the father of Kurenai! Also, he is a distant member of the Chinoike clan?!"
Akio stares at the trace amount of Chinoike bloodline in Shinku's status.
'Is this the reason for his crimson eyes and high intelligence and spirit?' Akio muses to himself.
'Then why don't I have traces of Uzumaki bloodline if my grandmother was a part Uzumaki!'
He questions himself.
'Perhaps there is some reason!'
With currently no way to figure it out, Akio could only give up.
"How can I help you, dear customer?" He adopts a humble attitude as he greets Shinko.
"Here!"
Shinko passes the list of weapons to Akio.
"A fresh batch of students will graduate from the academy today. Although most of them are from the shinobi clan, a fair number of them are also civilians.
Since Konoha's Martial Law forbids civilians from purchasing shinobi wares before the rank of a genin; most of these civilians are unable to purchase the necessary weapons on their own.
So, the academy purchases weapons on their behalf and distributes it to them. The civilian kids pay for the necessary amount from their pockets."
Shinko explains the situation to Akio.
'That makes sense! Civilians don't necessarily need shinobi weapons, but some of them might misuse them.
