The cell actually looked a little annoyed and happy. Because currently he was trying it best to hit Jin but there was no way.
Not only he was getting annoyed by Jin's constant dodging.
Jin after saying this raises his Ki. Suddenly white energy appeared around him but he still did not transform.
But the people around him were stocked. Even Cell himself was shocked.
This happened because of Jin's power without even entering into Super Saiyan mode.

Goku, Vegeta, Trunks and even Gohan at this was very amazed.

With his current base thanks to his system's fast improvement.
His base with proper Ki control is similar to the normal Super Saiyan while his Super Saiyan transformation is similar to Super Saiyan 2.
"Alright then, it's time to kick the finale" Jin smirked.
"Haaaaaaaa" He roared and intense Ki fluctuation happened.
Jin immediately transforms into his Super Saiyan Form.
"This, this power" Vegeta almost stuttered.
"Is this Super Saiyan" Gohan and Goku could not believe it.
Even Cell at this time was afraid.
"Have you ever been kicked by the speed of Light" Jin smirked and almost vanished from his place.
Cell's eyes widen when a foot appears in front of his face.
But there was no dodging it.
"Renewable Kick" Jin shouted.
This power liternally bends the fabric of space and sends Cell flying back hitting multiple hills and mountains.
Changing the entire geography of the land.
But that was not enough.
Jin knew that destroying every cell of cells is the only way to really kill him.
Jin after sensing where Cell landed. Started to prepare the last move.
"KAME".
"HAME".
The power which Jin gathered was enough to destroy the planet.
Cell who also sensed this immediately started to run.
Jin hardly cares about Cell running. He has Teleportation.
He took time to gather his time and wait for the right time.
And then suddenly he senses Cell flying high enough that Jin could directly teleport under him and aim upwards.
Not damaging the planet.
"Swoop".
And there was Jin.
Exactly below Cell who was running away.
"HAAAAAAA"
The Kamehameha left Jin's hand and within seconds he left the atmosphere of Earth the directly sent Cell to outer space.
And Atom by Atom, cell started to destroy.
