54 Chapter 53: Yomushito Kinoye

~Hiruzen~

Hiruzen rushed directly into the compound with the intention of taking out the leader of the stronghold.

'I'm not sure how strong the other one bandit that I sent Tsunade to take down is, so I'll have to take him out quickly.

Hiruzen arrived in front of a large hall, where he saw a man white black hair sitting on the large chair.

Hiruzen immediately recognized the man as a dangerous shinobi that he had seen in the Bingo Book.

"Yomushito Kinoye, a prominent jonin of Kumogakure, and a known member of the Kinkaku and Ginkaku squad. Known for working with his partner Issei Nobura as a dangerous duo directly under Kinkau and Ginkaku's command. Why are you in the Land of Fire?" Hiruzen said before he questioned the man's reason for being in their nation.

"I'm on a mission of course, one that is for me to eliminate as many villages in the Land of Fire as possible, so that I can cripple your economy. And you're not the only one with information, Sarutobi Hiruzen, student of the 2nd Hokage and known to possess all 5 chakra natures. Killing you will be a major bonus." Kinoye said while standing up and getting ready to engage Hiruzen.

The two made eye contact and stared at each other for a few moments, before they collided into each other with their kunai at a speed that even some jonin would be unable to react to.

Hiruzen was the first to go on the offensive as he went for a kick to Kinoye's head, one that he dodged by jumping back.

However Hiruzen seemed to be hoping for that as he immediately bit his thumb and slammed it into the ground, causing a pile of smoke to appear alongside a monkey that looked at Hiruzen before transforming into a stick.

Hiruzen then ran towards Kinoye again and used the Adamantine stick to smash into him and force him on the defensive.

"Expand!" Hiruzen yelled as Enma grew in size, knocking Kinoye back with him facing the full brunt of the attack.

Kinoye attempted to knock the weapon out Hiruzen's hand after seeing the danger that it represented, but when he knocked the staff aside, it hit him in his side befor returning to Hiruzen's hand.

Kinoye was forced to be completely passive as he was only barely able to dodge Hiruzen's attacks, however when Hiruzen missed one of his attacks, Kinoye immediately began to weave signs before he yelled

"Lightning Style: False Darkness!!"

Kinoye spat multiple spears of lightning out of his mouth which he sent straight at Hiruzen to completely skewer Hiruzen.

To combat this, Hiruzen showcased his monstrous level of ninjutsu mastery as he quickly performed seals before he yelled

"Wind Style: Violent Whirlwind!!"

A powerful stream of wind erupted from Hiruzen's mouth and completely negated the lightning release while sending Kinoye flying back into the chair.

Deciding to not allow him to take the time to recover, Hiruzen immediately created 4 shadow clones, after which they each blasted a respective element towards him as they said

"Compound Ninjutsu!!!"

The attack devestated the Kinoye, with him laying on the ground barely alive when Hiruzen saw him through the smoke.

"Good luck stopping Issei. He's stronger than me and you've already used up most of your strength." Kinoye said with a chuckle before he died due to the attack.

His last sentence caused Hiruzen to grow worried for Tsunade, with him preparing to rush to her aid.

However a large explosion went off in the direction she was, causing Hiruzen to rush even faster.

'Please be fine, Tsuande' Hiruzen silently prayed while hurrying.
