Chapter 51: Ascended Threats

"Today, after the Sorcerer Supreme, Lady Irene, Lord Oogway, and I visited Jashin and put him in his place, we found ourselves attacked by two alien entities that possessed reality-warping abilities. The powers seemed to be able to break the scientific laws in a way similar to Magic, yet it utilized Chakra as its power source. Both of them had strength on the same level of a Master's base ability, and each could be dangerous against a Master who isn't combat-oriented and doesn't use their true state. But one thing is certain, excluding us and perhaps a few of the summoning beasts in the world, none of the natural inhabitants of the Shinobi World would be able to stop a single one of them." Yamamoto began, with his words making everyone grow deathly serious.

They possessed power that could rule entire dimensions if they really wished, with every one of them having at least a few techniques that could wipe entire planets out of existence.

So for Yamamoto, a figure that could rival them even with his lack of a True Form, to say that these aliens were a threat that rivaled them, then that meant that they were a serious threat.

"What countermeasures have we begun creating to counteract against this threat?" August asked, with Yamamoto glancing over to his fellow old man.

"We have already notified the Sentries to detect any and all dimensional changes that come intruding into our realm. I also have members of the Gotei 13 patrolling in all of the hotspot areas in case we may have missed something." Yamamoto answered to which August nodded.

"Did you guys store the body? I may be able to use a ritual to trace their home dimension based on the frequency that it gives off." Zeref suggested.

"I've already attempted it. Their bodies give us no way to find their home dimension, likely the work of an abstract being." Yao spoke as she opened her eyes, with her dropping a bombshell onto all of them.

None of them had ever come across an Abstract Entity, but they each knew what one was.

They were the embodiments of a concept, similar to their True Forms but different.

They were fundamental aspects of the universe, beings that possessed near unlimited power and the ability to warp reality in a way related to their concept however they may wish, with very few things capable of stopping them.

"Are you sure that it is an Abstract Entity on the side of the enemy?" Nabu asked as his eyes glowed from beneath his helmet.

"Well it can not be confirmed. I personally believe that it is a being that has stepped past the boundaries of merely being a Principality and has ascended to a level between the two, as if he merged with his Dimension fully and gained its authority yet lacks a fundamental piece to achieve true ascension. At least, that's my current hypothesis. Whatever the being is, it can detect when one of its subordinates are killed, as it immediately found us once we eliminated the two Otsutsuki Members. We must ensure that any of them we do take out aren't done so in our home dimension, as I would hate to bring a battlefield here." Yao explained as she looked at all of the Masters in the room.

"We are the only beings currently in this Dimension that can hope to combat the threat that the Otsutsuki Clan is right now. I need us to remain on a state of extreme alert in case that they have traced us back to this Dimension. Any and all Dimensional breaches should be reported to us immediately. Yamamoto will be the head of all strategic attacks on any Dimensions we believe are hostile or are intruding into our Dimension. I will allow nothing to endanger the lives of the beings that exist on our planet. Is that understood?" Yao asked them all, with everyone nodding gravely as they realized just how much was on the line if they were to fail.

But, Nabu, Yamamoto, and August realized something else.

They saw the level of indifference and colder air around the Sorcerer Supreme, a feeling she had not possessed in years, with her gradually becoming softer to them. But based on the crackling of Mana benath her skin, they knew one thing was definetly apparent.

The Sorcerer Supreme was pissed. And someone would pay.
