"The Hokage?"

The old man seemed to be looking at me with a smile, Sly old fuck. I was surprised at seeing the man, but not that suprised, he would be coming to see the heir of the Haruno merchant Clan, now that there is a crisis in the village.

"Come sit there Young Haruno." He said to me with a kind enderly smile, he motioned me to sit on the chair in front of him. I subconsciously returned the smile.

This old man, I subconsciously smiled at him. No wonder Naruto, Jiraya, Tsunade and all the village loved and respected him. Sly brainwashing bastard. I thought, going over to the hokage and sitting in the chair In front of him.

"You have been told about your parents right?" He asked me, I nodded sadly, looking at the ground below.

"I-I Have." I stated with a stutter, it was better to behave as a normal kid would, I should try to bring a tear out as well, as the cherry on top.

"Oh you poor child." Hiruzen came up to me and gave me a hug, bastard definitely knows what he is doing. He is famously known for brainwashing kids, mainly Naruto. I must be careful of the Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore of the Naruto world. (Yes that's Dumbledore's full name.)

After a moment, the hokage broke the hug and made some distance.

"Now you know that your parents are rich right?" The Hokage asked me.

"They were rich?" I asked him innocently, a kid wouldn't notice his parents wealth or look at other's wealth at his age.

"Yes, Yes they were. And now, you have inherited all of their money." The Hokage told me as he held on to my shoulder. He was stating the obvious, I wanted to punch the bastard away but I decided not to.

"In.. heated?" I asked innocently, the word seemed to be too advanced for kids to understand.

"It means you have gotten all of their money and belongings." He told me in simpler words, I nodded.

"Does that include dad's Orange book that he tells me I am too young to read?"

"Well... Uh... Yes but the book was sadly lost in the rubble." The Hokage told me with a sweat drop.

"Oh, Shuks."

"Getting back to the topic, Shirai, Do you know the village needs your help?" The Hokage asked me, I shook my head.

He's starting his agenda now. I thought looking at the hokage's face. I could feel him moulding chakra, just because I was so close to him and due to my sensetive child body with significantly smaller reserves, his chakra was practically a beacon to me.

"No, Can I help the village?" I asked him, He nodded and smiled. He is trying to advance his sly motives. He seemed to have moulded the chakra successfully, but what was his motive with the chakra, genjutsu? Probable.

"Yes, you see, the village is very poor and needs money to feed your innocent brothers and sisters in the orphanage." The Hokage told me, I could hear a sad flute music playing somewhere, was it my mind playing tricks. Oh god, it's the Sadness and sorrow Ost.

Genjutsu? No, the hokage wouldn't dare. The Hokage had indeed used genjutsu, although a subtle one. One which brought sadness and wouldn't be noticeable to children of my age.

The genjutsu seemed to get stronger, was this a brainwashing or slight mind Controlling type. Thankfully my Yin chakra was stronger than most but the hokage was starting to notice the ineffictiveness if his technique.

I would be in a bad predicament if I said no, no child would be able to resist a genjutsu of this scale, nor notice it. Maybe Itachi could but he still couldn't be sure if it's a genjutsu or not.

" I will help the village." I blurted out, the genjutsu, fuck. I cannot go back now, the hokage formed a smile.

"Here sign thi-" I interrupted him as he was pulling out a signboard and a document of sorts on it.

"I wanted to be a Shinobi since I could remember, my parents talked about hiring a teacher to tutor me. Can you hire a teacher, Hokage-sama." I pleaded with him, he contemplated for a second.

"But you can go to the academy in two years." He told me, reaching out towards my shoulder, trying to be subtle and not weird.

Fuck, don't be what I think he is trying to do. I rushed all the chakra in my body into the pond in my mindscape. He was trying to sense my chakra.

"But I want to be better than the other kids at the academy." I simply stated. He put his hand on my shoulder, likely intending on using some kind of sonar detection jutsu.

He pulsated a dense beam of chakra throughout my body, likely deeming it unable to use chakra. Not that he'd be able to properly sense chakra of such a low density. Can you feel the air in your room touching your skin? That must be the feeling he was getting after rushing all my chakra into my core.

"Hmm, if you confirm the deal then I will consider it done." Hiruzen said to me, I was internally laughing at the old man, he has probably deemed me unable to properly use chakra, which is the likely thing to happen. The bastard probably thought I would train with a tutor for a while and be unable to perform the clone technique and give up.

I feel sorry for the old bastard, he has likely tried this trick tens of time and succeeded in every one of those tricks. I am not just another normal Joe though. I thought with a grin.

"Woohoo, really?!" I stood up and cheered, he chuckled lightly.

"You're the best old man!!" I continued with the façade, the old man really needed to be sure that I was just another excited kid.

"Haha, Calm down, Young Haruno." He told me, a moment later, I calmed down.

"Write your name here to confirm the deal Shirai." The Hokage showed me a form, I was a fast reader so I made sure to read the text as quickly as possible.

30 billion Ryo, that's like half of the entire account. The hard work of all my ancestors is going in the drain isn't it? I thought as I mentally sighed, I wrote my name in the contract and successfully confirmed the deal.

"Well then, young Haruno. Being the hokage is hard, Maybe you'd be one in the future. But let's discuss those things tomorrow when I bring you a tutor, okay, I'll be going now." The Hokage stood up and bid farewell.

"Bye old gramps, see you tomorrow." The Hokage chuckled on the nickname and ruffled my link hair.

Hey, don't touch my precious. I thought as he walked away.

He opened the door and met up with his guards before heading to the hokage tower, the hokage didn't look bye one last time though. He was busy thinking.

I am sure I sensed some Yin chakra in him, but it suddenly disappeared, how? This kid is either unconsciously using chakra or knows what's up. I must be careful with him...
