34 Seal
While Minato was busy fighting against the masked intruder, other shinobi were busy using crowd tactics to fight against the Nine Tails. But this tactic didn't go on for long before the power of the Nine tails was too much to handle.
Due to what Yoru said before, the third didn't let him join the crowd to pressure the Nine-Tails but advised him to wait for the opportune moment to launch his technique. He was the trump card to finally be able to seal the Nine-Tails in one fell swoop. With Minato busy fighting an enemy of unknown strength, he could only plan for the worst.
The Shinobi launched their jutsu, only to see that the massive fox of destruction tore right through their attacks, then flailed around stomping several shinobi to death. Seeing that their jutsu was useless, Hiruzen himself stood up to contain Nine Tails, but that can only go for too long, he was exhausted. Especially, since his strength has declined from his prime.
As the fight seemed hopeless, suddenly the Nine Tail's eyes became clear.
The time had come.
Hiruzen quickly shouted, "Yoru!"
"I am on it." Yoru appeared in front of the Nine-Tails staring at the beast, he so desired. But he formed several hand signs and launched, "Rashoman."
A giant gate struck Nine Tails in its head, it did no damage, but only served as fuel for its rage. It glanced at the attacker, only to find another pair of Sharingan aimed at it.
[Genjutsu]
The Nine Tails movement stagnated as if being restrained by something. Yoru did not waste this chance, as he formed a single-hand sign.
[Star Orbit Technique-Seal]
Seven black orbs appeared out of thin air and circled around Nine Tails at a fast speed, soon, each of the orbs expanded and joined with each other forming a circular black dome engulfing the nine tails in its entirety.
At this moment, from the outside, only a black dome can be seen as the incarnation of evil disappeared from their eyes. Although most could not perceive what happened, they knew one thing for sure, Nine Tails was temporarily sealed.
There was a burst of cheers as many of them collapsed on the ground.

Hiruzen also couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief at this time. But before he could think of the next step, he heard Yoru's voice from the dome.
"Lord Hokage, I could not seal the beast for too long. Please take advantage of this opportunity, and immediately go on to support the Fourth to fight the assailant, so that we could permanently seal the beast, with the fuinjutsu of the fourth." The voice from the dome sounded laced with exhaustion which only served to further remind Hiruzen that it was still not over yet.
"Everyone, there is still a battle to be fought. Come, let's help the Fourth first."
Hiruzen felt a bit bad, leaving Yoru to handle the Nine Tails alone, but it was all for the greater good. Thinking like this, he didn't hesitate to lead half of the troops to the Fourth, while leaving others to guard the temporarily sealed nine tails for now.
Inside the black dome, Yoru seemed fine, far from the tired expression he showed before. He looked at the beast much larger than him and smiled.
The Nine Tails tried to shake the influence of the genjutsu finding it to no avail, as it spoke its voice wary, "Brat! Do you long for my evil power?"
Since it could not beat the brat with the pesky sharingan, it tried to entice Yoru.
"Evil Power? I don't think there is any difference in the nature of power itself. The power used to save the world can be used to destroy as well, and vice versa. And I am interested in your power itself rather than the nature of it."
"Itself?"
"Yes. Just as you said before I do need your 'evil' power. So fall under my spell obediently." Yoru strengthened his control over Nine Tails so much so that like a puppet it stood obediently, the previous arrogance it had was nowhere to be seen.
Looking at the beast that resembled a puppet, Yoru licked his lips.
It's eatin' time.

Meanwhile, Hiruzen found Minato, and soon both of them returned back, but it seemed a bit too late. As soon as they arrived, several cracks started to appear on the black dome and instantly shattered like glass.
Inside the dome, the Nine-Tails howled, as it made a swiping motion at Yoru who seemed to be too exhausted as he was sent flying away into an uninhabited area.
He rolled for ten meters until he finally stopped on the ground. Panting, Yoru covered his eyes which seemed to be stained blood, as if one of his eyes went blind. At this moment, Yoru looked weak and severely injured.
Now, for the fish to take the bait.
