"What should we do if the teachers deem a kid ready to become a ninja before he completes 6 years, also the kid wants to graduate and what should be the criteria for becoming a Ninja after 6 years. Also what all things should we teach in every year."
"As for your first question grandpa, we can let that kid graduate early provided he passes a test which will be more tough than the usual one.
As for your second question we will have a final test after 6 years - If the child can do 3 C rank ninjutsu/Genjutsu or 1 B rank ninjutsu/Genjutsu or if he specialises in certain weapon or excels in taijutsu, we can have them fight the instructor and let the instructor decide whether he / she is ready or not. If the kid is not good in ninjutsu, Genjutsu or taijutsu, But is good in sensory, barriers, fuinjutsu or medical ninjutsu, we can have them pass but they would not be authorised to go outside the village for mission and rather focus on their respective fields. If they manage to improve on other areas, they can go outside the village to perform missions after a test. This will reduce the casualty rate among the new shinobi. As for your third question, During the first 3 years we can teach the kids the basics like history of shinobi , different clans, survival in wild, different traps, shinobi warfare, basics of chakra control, shurinkenjutsu, taijutsu , physical training and basics of ninjutsu and Genjutsu .
After these 3 years, we can give the kids the option to choose between different subjects with subjects like taijutsu, ninjutsu, advanced chakra control and in optional subjects we can have medical ninjutsu , poison arts, fuinjutsu, kenjutsu, Genjutsu and if we have a puppet master we can even teach puppetry. The kid can choose any number of subject and if he wants to change a chance a subject he can do it in 6 months."
"Are you really sure you are a kid Yoriichi? Hahahaha"
I blushed a little
"Very well then it's settled, You will be helping me with these matters from now on." Grandpa said
"But I have to train my kenjutsu grandpa."
"Very well then, After every 7 days, you will help me with these matters and I will teach you more things about the shinobi world. Your fuinjutsu lessons are postponed for a month if that's fine with you little Yoriichi, I will have to do necessary preparations to set up the academy so I won't have much time to teach you."
"It's okay grandpa I wanted to train anyways but you will have to unlock my chakra."
"If you unlock it right now, it will be very painful for you." Grandpa said worriedly
"Don't worry grandpa, I can handle some pain easily."
"Fine tomorrow we will unlock your chakra after telling Hanako and Haru."
With that our lesson was done and I went to the clan training grounds to see my progress with my total concentration breathing.
I tried doing total concentration breathing and it was pretty easy, I could definitely do it for 30 minutes constantly but after that I can't maintain it.
There is an immense difference in strength, speed, and stamina between someone who can maintain Total Concentration Breathing at all times and someone who cannot. The training to undergo and actually use Total Concentration: Constant is much more rigorous and torturous than that of the original Total Concentration breathing is. The use of Total Concentration: Constant requires focus and the ability to intake huge amounts of oxygen at all times, meaning that you have to learn how to subconsciously maintain this breathing while also unleashing many attacks or doing everyday chores/activities. To master this, you have to understand exactly how to maintain/change the Total Concentration breathing to adapt to said everyday objectives and actions.
'Well , anyways now I can start with the first form of water breathing which is called Water Surface Slash (Ichi no kata: Minamo Giri). This is the reason I wanted my chakra to be unlocked as soon as possible '

"Are you sure son you want to get your chakra unlocked, I have already told you the ideal age to unlock chakra is 4 years old?" Haru asked Yoriichi
"Yes dad, if I get scared of little pain how can I become a Shinobi." Yoriichi said
Hearing this I looked at him proudly, this is my grandson, so mature at just the tender age of 3
"Sit in a lotus position Yoriichi, I will guide my chakra inside your body which will unlock your chakra, you have to remember the pattern. After my chakra completes one cycle inside your body your chakra will be unlocked in a burst. You will have to control the chakra and get it back inside your body or it will damage it. After you bring back the chakra inside your body follow the pattern I used to unlock the chakra. Do you understand?"
"Yes grandpa"
"Alright let's begin" I guided my chakra slowly inside his body along his chakra network. After I completed a cycle, his chakra burst like a volcano, strong winds blowing and even the ground had little crackes.
"Control the chakra and bring it back to your body and guide it." I said looking at my grandson who was gritting his teeth in pain
'Even if he belongs to the Patriarch family of Uzumaki clan who have the most chakra, he has chakra equal to a C rank ninja nearing B Rank.
Even Haru who was 4 when he unlocked his chakra only had 60 percent of what Yoriichi has.'
'Looks like he is done.'
He looked at me and asked "How did I do grandpa?"
"You did great." with that Hanako ran to him and pushed him into a tight hug.

The reason I had his chakra unlocked early is because I didn't want to make the story boring by just focusing on kingdom building stuff for another year and wanted more of fighting. Although he is still very far away from his first real fight. I will try to add some friendly spars once he has mastered some of the techniques he has.
