25 Hidden in the Clouds!

I stared at the quest screen as soon as I dropped into my Kamui Dimension, the place was the same color as Obito's, a deep slate grey, but instead of the Tetris-like formation with pillars emerging from the ground, it was plain. I concentrated and because of the connection I shared with the dimension I could see that it was big, I could go 100 km in either direction and it would feel like I hadn't moved at all still surrounded by infinite black and grey.

"Okay, so Obito's Tetris game wouldn't have looked so repetitive and scary..." I mumbled before going back to the plan that I had formed, it was one of the reasons I had silently slinked away, the Root of Darkness quest had several hidden rewards, and I was betting one of them to be related to Danzo.

"Kamui..." I spoke and a small ripple appeared in space in front of my right eye, I was looking at Konoha, from the top of Hokage mountain, I didn't even need to be there, this is one of the most ridiculous jutsu to exist in the elemental nations. With a simple thought, the window closed and I felt my reserves dip a little bit before once again, a window appeared this time in the border town outside of Konoha where we once stayed.

'Alright enough with the experimentation, since they should already be deciding my fate I need to hurry up...'

Yodaime Raikage was not having a good day, he had just received news that some council member had colluded with the Daimyo court to go ahead and kidnap the Hyuga princess. He was currently having a meeting with Darui and Mabui along with his ANBU commander, where they were discussing what to do when he sensed someone suddenly appeared right in the middle of his office.

"This is not a bad office you know, I was expecting a lot less from Kumo," I say as I played my part of an insane and unhinged person. My intangibility was active as soon as I entered the room, while I felt several chakra signatures lock onto me, I disregarded them and walked to the large window at the side of the room, I looked at Kumo from the Kage tower, and it certainly was a beautiful sight, I could even see clouds forming around the few peaks as hundreds of people were going about their business.

Of course, having a hand shoved through your chest encased with black lightning kind of disturbs the mood, although the specialized lightning was interesting, I walked back, going through Darui's form whose wide eyes were staring at me, or down at me considering he was quite tall, I walked back towards the Raikage, "Your village is indeed quite beautiful, hospitality though leaves much to be desired..." A sword bisected my supposed figure in two as I walked and stood in front of him, my hands in my pockets.

"What do you want Uchiha," A spoke, his teeth grinding as he leaned forward, it seems like he really was holding back from greeting me with a lighting fist, "Well nothing much really, see I was doing my missions and stuff and then somehow in the morning I am being charged with treason by my own village for something I don't know yet, but the only notable thing I did recently was capturing your head shinobi being a pedo... so somehow I am ended up spying on Konoha for Kumo, I was just wondering how that happened, you know how Monday mornings are, I can see the stac-" What greeted my monologue was silence, I could sense more and more chakra signatures as they tried to surround the tower.

"Alright since you aren't answering my questions and I think as I will be soon given a missing-nin status, I should do what all missing-nin do and you know commit a few crimes such as..." the space in front of my right eye twitched and a bulky figure dropped out of it, I put my arm out to grab the falling form of B.

I had to give it to the Raikage, he was fast, fast enough that as soon as he recognized B, his fist was going through my skull, his lightning armor blazing, and his once dark blood red name had now transformed into black. He tried a few more kicks before he tried to get a hold of B with a feint and his hands passed through him.

I hear him growl as he punched his desk breaking it into two, he waved his hands, and the ANBU guard around the room started spreading the message, it was an interesting experience, standing in the middle of Raikage's office with B slung from his neck, I stared at him as he took his seat back, with steel in his gaze, I let his brother drop on the ground, I know I had quite some time of Intangibility left and it was enough to do some stuff, sitting down on the fallen form of B I spoke, "First I would like to know how you were even stupid enough to coconut that plan..." I stop when I heard A growling, knowing that I couldn't do anything to him I thought about nor antagonizing the man, "well whatever you know about the Hyuga incident would do, you see I am hoping to go back to Konoha before they label me as a missing-nin..."

"The mission was not approved by me, an elder from the council hatched the whole plot, Kumo had nothing to do with it, the Elder is being charged with treason..." before he could finish I spoke, "and whatever repercussion the Elder's actions caused are not your responsibility right, maybe I should try and mess with B's seal, how would you like to fight the Hachibi..." the desk cracked further as A spoke, "What do you want!" he looked furious now, I could see his pride would get in the way.

"Well, it's simple really, you have two options, 1. you fight the Hachibi, and I'll swing by Kumo every other night on a stroll to maybe let some of your Shinobi take a rest, you know they must be tired from their years of service, and I'm helping Konoha too... or 2. you and the council member who was responsible for the attack take a stroll with me to Konoha, maybe explain you are sorry for the unnecessary plot and I'll go back to being a friendly neighborhood genin..."

Sadly no one got my reference to the most amazing superhero of all time, Darui was the first one to break out with a protest, "You want Yondaime-sama to go with you to Konoha? No that isn't happening..." before he could speak further, I placed a kunai at the jugular vein of B. The tension in the room multiplied.

"You see I have had a-" whatever I was going to say was interrupted by the Raikage speaking, "GET THAT BASTARD KATA OVER HERE NOW..." I sensed a few ANBU leave to follow through with the request as I looked at the sky outside...

"Nice weather huh?" my icebreaker was met with silence I shrugged as it took another 20 seconds before an elderly man was dragged into the room, his hands were cuffed in front of his body by large metal bracers, and his eyes glared at me as soon as his eyes landed on my forehead, "Ah, so the background character with hatred festering from he last shinobi war... good welcome, welcome," I walked to him leaving B alone, he was quickly taken in by a very fast Yondaime, I walked up to the elder and placed my hand on him, as he was sucked into my personal dimension, I then turned to the Yondaime, "Well since you completed one of my requests, I'll postpone your fight with the Hachibi, now about the other thing, you coming or do I need to have daily visits to Kumo, to be honest, I don't mind... your village is indeed beautiful... by any chance could you not mention that to Hokage-sama later..."

"If Raikage-sama is going then I am goi-" Darui was about to go into his bodyguard mode while I turned him away and used Kamui, a ripple appeared in front of everyone, it was like an oval hole tearing through space, I walked towards the hole as I listened.

"If every eye is documented, do you know any Uchiha who deserted the village and also had the Mangekyou..." an old unfamiliar voice asked, I looked at the Yondaime with a raised eyebrow, and he started walking towards me, I placed a hand on his arm that was somehow made from pure muscle...

"Uchiha Madara," Fugaku finished, as Danzo spoke about updating the bingo books, and in the one-second since Kakashi closed his eyes to remember his old friend a lot of things happened at once. One day Kakashi would be able to explain what happened, but for now, he just stared at the kid from earlier with the weird pattern in his eyes shining as he spoke, "Never say goodbye, right Sensei? oh and I brought the Raikage along to clear my name..."

AN: I don't like giving spoilers, but I'll just say it, he won't stay with the leaf! that was never the plan anyway, just continue reading for 4-5 more chapters!
