5 - Early Graduation

Konoha was located inside Land of fire which was popular with merchants due to rich resources.

Here many different cultures coexist and so does different kinds of food.

Akimichi clan was famous for its strength in shinobi world but it was also famous for owning restaurants in different parts of Land of fire.

Two years have passed since Nori came into this world. He made some friends and Akimichi Choza who was the son of clan head was also one of them.

Nori's identity was just a civilian orphan so his main problem was the lack of money.

After Nori became the chef for orphan kids in the dormitory building, he came up with the idea of making some money with food recrpies of his old world.

Nori did some research and found that in this world there was no concept of Pizza. So he did the obvious thing and sold the receipe to Akimichi clan after letting Choza taste one pizza who absolutely fell in love with the dish.

Nori chose pizza recipe specifically because he was not much knowledge in recipes of foods and pizza was very easy to make.

Just a dough , tomato sauce , cheese , toppings and oven. The steps to successfully bake a pizza was so easy that even he himself baked some occasionally in his past life at home.

Unsurprisingly the new dish became a huge hit and Nori profited a lot in these two years.

The contract with Akimichi clan was a simple and efficient one. Nori would receive ten percent of the profits the Akimichi clan made from selling all kinds of pizza in their restaurants. The kind Akimichi people did not think much and agreed with this contract.

Now many different kinds of pizza were sold in the restaurants and Nori profited from sales of all of them. The pizza with Barbeque sauce and toppings was the most famous though.

Anyway this was just a small episode in his life.

Nori's main focus was always on training and hunting any chakra beast he could find in territory of Konoha to use his chakra steal on.

Naturally his daily effort bore fruit and now he was a lot stronger than even average genin.

Unfortunately Nori was facing a big problem which was the lack of chakra beasts.

Chakra beasts were way lesser in number than normal animals in first place. All kinds of chakra beasts were usually in sights of shinobi because they could be contracted as summoning beasts due to their ability to extract chakra from their cells.

Konoha was filled with shinobi so naturaly they would not leave many chakra beasts in the open. The ones Nori hunted were either left for training purposes of younger ones or was just lucky to be unnoticed.

Nori had long since spending great effort in investigating the whereabouts of chakra beasts and now he could not find a suitable target.

Thus he was forced to make a choice between continuing to spend time in the academy or apply for early graduation.

Nori carefully considered the pros and cons of both choices and in the end decided to graduate early.

While in the academy , he could spar with multiple classmates who had different strengths like Minato's insane reflexes, Fugaku's speed based Uchiha taijutsu , Gentle fist etc. But it was also true that now Nori was considerably stronger than each of them so the experience gained not that good now.

In body quality alone , Nori surpassed them by great margin. If Minato who was best one among his classmates could be considered an average genin in strength then Nori's body quality was already no less than an ordinary chunin.

This result was inevitable because Nori trained more than anyone else and his bloodline and chakra were enhanced each time he used his power Chakra steal.

The Chakra beasts he hunted may be only 9 E ranks, 13 D ranks and just one C rank but the quantitative effect from their bloodline chakra had strengthened his body potential by good margin. Of course his chakra reserves had experienced the most growth as they had already reached elite chunin level.

Chakra was extracted from cells so the stronger the bloodline/ cells , the purer and larger chakra reserves will be. That's why clan children experienced faster growth compared to civilians simply because their chakra reserves increased faster which in turn nourish their bodies, making them more durable and stronger.

So Nori thought that it was time for missions as he could kill enemies outside the village and use his unique power more easily without worrying about suspicions of others.

His decision was firm now so here he was standing before Shirasu sensei inside the stand room of academy.

" Sensei , I want to apply for early graduation!"

Hearing Nori's request, Shirasu was not surprised as he was already expecting something like this to happen sooner or later.

During class assessments and sessions , Nori could be seen holding back all the time.Shirasu had to admit that only few with discerning eye could notice this behaviour of Nori but being his sensei, Shirasu had been watching Nori's progress for two years already so he could see through the facade.

Shirasu was definitely correct but the scale was different as Nori was not holding his strength back a little , instead he was limiting his strength by a lot.

To suppress one's chakra one would need a lot of constant concentration otherwise once your concentration breaks , the original reserves will be easily seen through by the other party. Nori had been suppressing his chakra expect for his training time for more than one year already so he was already very experienced in this art. Shirasu would have no idea that his 7 year old student already had elite chunin chakra reserves..

Still it did not matter because Shirasu's current impression of Nori's strength was already enough to listen to his request for early graduation.

" Alright Nori! I know your progress very well and can see no problems but you have to understand that this matter needs to be discussed with other teachers and principal."

Nori just nodded in understanding. Shirasu was lying and Nori could tell that as it was obvious that sensei planned to discuss this matter with Hokage.

Nori was not stupid. He knew that Hokage would definitely pay special attention to him and Minato because both of them had shown great talent and most importantly did not belong to any clan.

Hokage would never miss the chance to groom them carefully and instill the philosophies of will of fire inside their minds from young age.

This method was God for creating perfect loyal weapons for the village. Nori though had seen through Hokage's actions for quite a while now so he was definitely not going to be manipulated by him.

Chakra sensor natural talent was rare but similar techniques could be trained by others who dont posses the natural talent. Nori had been practicing one simple technique for more than one year now.

He had sensed presence of anbu secretly watching him many times but did not do anything which could alert them. After all right now there was no merit in letting Hokage become suspicious of him. Besides Nori planned to keep his sensor technique a secret as he could use it as his trump card.

Nori's guess turned out to be correct as few minutes after Nori had left the staff room , Shirasu sensei left to visit Hokage office after sorting some papers immediately.

Nori hoped that Hokage would allow him to graduate early and do not use the excuse of binding with classmates or something.. That monkey man would prefer to keep Nori in academy to keep a close eye on him but Nori obviously did not want that to happen as his time would be greatly wasted..
