Jiraya

It turns out that Karoi did all of this just to make the Damiyo feel the pain of losing someone important, by killing his daughter.  Because the Damiyo arranged for his father to be killed five years ago for murder.

 After bringing Madoka to safety in the capital of the country of fire, Raijin unseen separated from the convoy to return to konoha.  Not wanting to see the girl's tears.

 Yes, for sure she will cry for me, you can't resist my charm.

 Once back in Konoha, I headed to the hokage tower to report on the mission.

 "Great job out there Raijin" says after hearing the report.

 "Thank you sir, how are the chunin exams going?"  I ask with curiosity

 He smiles and says "in a month there will be the finals, Naruto will also participate, he's really grown up"

 In a month?  So now he's training with Jiraya.  I think, before hearing the hokage "if you are looking for it, you can find it at the thermal waters"

 I thank the hokage, and leave his office.  In the outer corridor I meet an old man with a cane, and an eye patch who looks at me with cold eyes.

 I freeze and keep looking at him, he too stops to look at me.

 I don't like that look he gives me.  Do I have to take out his other eye too? Maybe it gets better.

 I meow and leave, as I see him enter Hiruzen's office, not before giving me another look.

 After this I head to the hot springs, once I arrive I see Naruto and another mo man with white hair who is in a red kimono.

 I hear them talking about the training they are doing, regarding the control of the Kyubi Chakra.

 He approached me and greeted them "hey Naruto, I'm back"

 "Raijin, welcome back, come and let me introduce you to my coach for the last part of the exam" he says with joy, pointing to Jiraya

 I turn to him and say seriously "Lord Jiraya, it's an honor to meet you, I've heard a lot about you"

 "Ah, Raijin Naruto told me about you. So? What did you hear about me? The strongest shinobi of the elemental nations?"

 "No, only the most perverted" I say seriously.

 Then I see Naruto laughing and writhing on the floor, and Jiraya drawing circles on the floor.  But his depression doesn't last even three seconds, as I hear him laughing "hahah ... Anyway I'm the best known shinobi of the elemental nations"

 Well, I didn't expect that.  I get out of my surprise and ask him "Lord Jiraya would you teach me a technique? It would be very useful for me"

 "Oh ... What technique?"  He asks with curiosity

 "Rasengan"

 "And what do I get in return?"  He asks with curiosity

 I knew, I have to do that thing.  But ... I have to! ... I approached the wall that separates men from women, and I pierce the wall with a fingernail creating a small hole, suitable for seeing through.

 And before he can even speak, I see him disappear from where he was, and the newly created peephole reappears.  "I teach you!!!"  Says immediately after.

 The next day Jiraya started teaching me rasengan, like canon, with the use of balloons.

 I can't use this technique on my paws, so I'm training to recreate it using my tail.  And I must say that I am very comfortable with it, and how to use an auxiliary arm.

 At the end of the month, a few days before the Chunin exams, I was able to learn Rasengan.

 Naruto has also completed his training.  Now he is ready to beat Neji, also because he is stronger than in the canon, since seeing me train to learn rasengan, he insisted on learning it too.  Although he was unable to complete it, as he was also training in Summoning Jutsu, even just the incomplete technique can be useful in a fight.
