Chapter 4 Sumire Kakei

Land of Fire.

Leaf Village.

Ninja Academy.

In the classroom, a lot of kids were present, chatting while sitting on the desks, the podium was empty, the teacher hadn't arrived yet.

Creak…

The door was pushed open, and three kids entered the class, a blonde hair kid leading them, with Shikadai and Denki behind him.

"Hey Guys, I'm Boruto Uzumaki, Nice to meet you!"

The blonde kid caused a silence in the class but he seemed unfazed as he flashing a big smile, he introduced himself, waving a fist at them.

"Sigh…I told you to restrain yourself, let's sit at the front desk" Shikadai behind rubbed his head in a headache and motioned Boruto to follow him.

"Hey, isn't he…"

"Yeah, why wasn't he punished for what he did, that wasn't a prank, it would have been a disaster if that rail had entered the town"

"Well, you know who he is…"

Whispers started in the room, everyone sneaking glances at Boruto who sat forefront with Shikadai and Denki, his complexions changing slightly, because he heard them clearly.

"That Boruto sure is popular"

"Well, it's not surprising after the ridiculous stunt he pulled" Chocho said causally to Sumire's words hands behind her head, a spaced look over her face.

"What's the matter, Chocho, you seem a bit lost?" Sarada on her right, found it shocking seeing her not eating anything at all, the same spaced look since the time she entered the class.

"Sigh~ I saw a really cool guy at ceremony…I wonder where he is…" Chocho said a somewhat sad look over her chubby face, as that tall guy really looked cool, not like brats around her.

"By any means…could you be talking about that guy with a white hat and a big sword" Sarada asked, as from her words, the glimpse of the figure who left early came in her mind.

"Yeah, him, didn't he look cool and even so wild as well!" Chocho gave Sarada a surprise look and began to gossip about him, an excited look over her face

"Ugh~ right…" Sarada was speechless and could only agree with her, sweat rolling down her brows, first time seeing her so energetic at something other than snacks.

"Sigh~ what a pain…"

But unknown to anyone in the room, at the last slightly raised and long desk, lay a figure wearing a white fur- hat his sword rested on top of him, a tired look over his face.

Ryuma after having breakfast came straight to academy as he had nothing to do at home, his mother was out enjoying her vacations, but even here he was terribly bored.

Even the system had left him, at least he could ask the system to make a virtual space in his mind where he could fight those from One Piece world to pass time.

Creak…

"Stand Up!"

Boruto at front was having a heated conversation with a blond kid but suddenly the door was pushed open, and Shino dressed in green entered the room.

The class rep Sumire, shouted as nearly everyone heeded to her words and stood up, welcoming Shino, except for one guy who lay without being noticed at the last.

"I'm Shino Aburama, a Jonin of Konoha and your homeroom teacher for the next three months of Ninjutsu program"

"Now follow me to the playground, as a simple test to gouge your abilities will be taken"

Shino who had just entered the room, hurriedly wrote his name on the board and after giving a small introduction of himself, he strode out motioning everyone to follow them.

"I hope the test is really simple like Sensei said" Everyone stood up, following Shino to the playground as Denki with a nervous look over his face said to Boruto.

"Haha, worry not, just watch me, your nervousness will be gone"

"Class rep, aren't you coming?"

Boruto bragged but his words completely assured the nervous Denki, soon, everyone left the classroom except for Sarada and Sumire, as the former packing her books into her bag, asked Sumire who still sat at the desk, a gentle smile on her face.

"I have to stay behind to look if anyone hasn't arrived yet, after all he may miss the test than,"

"You're really working hard, Class rep, well, good luck than" An admiring look appeared on the face of Sarada, as she praised Sumire, who just smiled at her words.

Thud…

Sarada left, shutting the door, it making a loud voice in the vacant class.

"Now, then, shall we start?"

Just after Sarada left, the gentle smile on the face of Sumire vanished like it never existed, replaced by a cold one, her eyes fixed towards the last desk, which apparently seemed empty as well.

Swish…

Her purple attire suddenly fluttered, a dark purple energy rising from her, turning into a shape of snake, coiled around her right arm, as she pointed the same hand towards the last desk.

"Wreak havoc everywhere, the destruction of this village isn't far"

Hiss….

Thought Sumire a sad look appearing in her eyes for a while before replaced by a cold one as the purple snake attached on her right arm, suddenly shot towards the last desk, opening its mouth wide, ready to devour anyone who was there.

"Huh? how is this…?"

But just when the purple snake reached the desk, a red aura flashed suddenly, the purple snake disappearing completely, confusing Sumire, but her eyes suddenly widened, as she felt a shadow over head, her breathing completely still.
