And then I used Water dragon Jutsu with four seals only to which she used a lava release ninjutsu to neutralize it

I hastily weaved hand seals of Water dragon Jutsu, Wind sphere jutsu

In response She also managed to neutralize water dragon Jutsu but the wind sphere but her and she fell back

Then i hurriedly rushed to her place with my lightning style movement jutsu and placed a kunai at her and said i win

This water sphere jutsu is just used to knock back a person nothing more and only requires two seals but with my knowledge i could do with only one

"You managed to defeat me, i thought after experiencing death of your parents you would become weaker and will take a long time to recover but u instead managed to become stronger than me

I am happy that I won't have to worry about you now" said Mei

"Now that I defeated you i have a favour to ask of you Mei" I said to her in a serious tone

"No it's nothing like that, I just want to join the council of Kiri, I know you have connections with higher ups, "

" You are from the Hozuki clan yourself Ren, why don't you ask people from your clan?" Mei replied back

I can but I am not sure they will listen to me, so if you who is a genius regarded by everyone in Kiri support me I might get a chance to talk to them
