Naruto: Solo-leveling

The stunning view of the landscape was complemented by the sound of metal hitting metal as the wind stirred the blood-filled area.

The sky turned crimson, creating a long shadow and enticing everything with shades of orange and red. The crimson sky appeared to be weeping for something, and there was a child with blond hair and crystal blue eyes lying there.

He gazed up at the sky, which was filled with pain, but more than anything, it was filled with bitter memories of his life. Why he had made this decision, however, left him with many unanswered questions.

Sasuke sat their beside his friend. He was not even his friend; rather, he was a rival that he constantly denigrated and found to be rather annoying.

Even so, despite the fact that he was treating this guy in that manner, the man did not even think twice to defend him from the attack, taking the brunt of it and hanging him between life and death.

Sasuke felt the pain of losing something, and his eyes began to burn with new ignition. He coughed up blood as life began to seep through the blond boy's body, but he kept that smile.

Sasuke noticed that Naruto's body was becoming more and more cold, which was weakening him.

Even Kyuubi, who was inside Naruto, was beginning to worry because he was trapped in this body because of the seal, and if this kept up, Kyuubi might end up dead too.

"Sasuke, stand up and live, dattebayo; if it is you, I am sure you can get out of this situation."

This was also the reason, Naruto thought, why he could explain his reaction when shielding the guy, but most of all, Naruto knew he had something he wanted to do.

After saying that, Naruto felt as though his mind was going blank and nothing was there. He then entered an odd area and saw a flashback of the villagers' hated eyes, along with others, like Kakashi, who had always watched over him from the shadows.

'What? Kakashi-sensei always watched over me.' Although Naruto was taken aback by everything, he felt that what he was witnessing was real, despite being unsure of everything.

[Haha!] [Those needles should have killed Sasuke, but you took it in and are on the verge of dying, stupid brat.]

'Eh, who is it...' Naruto almost jumped.

[I am an exiled real Otsutsuki outer legion.] [To be sent inside your body, brat! I was sent here on a mission, but I was attacked by enemies from a different legion and on the verge of death.] [I was saved by the shadow system or something.]

[In short, just keep it quiet brat and see how I will save them for you.]

Clang! Clang!!!

"Ahhhhh..." Sasuke felt something shift within, and his eyes became three Tomoe, almost sending him into a frenzy, but he lacked the chakra to hold it together.

"He charged at you to protect you from that attack. For that, I have to agree that the boy deserves my utmost respect." As the boy with the mask left the ice mirror, Sasuke heard him say something.

"Is this the first time that you are losing a friend?"

"Shut-up!" Sasuke almost growled in anger, 'I hated you, bastard idiot. But this time, I will make sure that other guy will die for sure.'

Haku moved very quickly through the ice, making it impossible for Sasuke to touch him. However, since 3-tomoe sharingan was using up too much Sasuke chakra, the Sasuke chakra reserve was already almost depleted.

"I cannot even exact revenge for the things I have been doing all this time—killing my friends." A wave of attacks came from all sides, and just as Sasuke was about to fall to the ground, something changed behind him.

As it started to rip through the ground, so intense that it was becoming more and more tangible and visible to normal eyes, the blond shocked the masked boy inside the mirror by waking up from the ground with a completely changed expression and a crimson chakra erupting from within him.

Naruto felt something within his body changing, as if something were corrupting his soul and blood, but along with those changes, he was able to feel that his body was starting to get stronger and stronger, much stronger than anything he had felt.

'Chakra strengthening Art.' A common technique that ninjas learn is to combine chakra and physical force to unleash more powerful attacks than usual.

However, normally this only results in a 2–3% increase in strength and has little effect on actual genin fighting.

[Then what if I mold that chakra within a single part of my body.]

When Naruto punched, an immense force that had been building in one arm due to the Kyuubi chakra was released. This force was so strong that it caused the mirror in front of him to utterly shatter and send Haku smashing into the ground.

'Eh!' Sasuke turned to face Naruto, who had completely changed and was now strolling alongside him. Naruto nodded briefly at Sasuke before making his way in the direction of Haku.

The sudden release of such a powerful chakra that covered the entire battlefield startled Kakashi, to the point where the air itself began to sting like hell.

Then, the moment came crashing from the side, and Kakashi turned to see that Sasuke was sitting on the ground, seriously hurt, while Naruto was approaching Haku with a composed gait.

'That brat is dangerous...' Zabuza made a decisive move as he turned to face Kakashi, diverting his attention from him.

He then charged at Naruto, who was unsurprised by Zabuza's attack and even released the Kyuubi chakra, focusing 88% of it on his right palm, 2% on his right leg for balance, and 10% on his left hand.

'Brat! Want to take on me alone!!!' Because Zabuza was enraged, Naruto was able to dictate the course of his attack with ease. After freeing Jogan, he was able to follow Zabuza's movements and, using his left arm, shift the executioner blade and right leg to balance his body while releasing 88% of his concentrated mana using the Chakra Strengthening art.

Naruto's palm attack clearly outperformed Special Jonin's full-blown attack because it contained a significant amount of Kyuubi chakra—roughly four to five-tail beasts full brunt attack power.

Striking the man in the stomach, which caused Zabuza to flee in the direction of Haku and cause enough injuries that, if care is not taken, he may not survive.

"Kakashi sensei, It is getting harder to control, so I might end up sleeping, so please take it from here on." The boy with the blond hair laughed and collapsed onto the floor to sleep.

Sakura, Sasuke, and their sensei, Kakashi, stared at Naruto, leaving them stunned.

Kakashi, who was perplexed by what had just transpired, wondered what had happened to his eyes, not aware that it was jogan.

'Hmm!' When Naruto was finally able to leave that place, he opened his eyes to find himself sleeping on the floor with an annoying timer ringing inside of him. Despite the call, he casually ignored it because his body was in a stressed-out state and his muscles were hurting all over.

'I am finally back...' When Sakura entered the room, Naruto got to his feet and saw that he was sitting on the bed, grinning silly, just like before.

Sakura remembered how those odd eyes looked at her when he was fighting Zabuza.
