Chapter 8

Naruto arrived at Training Ground 7 at 7 am. When he arrived he saw Sasuke and Sakura sitting bored.

"Naruto! Why did you come late?" Sakura asked angrily.

"Hm? Didn't you research Sensei? He was often a late guy, which made it clear yesterday by being too late to meet. I guessed it would probably come 4-5 hours today. "Naruto said while sitting under the tree.

Naruto was pondering the powers he had as he leaned against the tree.

"Kakashi-sensei, let it be a good fight." Naruto said before running to Kakashi.

More than 10 Naruto started running on Kakashi at once.

"Kage bunshin? So he defeated Mizuki with this forbidden technique. " Kakashi thought.

All Naruto's started attacking, but Kakashi skillfully dodged all of them and destroyed some by hitting them.

"Is that all? You cannot beat me with such a thing. " Kakashi said.

He took out a book from his waist bag and started to read.

"Do you believe you can read a book while fighting me?" Naruto asked with a grin.

"Hm? Of course. Frankly, I can easily read my book even when fighting with the three of you. " Kakashi said.

"We'll see it." Naruto said with a chuckle.

At that time, two pairs of hands came out of the ground and grabbed Kakashi's feet.

Kakashi glanced at his feet for a moment and then saw several Naruto clones heading towards him.

"Do you think you can beat me just by holding my feet?" Kakashi said.

After the clones surrounded Kakashi, they slowly approached. After getting very close, all the clones exploded.

After the smoke from the explosion was gone, a log was standing where Kakashi was supposed to be.

"This explosion could kill a chunin." Kakashi thought.

Kakashi then looked at the book they should have on hand. But when he couldn't see the book, he got very angry.

"NARUTOOOO!!" Kakashi shouted.

When Naruto and Kakashi fight each other*

"Sakura-san" Naruto whispered as approached Sakura from behind.

Naruto closed the mouth of Sakura, who was about to scream with fear.

"Shhh! Please don't show our place. I came to talk. " Naruto said as he took his hand from Sakura's mouth.

"How did you get here? Aren't you fighting there? " She asked as she pointed to where Kakashi and Naruto were.

"I'm just a clone. Anyway, do you understand the purpose of this test?" Naruto asked.

"Purpose of the exam? Not picking up the bells?" Sakura asked in surprise.

"Huh… Sakura, as you watched my fight, you must have noticed that Sensei wasn't fighting seriously. Do you think someone who just graduated from the academy can beat jonin, who has been a ninja for many years?" Naruto said.

"Well? So what's the real purpose of the exam?" Sakura asked curiously.

"Naruto! Where is my book?!" Kakashi asked in a stern tone.

"Sensei, don't worry, it's in a safe place." Naruto said with a smile.

Naruto started running towards Kakashi by doing a kage bunshin.

The remaining clones used Gale Palm jutsu to speed up the previous ones.

While Kakashi and the clones were fighting, Sasuke made a Great Fireball jutsu from his hiding place.

After the three of them fought for a while, Sakura sneaked up from behind, quickly rang the bells, and ran away.

Kakashi looked at the people standing in front of him.

"Well done Sakura, you managed to get the bells. So to whom are you going to give them?" Kakashi asked Sakura.

Sakura gave one of the cymbals to Sasuke after thinking for a while and hesitantly tried to give the other to Naruto.

"Sakura-san, keep the bell on you. If I'm wrong, I'll keep my promise." Naruto said.

"Then Naruto will return to the academy while Sasuke and Sakura become your genin." Kakashi said.

"Naruto… Give the book back!" Kakashi said.
