Chapter 75
Raikage folded his arms over his chest at Mifune's words and sat down, getting serious.
"Recently, Iwagakure was attacked by a man named Pain, who is thought to be the leader of Akatsuki. He razed an entire village and also captured Yonbi, the last tailed beast left in Iwagakure." Mifune said while looking at Tsuchikage.
He then turned his gaze to Raikage and said, "Itachi, who is also a member of Akatsuki, and Kisame also caught B, who is Kumagakure's jinchuriki."
Then, after looking at everyone for once, he said, "However, of the tailed beasts that weren't caught, only Konoha's Kyuubi remained. Honestly, Akatsuki is sure to do something pretty big with bijuu. That's why I propose to join forces of all the villages. In this way, we will be able to learn more about them. Does anyone want to say anything?"
"If there is a war, who will take command of the allied force?" Gaara asked.
After thinking for a moment Mifune said, "For this I recommend Tsunade. Because as a medical-nin, she has a very broad field view. Raikage slammed his fist on the table forcefully and said angrily, "I don't agree! The command of the army should be given to a strong person like me!"

Just then, a masked person appeared next to Tsunade and bent down to whisper something in her ear.
Tsunade's face took on a serious expression from what she had heard. Just as Tsunade was about to open her mouth to say something, a white humanoid entity appeared from the floor in the middle of the table.
"Hellooo!! Pain is waiting for you outsideee!!" Zetsu said.
Just then, Raikage appeared out of nowhere, holding Zetsu's throat.
"You are from within Akatsuki, right!? Tell me where is Itachi!?" Raikage said while squeezing his throat even harder.
"HAHAHA!!" Zetsu started to laugh like crazy. Raikage couldn't contain his anger any longer, and he broke his neck by squeezing even more.
"Tch* I wish we had questioned him before you killed him. Maybe he could give us some information." Mei said.
"One of the Akatsuki never betrays the other members. One of the reasons why they are so preferred is that they are tight-lipped." Tsuchikage said.
"We have to get out of here first, according to the information I received, a huge meteor is coming towards here." Tsunade said solemnly as she got up from the chair.
"What? Everybody get out." Mifune said.
Then everyone hurried out and when they looked up they saw a meteor coming towards them.
"Hmph! Just a little rock! I will destroy him with one fist!" Raikage said and then leaping into the air forcefully as he clenched his fist.
When his fist hit the meteorite, the meteor began to disintegrate rapidly. But the meteor shattered into large and small rocks, and they quickly crashed into the building.
At that moment, 6 people were coming towards there, and they all had orange hair.
Tsuchikage said angrily as he stared at them, "They're Pain, they're so powerful."
"How so? Pain wasn't just one person?" Gaara asked.
"They already feel like one person because they are all connected." Tsuchikage said.
"Ha? What do you mean?" Mei said with a serious expression while looking at Pain.
Tsunade was trying to restrain herself while looking at Pain because that person had killed Jiraiya.
Just as Tsuchikage was about to speak, Tsunade interrupted, "They're like one person, they can see through each other's eyes. Also, they all have different abilities."
Tsunade knew this because Jiraiya gave the information about Pain to the toad before he died. The toad also came to Konoha and told Tsunade about him.
"Then we have to deal with them separately. We can easily win because we outnumber them." Raikage said.
Tsuchikage grit his teeth, "Don't be so sure, they're too strong..."
Just then, something thrown by someone from Pain landed in the head of one of Mifune's samurai, who was with them.
As the samurai's lifeless body fell to the ground, the others there inevitably felt uneasy.
Raikage ignored what had happened and asked angrily, "You are the leader of Akatsuki, right!? Tell me, where is my brother!? What did you do to him!?"
The person who had just killed the samurai said plainly, "Your brother? Oh, you mean Hachibi's bowl. Maybe if you beat me, I can tell him what happened."
Raikage angrily tried to run towards them and beat them with his giant size. But just halfway through, he was stopped by several gigantic animals that appeared out of nowhere.
"Then we should start attacking. Let other people support us while we the Kages are the main attackers." Tsunade said
After everyone nodded in approval, they started attacking their opponent.
Naruto was watching what was going on from afar. After all, it wouldn't be any fun if he went into battle right away, would it?
