20 Chapter-19 : What in the Ohio......

Hiro, along with Hinata and Ino made his way to the training ground three.

Hokage had summoned him there along with Ino, Hinata just tagged along as she was free with nothing else to do.

As the three of them approached the training ground, apparent sounds of clash between fighters would be heard.

'So, They're already at it? Well, let's see at what level you are...' Hiro thought as he moved towards the ground.

Hiro could 'see' the fight going on with his vision.

Slowly, without disturbing the participants of the fight, Hiro and party made their way to Tsunade and stood beside her and Shizune while still spectating the match.

It already seemed like the match was coming to an with no clear Victor, Kakashi was a hard opponent, even for seasoned jonins, it should be hard to take him on, not to mention his own two students who were still weaker than him.

Hiro greeted Tsunade, Shizune and the Toad Sage who was standing on a tree branch above to get a better view of the battle.

Jiraya looked at him with furrowed eyebrows as he did not recognize him, but seeing as how Tsunade was cool with everything, he was fine with it too.

While still looking at the fight, Tsunade said to Hiro "You might still be wondering why I called you, well, take a look by yourself" as she passed him a sealed scroll.

Hiro opened it as he read it, a smile forming on his face.

His plan about manipulating things in the capital was going on successfully, out of 30 Ministers and 20 Advisors on Daimyo Council, his tactics had already worked on about 17 people in total, these 17 people resigned from their seats due to public pressure and had their assets siezed by the Justice department.

Now, Majority of council that was in favor of culling his business was now behind the bars.

With this, the imminent Threat to his operations had siezed, he could also now expand aggressively as major businesses in the capital area took a hit.

With his products, Hiro had full confidence that he'll be able to gain a stronghold in the capital market with the small window of opportunity that had just opened.

In place of these 17 council members, Hiro had successfully planted 11 members that would continue supporting his operations.

All of these were youth leaders that wanted to bring about a 'change', the easiest kind of people to manipulate.

Though he hadn't exposed his identity to them yet, he gave them enough funds to get into the council smoothly.

Unknowingly, they all would be supporting his businesses and help him gain a major stronghold in central politics.

"Thank you, Hokage-sama, it was all possible due to your efforts" Hiro said courteously, putting his hand into the utility pouch by his side, taking out an exquisite wooden box.

It was a special box, containing a rare bottle of sake. The bottle was relatively small, contained only a few cups of sake at most, but what seperated it was it's properties.

Not only it was more than 30 years old, it was made from a blend of exotic herbs and many chakra plants, it's taste was quite refined and it had added benefits of getting rid mental exhaustion, slight Regeneration, increase in chakra recovery amd revitalisation of body.

This small bottle alone costed 99 thousand ryo.

But the cost of the bottle wasn't what made it special, it's speciality was it's incredible rarity, it was only sold to people of special status and power.

Handing over the box to Tsunade, Hiro awaited her reaction.

Opening the box, Tsunade looked at the bottle inside, carefully recognising the brand and the bottle, her eyes widened as a smile dawned upon her face.

"Is this.....'The spring of life' sake?.." even though she knew it was she asked him.

"Yes, it is, consider a gift for our successful partnership on the matter" Hiro said.

Unexpectedly, Tsunade came beside him, her hand went around Hiro's neck as she bought him closer to her face amd planted a kiss on the side of his face.

It all happened too fast for Hiro to react, when he finally registered what happened, his body was stiff with his Chakra revolving crazily, as if anticipating a fight.

Hiro looked at Tsunade, who had a genuine expression oh happiness with a wide smile on her face.

It had been almost a decade since she tastes this sake. It was one of her all time favorites, she had been trying to acquire it, but since the seller was quite biased against Konoha, she wasn't able to get it.

Tsunade, was already back in previous position as she held the box closely.

Hiro, was stunned for a few moments but then just went with the flow, reminiscing about the gentle fragrance that came of tsunade when she was close.

Tsunade, on the other hand took out a box from her sleeves and passed it to Hiro.

"Here, these are the Gauntlets you wanted."

Recieveing the box, Hiro quickly opened it has he saw two thin gloves with red outlining.

He quickly discarded the box, and wore the gloves, they were light, comfortable, and felt non existent

But as soon as he willed some chakra into them, a layer of metal covered them in a scaly pattern.

"Nice" he muttered as he could feel the almost other worldly control of chakra on his hands.

It was one of the greatest properties of chakra metal, it acted as a catalyst and could increase Chakra Control.

Each scale was etched with master quality seals underneath, Tsunade had taken ample amount of time etching them, each granting one overpowering ability after another.

"It is, This is probably the strongest equipment in the history of Konoha, definitely on par with the Seven swords" Tsunade said, eying the gauntlets.

It was a shame that she couldn't have such a thing for herself, well, she could if she really wanted, but according to her, her fighting days are quite behind her.

Jiraya's ear perked as he heard the sentence and gave a close look, to both the gauntlets and Hiro.

Hiro then stopped the flow of chakra as the scales disappeared, even more so, the whole gauntlet turned into glove and then into bracelets, making them seem inconspicuous.

Hiro already knew the details as he just smiled, continuing his conversation with Tsunade with an uplifted mood.
