[Training Karin]

Sasuke woke up the next day and promptly readied himself to start his morning exercise.

He prepared some breakfast for himself and left some wrapped up for Karin when she woke up.

However, as he was about to leave the house he heard some noise coming from inside the house and saw Karin leave her room.

"Sasuke! Where are you going?"

She asked, slightly confused by what Sasuke was doing as he said previously that he didn't have any Anbu duties for this week.

"I'm just going to do some exercise," Sasuke answered as he began to place Gravity Seals onto his body.

"Can I come along?" Karin asked as she fiddled around with her thumbs nervously.

Sasuke cocked his head to the side and began to ponder, 'I mean she should begin physical training soon and it's probably a good thing to get her acquainted with those two, so she can look for help when I'm not around.'

"Sure, just follow me. But make sure you eat your breakfast and wear your wig before you leave."

Sasuke replied as he eyed her glaringly obvious crimson hair.

"But what about these marks though?"

Karin asked as she glanced at the scars that marred her arms, a bit uncomfortable about having other people see these scars of hers.

"Hmmm, give me a second."

Sasuke told Karin to wait for him as he made his way into his room and came out holding a long-sleeved blue shirt.

"This should fit you, though it's a bit old. Do you want another one?"

He spoke as he handed the shirt to Karin.

"No, no. This one is fine "

As she waved her arms in a panic and ran into her room before changing, though once she was in the room she paused and stared at the shirt in her hands.

It didn't take long for her face to morph into a perverted expression as she held the shirt to her face and gave it a big sniff.

'Oh! It smells just like Sasuke...'

Her eyes glazed over, as the corners of her mouth twitched and she began to giggle to herself quietly.

However, her brief stupor was brought to an end as she realised Sasuke was still waiting for her outside.

Karin then swiftly exited the room after she had donned the new shirt, rushed towards where her breakfast was and began to eat it.

Sasuke then began to head out of the house with Karin beside him who had now placed the wig back on her head.

The pair soon found themselves jogging around the village, Karin for now didn't wear any Gravity Seals as her physique was rather weak due to her previous experiences in Kusagakure.

It didn't take long for Sasuke to hear a familiar voice, "Sasuke!".

He turned his head to the side and found two familiar people now jogging beside him as they were clad in their usual green jumpsuits.

"I'm elated to witness your return to the village, my youthful comrade. What's more, it warms my heart to see you haven't forgotten to partake in your dose of hot-blooded exercise!"

Guy exclaimed, his energetic greeting left Sasuke feeling slightly relaxed as he found himself next to an old friend whom he hadn't seen in a while due to his Anbu training.

"Nice to meet you too Guy. You're as energetic as always..." Sasuke responded, glad to see that Guy hasn't changed at all.

"Hey, Sasuke! Who might this young lady by your side be? Have you succeeded in bringing another soul to bask in the joys of our youthful endeavours?"

Rock Lee, on the other hand, saw Karin who was by Sasuke's side and was panting in exhaustion from the morning exercise.

"This is Karin, she will be living with me for the foreseeable future. Karin this is Rock Lee and the other person is Lee's sensei Might Guy."

Sasuke introduced them to each other, though Karin wasn't able to respond as she was getting increasingly tired- something which Sasuke soon noticed.

"Karin you did enough for now, just get some rest."

He told Karin and then proceeded to stop with her for a second before allowing her to jump onto his back before he caught up with Lee and Guy.

"Young Karin, fear not for your perceived weakness. This is merely the beginning of your journey into the boundless expanse that is youth!"

Might Guy who was beside Sasuke tried to cheer up Karin who was for the most part motionless on Sasuke's back.

The tired Karin who upon hearing these words of encouragement simply couldn't utter a word and could only smile and give Guy a thumbs up in response to his words.

Her actions elicited a good-natured chuckle from the three around her. As they soon found themselves finishing their morning jog the two pairs bid the other farewell and separated.

Sasuke who was carrying Karin on his back began to head to the commercial district of Konoha he asked Karin on his back, "I've just realised you don't seem to have any spare clothes at home. We'll just head over and buy some clothes for you quickly before heading home."

"Really?! Won't that be a bother?"

Karin hesitated, feeling rather unsure about it. She felt she was simply being a burden to Sasuke right now, as she hadn't even been able to help him out yet.

"Don't worry it's not like I'm short of money or anything. And if I don't buy you some clothes now, will you just wear the same clothes every day or something?"

Sasuke soon went to a few clothing stores and bought Karin some clothes for herself as well as some groceries, the pair soon made their way home laden with bags.

As they got home and refreshed themselves, Karin changed into some new clothes. She now wore a black full-sleeved dress that was styled after a Qipao and with intricate red markings decorating it. She was also clad in a pair of dark blue shorts and red low-heel, knee-high boots.

"Let's head to the training ground."

After seeing Karin was satisfied with her clothing, Sasuke told her that they would soon be heading out for more training.

"Didn't we already train? And my new clothes might get damaged..."

Karin said depressedly, thinking about how her new clothes might get damaged with training.

"Don't worry it's not physical training, I'm going to teach you some Jutsu and introduce you to Fuinjutsu."

Hearing her worry about her new clothes made Sasuke chuckle before reassuring her that they weren't going to do any more physical exercise.

They soon found themselves at the Uchiha training ground where Sasuke turned to Karin and began telling her what she'd be learning today.

"The first thing I'll be teaching you is the Shadow Clone Jutsu which is a B-Rank Jutsu. This will simply allow you to create a physical clone that has half of your chakra. But most importantly, this clone will give you all its memories once it is dispersed or destroyed.

This means it is very helpful for learning, though you need to make sure you don't overdo it as it can place a lot of stress on your mind.

Then after learning the Shadow Clone Jutsu, you can learn the Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu which is the same thing, with the same hand signs. But you will be able to produce multiple clones, each with the same amount of chakra.

After that, I will begin teaching you Fuinjutsu."

Karin's eyes glowed with a newfound vibrancy as she understood how valuable this opportunity to learn from Sasuke was as she had seen how strong he was from her own eyes.

As she clumsily began to form the hand seals required for the Jutsu, suddenly a puff of smoke appeared and a lethargic-looking Karin appeared beside her.

"Tha- That's me?"

Karin was on the verge of tears as she looked at her clone's rather 'unique' visage.

"Don't worry, that isn't how you look and it's your first time performing this Jutsu. Once you practice a few more times, your clone will look like you."

Suppressing his laughter Sasuke managed to voice his words, telling Karin to not worry about it.

Karin looked at Sasuke and pouted before she punched the Shadow Clone in annoyance, destroying it and then began to try again.

After many more attempts, she managed to create a single shadow clone and almost felt like leaping in joy seeing her success.

"I did it!" She exclaimed, though her ruby-red eyes soon began to glisten with tears.

"I promise...

With every fibre of my being...

I promise I will repay you..."

Karin with tears in her eyes hugged Sasuke as she repeatedly thanked him, as she now truly understands there is hope for her to become stronger and avenge her mother in the future.

In this cruel heartless world, she understands she will soon have the power to protect herself in future along with her loved ones.

Sasuke gave Karin a pat on her head as she hugged him, as he wasn't exactly sure what he was meant to do in this scenario.

"Sorry..."

Karin soon realised her gaffe and stopped hugging him.

"Don't worry about it.

Anyway, congratulations on learning your first B-Ranked Jutsu."

Sasuke congratulated Karin before changing topics, in an attempt to distract Karin from that rather embarrassing episode previously.

"Now moving on, I'll next begin teaching you Fuinjutsu whilst I summon my clones to train by themselves."

Upon finishing his words, a large puff of smoke appeared behind Sasuke as around 100 Sasuke's suddenly appeared.

"Damn..."

Karin's eyes bulged at the sight and turned around to meet the eyes of her shadow clones as she felt it telling her something through its eyes.

'Look at the difference between you two...

How are you so useless?'

Her fists clenched as she stared at the clone that was now innocently looking to the side as it whistled, the temptation to punch her clone had never been so strong.

Sasuke who was oblivious to the drama between Karin and her clone began to give instructions to his clones.

However, before he made his clones begin their practice, Sasuke quickly covered the training ground with the Demonic Illusion: False Surrounding Technique.

This would ensure that without careful observation, his rather conspicuous Susanoo and Wood style would not be discovered.

20x Kekkei Genkai practice (Fusing Fire and Lighting Attribute Chakra)

20x Practising chakra-enhanced strength which he attempted to recreate from his newly learned medical knowledge

20x Practise Wood Style

20x Practise Susanoo

10x Practise the Tsuki No Kage Genjutsu on each other

10x Monitor the area around them to make sure no one is monitoring Sasuke's practising

As he gave each shadow clone a task, he soon turned around and spoke to Karin.

"I'll be personally teaching you Fuinjutsu."

"Don't I need textbooks or something like that?"

Karin queried, a bit unsure about how she was going to be learning Fuinjutsu.

"About that...

Normally, you would be right but I'm trying to find a new way to teach you.

And that would be through Genjutsu."

Sasuke replied, understanding that what he said might be a bit confusing to Karin he continued to explain.

"I'll put you into an illusion, you will be placed into a library where you will be surrounded by several Fuinjutsu books I've memorised over the years.

I'm trying to find out if you will be able to practise writing Fuinjutsu seals in the Genjutsu, but I am not completely sure if that will work.

Furthermore, there is no time dilation yet in this Genjutsu. So every hour that passes in there means an hour has passed outside.

For now though, once in the Genjutsu, a book will appear on the desk next to you. After reading that one, the next book will appear on the desk.

I will release the Genjutsu once it's time to head home."

After confirming that Karin understood everything, he promptly placed Karin and her shadow clone under the Genjutsu.

Time soon slipped away and evening came, as the people in the training ground were immersed in their practice.
