( THE LAND OF WAVES PART-25)

Zabuza slowly opens the door and found Naruto standing there with a frown on his face, seeing him Zabuza took a hold of his sword and prepared for the worst, even though the current appearance of Naruto is that of a 12-year-old kid, Zabuza knew what Naruto was capable of, while he was healing, his minions gave him all the information about Naruto and what he did in the past weeks.

When he heard that Naruto took down a jounin-level mercenary, he was surprised and when he heard that he took out an entire group of mercenary he was shocked.

Now looking at the same person standing in front of him, he was cautious.

'WHOOSH'

Out of nowhere, haku appeared behind Naruto, looking at him with a cold look in his eyes.

Looking at Zabuza and Haku who were ready to fight, a worried look appears on his face.

Naruto: Zabuza I am not here to fight.

Zabuza: is that so and why should I believe you.

Naruto: well if I wanted to kill you then you would have already been dead.

hearing this air around Haku became cold and a frown appears on Zabuza's face, he knew that what Naruto was saying is true.

Zabuza: then what are you here for?

Naruto: I am here to make a deal.

Hearing Naruto Zabuza thought for a while and after confirming that Naruto had no ill intent, he nodded and allowed him to come in.

After coming inside Zabuza and Naruto sat facing each other. Naruto has a calm expression on his face and Zabuza was a little vigilant.

Zabuza: what do you want?

Naruto: we need your help.

Hearing this a frown appear on Zabuza's face and he asks.

Zabuza: my help huh, in what.

Naruto knew that if he wants Zabuza and Haku on their side, he will need to tell them the truth.

Naruto: gatou and his men are going to attack the village in one week.

Zabuza: Gatou, but your team can easily take care of him and his men right, after all, they are just common mercenaries.

Naruto: well, if it was one week before, then I would agree with you, but now the situation has changed, we got the information that Gatou is not the ringleader, the one who is responsible for all this chaos is a man name Daichi. He is from the land of earth, currently, he is under the orders of earth daimyo, to acquire a certain from the village and currently, they have 3 jounin-level shinobi, 20 chunin level shinobi, around 100 genin level ninjas and 1000 mercenaries.

Hearing this a frown appear Zabuza's face.

Zabuza: if they had this much manpower, then why did they hired me to kill your team.

Naruto: probably to keep their identity secret, earth daimyo does not want his name to come in his matter. So, gatou hired you in order to blame you for all his misdoings.

Hearing this Zabuza's eyes became cold and he looks toward Naruto

Zabuza: why should I believe you.

Naruto: because you have no other choice, the entire mist village is searching for you and now by helping Gatou you have also made an enemy out of earth daimyo.

Hearing this Zabuza held his sword and stood up.

And suddenly,

Before he could say anything else, the sword in his hand starts to shine with a black coloured light.

Seeing this Zabuza was shocked, he knew what it means, if his conjecture is right, then the one who is chosen by the legendary sword is him.

In order to clarify his doubts, he put down his sword and a moment later again pointed it toward Naruto and just as he did the sword again starts to shine with black light.

Seeing this a shocked expression appeared on Naruto's face, feeling the energy signature a name appeared in his mind.

Naruto: soul force.

Kakashi soon landed in front of Akito who was inside the distribution centre. Spotting Akito Kakashi said.

Kakashi: Akito-san we need to talk.

Akito: what is the matter Kakashi-san.

Kakashi: there is an emergency, which needs immediate action.

Hearing Kakashi Akito became serious and they both move to the back room, reaching there Akito said.

Akito: what is the matter Kakashi-san.

Kakashi: well, Naruto have found that the village will be under attack in 7days, there will be around 1000 men. So in order to keep the villagers safe, we will need to move them to a safe place.

Hearing Kakashi Akito's expression became pale and he hurriedly said.

Akito: yes, there is an underground facility, which was made around 100 years ago, in order to keep villagers safe in this kind of situations, we can use that place.

Hearing this Kakashi relaxed a bit.

Akito: I will inform the villagers and command them to move in the barracks.

Kakashi: well, it will not be right, we do it now, as it might cause enemies to become more cautious. So in order to not cause any suspicious activity, we will move the villagers in the early morning of the 7th day.

Hearing this Akito nodded and went out to make preparations. After all, this was done Kakashi too disappeared in order to make some preparation for the battle.

Seeing that his sword was emitting a black lustre whenever he points it toward Naruto. He sighed and look toward Naruto with a complicated look in his eyes, after thinking for a moment he asks Naruto.

Zabuza: Naruto did you come across a strange piece of metal.

Hearing this a frown appear on Naruto's face, right now the piece of zanpakuto was his most precious possession except the system and now Zabuza was asking him about it, he looks at Zabuza for a Moment and then his vision shifted to Zabuza's sword, seeing the sword a strange feeling took birth in his heart and he said.

Naruto: I did come across a piece of black colour metal, which was emitting a strange black colour energy, right now that piece of metal is sealed inside me.

hearing this Zabuza sigh and before he could say anything else he was interrupted by Naruto.

Naruto: do you know anything about it.

hearing this Zabuza thought for a while and said.

Zabuza: well, there is a legend which is passed down from a long time in the village hidden in the mist, according to it, on an uneventful day, a spatial crack appeared in sky, from which eight pieces of metal fall out, the village was able to acquire seven of them but were never able to find the eighth one, the village tried to study those pieces of metal and found that each and every one of them contain a special ability, so in order to use that special ability they put those pieces of metal in the seven swords, which later came to known as the seven swords of the mists.

Naruto nodded and Zabuza continued.

Zabuza: after the swords were made, the village started to search for the eighth piece but they were never able to find it, after searching for a long time they gave up. after around a year a prophecy was made according to which, the one who will find the eighth piece of metal will inherit the seven mist sword and will make this world a better place, which will be free from war and blood.

hearing this Naruto was shocked, he could never have thought that other pieces of zanpakuto which system talked about were inside the seven- mist swords.

after comprehending what Zabuza said his vision move toward Kubikiribōchō which was in Zabuza's hands, seeing Naruto looking at his sword a frown appear on his face, he knew that it was not him who will change this world but he also did not want to give his sword to Naruto just like that, he thought for a while and a determined look appeared on his face.

Zabuza: say Naruto.

Naruto: what!

Zabuza: let's make a deal, we will fight each other with all our might until one of us cannot stand any more if you win I will help in your war with Gatou and will also give you Kubikiribōchō since you are its rightful owner and if I win you will leave this place.

hearing this, Naruto thought for a moment and nodded.
