13 Chapter 13 - Victory and defeat.

Immediately after the katana blade, engulfed in flames, passed through Obito's body, the latter reached out to Yusuke's left shoulder, intending to forcibly transport him to another dimension.

As soon as Obito's right hand was successfully light on Yusuke's left shoulder, joy flashed in his eyes, he immediately materialized his body, but as soon as this happened, he felt a burning pain all over his body. Meanwhile, Yusuke's gaze fell on Zetsu standing on a branch of a large tree. The creature looked back at him, inwardly mocking his naivety. Does he really think that Obito will be killed so easily? This mistake will cost him his life, such were his thoughts.

At that moment, Obito's charred body slowly dissolved like a mirage, and an unharmed Obito appeared behind Yuusuke. There was anger in his eyes at having to use Izanagi.

Izanagi is a genjutsu used on oneself and not on others, and is the most powerful of its kind of genjutsu. When activated, the user blurs the line between illusion and reality within their personal space. To a certain extent, this allows him to control the state of his existence, but usually this ability only lasts for the briefest moment. The price for using this genjutsu is very high, the user permanently loses one of their eyes.

Obito had to sacrifice one of his eyes in order not to die from Yuusuke's deadly attack. But what Obito and Zetsu didn't know was that Yuusuke was well aware of this Sharingan ability. Earlier, he intentionally turned his back on the corpse to give Obito the opportunity to sneak up on him.

Just when Obito thought he would finally get his way, Yusuke shattered his expectations again. Crimson flames erupted, revealing another stroke of flame, Obito's mask split in two and then turned to ash. At that moment, Yusuke and Obito's eyes met, and the former, to his disappointment, realized that Obito had managed to activate Kamui.

Watching Obito's body disappear into a dimensional vortex. Yusuke sighed in his heart, the other side's ability was very high class when it came to escaping and saving lives.

At the same time, Obito's eyes were empty. He never thought that even after awakening the Mangekyou Sharingan, he would still lose to Yusuke Uchiha.
