Chapter-5 Negotiation with Hokage
"Hello Sasuke, how may I help you." Said the third Hokage.
"Today I went through my clan library and guess what, all the scrolls related to ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu were missing." Sasuke replied to the Hokage.
"After the extermination of Uchiha clan, it was not safe to keep those scrolls in your clan library, so for its safekeeping we are keeping it in secure location. But do not worry, when you grow older and stronger we will return all those things to you. We will also arrange people to train you in those techniques as you grow up." Hokage gave Sasuke a reasonable excuse.
"I can understand you keeping high level ninjutsus and forbidden techniques as they no longer be safe in my clan library but you should return the taijutsu and genjutsu related scrolls to me. As you know the genjutsu of uchiha clan needs sharingan to perform and same goes for taijutsu as the fighting techniques is design to compliment the sharingan, So it is useless for people without sharingan to try to steal it. And since I am the last uchiha, so they cannot sell them to anyone else either. As for arranging people, you must be thinking of Kakashi, he may have sharingan but he is not a uchiha so he cannot be allowed to learn my clan related jutsus so teaching those techniques to me is out of question." Sasuke counter the Hokage's argument.
Sasuke have thought what may the Hokage would say to him and how to counter that. He gave up the idea of getting back the ninjutsus and forbidden techniques and for the time being he don't really need them.
"Kakashi may not be of uchiha clan you can learn a lot from him. He has the sharingan with him for more time than you are alive. And he is a loyal ninja of the village so you can trust him." Hiruzen wanted Kakashi to learn few of the uchiha techniques to get stronger as he was grooming him to be the next Hokage.
Sasuke suddenly has a bright idea, so he said to Hiruzen;
"Ok there is a possibility of Kakashi learning them, but in return I want to learn the Hatake clan's kenjutsu. If he gets Uchiha clan's jutsu then I want Hatake clan's kenjutsu." Sasuke offer a trade to Hiruzen.
Hiruzen was very surprised by Sasuke attitude. He was not acting like a eight year old boy, he was acting very decisive and mature. His every demand was reasonable, he did not even ask for ninjutsu or forbidden techniques which a revenge driven person especially a child should demand. For 8 year old child the more flashy a jutsu is more powerful they would think it is. When he started talking about the library, Hiruzen thought he would demand for high level jutsu like a child to gain instant power to get revenge, but he is only asking for things that would be required for a strong foundation, his each demand is logical and cannot be denied, he even gave reason for that.
"Sasuke did you awaken your sharingan?" Ask Hiruzen.
"My father told me that an Uchiha generally awaken there sharingan during distress like when they are in battle or when they lost their loved ones. My family and whole clan was exterminated, what do you think." Sasuke answered to Hiruzen, he did not show him his sharingan and neither he was planning to show anyone that he had 3 tomoe sharingan for now. He is going to let them think that he has 1 tomoe sharingan and about his mangekyou, the first person who is going to know about it is Itachi right before he kills him.
After few moments of silence Hiruzen spoke;
"I will give you the taijusu and genjutsu related scrolls to you, as for Hatake clan's kenjutsu I will talk to Kakashi about that."
After collecting scrolls from Hiruzen, Sasuke leave the Hokage building, next he went shopping for vegitables and other healthy food also he bought several set of weights for his weight training. He thought to start only with 5kg in his both legs. As his body adopt to these weight he will increase by wearing them in both hands and also on his body.
He reached home and finalized his training schedule for next 4 years. He will wake up early in the morning and start his body training. Next is the chakra training. He will finish these two exercises by noon and then, it will be time for taijutsu training followed by genjutsu training. Finally he will study both medical ninjutsu and fuinjutsu. If kakashi agreed to teach him Hatake clans kenjutsu then he will practice it with his taijutsu, and after finishing the books on medical ninjutsu, he will go to the hospital and learn from there.
