Chapter 70: One Sword to End the War!

"<TAILED BEAST MODE>!"

Shouted the octopus dude and I couldn't help but grin, this was EXHILARATING.

At first, I thought, I would need to stop holding back and release my seals and start using Ninjutsu and what not against my little opponents, but how wrong I was.

I couldn't fathom how much stronger I have gotten in the past one and a half years, even though this was only meant to get me more battle experience but with my body hitting puberty, my stagnated Levels started rising again.

And with my rising levels…

Damn, I have turned into pure BS. And this battle was proving just that! A and Han were no challenge at all but B, B was interesting. And he was going to become his strongest form now! I can't wait to defeat him.

Sadly I can't kill them, because they are still needed for my plans in the future however I am going to cripple the arrogant muscle head at the very least!

And so, I relaxed my stance as I watched B transforming into his Tailed Beast Form and he was huge!

My smirk grew under my mask as I felt the pressure from the beast's chakra envelope me, it was tremendous. More than anything I have felt yet.

I knew that the furball was way higher in terms of chakra but it was halved and sealed right now, so I never got the chance to feel its chakra.

Bee straightened up and released a blood-curdling roar!

The roar sent a shockwave through the area sending trees flying and even A needed to find a foothold as he watched on with a grim expression.

The coalition armies were retreating, knowing exactly how dangerous this battle was going to be.

To them, I was a menace, a demon, a killing machine, a god of death!

But Bee was simply, a nightmare.

Watching the scene made me giddy as something primal inside me was stirring me to subdue and conquer the beast.

Was it for glory?

Nah, something that stupid did not exist in my being, it was something else…

I have seen it in movies, animes, and written fiction… This is something that the strong possess…

Yes, it's the hunger for a worthy fight… So that life doesn't become boring after reaching the Zenith.

It was something new to my being but I allowed it since it… Felt revitalizing!

Then I saw the beast with a bull's head arms and tails that looked like tentacles looking straight at me.

The scene of a behemoth dwarfing a puny human was quite funny and the funnier bit was the fact that the behemoth seemed apprehensive of the puny human.

My grin widened as I saw it moving its mouth as its gruff and booming voice came out.

"Human… You are the most interesting of your kind but I will not let my host fall by your blade, so prepare yourself!" Gyuki talked.

I didn't grace him with an answer, part of my disguise I guess…

Looking over at the beast that was being wary of me I decided to not make him wait.

So I disappeared with a flicker only to appear on top of its head.

Gyuki almost couldn't react but sent his tentacles in sheer instinct alone but with my slash was already complete.

*Sliiiing*

My sword went through the tentacles that approached and hit Gyuki's horn, only to stop one-fourth of the way.

I guess not using wind release to enhance the sharpness only gets me that far, huh?

Gyuki grunted in pain and took the chance to send another tentacle my way, which I scoffed at.

Holding my sword as I imbued it with wind-natured chakra from the place it was stuck I simply used <Aki Style: Severing Wind> to cut both the tentacles and his horn as he howled in pain.

I watched as he sent his hands towards his head to get a hold of me but I decided to mess with him and <Body Replacement Jutsu> myself with one of his recently cut tentacles.

I watched in mirth as he squeezed his own tentacle to paste thinking it was me.

"ARRG… You are too dangerous to be let loose, I will do everything to take you down! <Ink Creation: Pitch Black World>" Gyuki shouted as smoke-like Ink started coming out of his being and covered the world in darkness

I watched in awe at the technique, because… I had never seen this technique in anime or manga before… So, I was intrigued.

I also noticed that I couldn't sense Gyuki's position in this ink… It was like <Hidden Mist Jutsu> but with ink… Hmmm…

But right then my danger senses kicked in and I simply activated my <Double Team> and started flickering everywhere, and boy was I glad that I did.

Countless explosions were heard from his previous position.

That under-cooked takoyaki was using <Continuous Tailed Beast Bombs>!

But I couldn't tell where was what with all this Ink smoke so I dodged as I started to prepare a sword technique that might be able to blow all these ink away, I could try <Severing Winds> again but something was nagging at me, a feeling, that something that low level won't be able to blow away the ink.

So I did the most sensible thing I could think of, I decided to use a Jutsu…

Yes, yes, I know that I was supposed to only use my Kenjutsu and Taijutsu but, screw it, this ink was annoying.

So I jumped back and started making hand signs at lightning speed.

Taking a deep breath, I released my strongest Wind Jutsu in my arsenal… Man, I really need to find some S rank wind jutsu, It's simply so rare

I used some of my sealed chakra to power the technique because the Ink coverage was enormous.

A sphere of compressed wind started to expand from where I cast the Jutsu as it grew bigger and bigger as it pushed the Inky mist away without much difficulty.

I chuckled at the ease of overcoming my little predicament only to be stopped by the sight before me.

Gyuki was standing there. in front of its mouth was a Biju Dama but not any Biju Dama, the biggest one I had ever seen.

Is he trying to terraform this whole region?! What of his allies!

I looked around and saw that no one, and I mean literally no one was in the vicinity, everyone moved a few kilometers back when the Ink Mist was released.

And guess what…

The Iwa ninjas have released massive walls all around the battle so that they can contain the damage and also trap me.

While the Kumo ninjas were completing their own hand seals.

I gasped, was this planned?! damn it! Do they actually plan something like this beforehand?

Hundreds of Jutsus were being completed as was the Giant Biju Dama.

And as if on cue, they all released it as soon as the Biju Dama was launched.

This was a setup, they predicted.

Fricking brilliant, I grinned.

I held my sword with both hands in a samurai stance. As I brought it above my head.

My grin was menacing as I was finally going to unleash one of my original techniques… Well 'stealing from other games to make your own original, of course, give me a break.

The base where the sword is extended by the Chakra that fueled it, I put in my pure chakra without any elemental transformation in it.

As my blade grew to gargantuan height made out of pure energy, the wind picked up as it pushed everything away from me.

I lifted off the ground lightly as I watched all the attacks coming at me in slow motion.

I bent my right elbow as my blade was slanted to the left and then swung my blade in an arc to the right, finally sweeping it violently to the left.

Everything turned silent as if the world stopped.

Only my blade's light remained as the blade cut through everything… Everything that was in its path.

*Sliiiiiiiiiiiiingggggggshiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing*

As if that noise was what the world needed to restart.

Everyone that witnessed it was stunned, until… The whole world seemed to be cut in two halves.

A loud explosion was heard.

Massive winds blew as it pushed against everything in its way, destroying everything in its path.

The walls set by Iwa were destroyed into pieces the land itself looked as if it was going to be uprooted. The brave Ninjas that were closer to the walls were crushed to their deaths and those who were further back were luckier as they only got swept by the wind and sent flying.

But those that received my sword weren't as lucky…

I waited as the dust settled, my sword already back in its scabbard, my hands in my pocket as I watched my handy work…

Funny… To stop one terraforming attacking… I caused another…

Something much more potent, much more violent.

What I saw before me, even made me take a deep breath, I was simply astonished by the might of my one attack…

Apparently, my sword didn't reach the Ninjas behind Gyuki, as its reach wasn't that long.

But the pressure and heat from the blade did.

As it cut, no, melted down all the Jutsus that came at me, it supposedly hit Gyuki and pulverized him as I saw a burned body of Killer Bee lying on the crater.

Many parts of his flesh melted as he laid there unconscious.

I checked with <Appraisal> and confirmed that he was indeed alive. I don't care much about him, but I didn't want to kill him. I have plans for the future.

So I was glad that he was alive.

But I can't say the same for the Ninjas that were too close.

They were pulverized, nothing remained of them.

I then looked towards the Raikage, A. He had his forearms missing… He must have tried to protect his body with his arms extended in a cross guard.

Sadly, his forearms are cleanly melted off his being. I can see the horror that was present in his eyes.

The look men gave when they knew they were infinitely close to death.

I pitied the man, he didn't deserve anything else.

Just pity.

All eyes were on me, watching me with trepidation. Waiting for my next disastrous move…

But I did nothing, I simply vanished from their line of sight, as if I was never there to begin with, a fleeting nightmare. A phantom with a blade, that took on a world.
