Onoki nodded his head but didn't say anything. The two advisors were terrified after what happened last time so they also kept their mouth shut.

"1st thing we want is money, we want 5 billion ryo." (An: - It is around 500 million USD in real life.) 

"That's a lot of money; we don't have a lot of resources because we are surrounded by rocky mountain range maybe"

I interrupted Onoki "That's not our problem; you can either pay the money or suffer the consequences. Our 2nd demand is resources; we want many and different types of resources from you. To be exact we want a lot of Weapons like kunai, swords, shurikens, scrolls, and other various ninja tools.

"We also want a lot of medicines and medical supplies, and lastly we want a lot of food, but they have to be storable food, the food that can be stored for a long time like barley, buckwheat, white rice, flour, and other storable food in large quantity."

The advisors couldn't stay silent anymore. "I am sorry, but I don't see how this is any different from destroying our village. We all know that the war between the villages is soon going to start and if we give you our weapons, money, medicines, and food just before the war is about to start that basically guarantees our destruction."

"But then you guys will at least have a fighting chance and a bit of hope, but if we attack you right now, you don't even stand a chance. If you don't believe me you can try your luck."

Onoki panicked. "No don't get us wrong we believe that you would be able to win against us, but it's just that you are not giving us two options both your options lead to our destruction. All we are asking is to give us a way of survival and we can't see that currently. 

Both Kakashi and I thought about it for a bit. Then after some time, Kakashi said, "Just don't participate in the war."

Onoki and his advisors were dumbfounded when they heard Kakashi they thought Kakashi was an idiot. 

"But how is that possible even if we don't want to attack we will be attacked by other villages for sure."

"I am not too sure about that, Konoha will have its hands full with Kumo and Suna while Kumo has to deal with Konoha, now the remaining villages are Kiri and suna. I will go to Kiri and make sure that they don't attack you and Kakashi sensei will stay here to protect you in case Suna decides to attack you."

"But will Kakashi san be able to hold back Suna?" 

"Looks like you are forgetting something Onoki it's not our duty to protect Iwa we are merely helping you, it's your village so protect it yourself. Kakashi sensei will just provide you a little help to deal with your enemies after all a Kage level fighter is a great help I would say.

"But I need to tell you one more thing we are not helping your village for free. I need you to place this seal on high ranking members of your village like you these two advisors the two Jinchuriki and a few clan heads. This seal will kill you if and only if you break the condition mentioned on the seal. And the conditions that I will write on this seal are the same conditions that I mentioned before. 

"But I will also add a few more conditions, and those are that Iwa has to pay me 1 billion ryo every year for the next five years. Next condition is Iwa's shinobi and anyone hired or forced by Iwa is not allowed to attack me and my allies for the next five years but there is an exception to this rule and that is you can attack us if we attack you first and if you don't know that they are my allies and you are mistaken and attack them."

"This.. the conditions are fine but how can we believe that you are not lying to us and are using a slave mark that turns us into your slave."

"You can't you just have to believe me and pray that I am not lying."

"I am giving you two minutes to decide whether you agree or with me or not because I don't have a lot of time. We will be in the roof waiting for your answer and if we don't hear your answer in two minutes then we will just take it as a no."

Kakashi and I left the room after that and went to the roof of the building. The Tsuchikage and his advisors started to discuss what other options they had if they said no to my offer. 

After reaching the roof Kakashi looked at me. "So you are going through with your plans huh?'

"We have to start somewhere and I decided to give it a shot and see how it goes."

"Don't worry; just know I will always have your back."

I laughed "Of course I know that sensei."

Two minutes passed Onoki and the two advisors both came to the roof. 

Kakashi asked, "So, what have you decided?"
