Chapter 5: Meet Eternal Genin Kosuke

Mizuki quickly rushed out the door as soon as class ended, he had found a random patch of forest so he chose this as his training ground.

Mizuki decided to practice three body techniques and body flicker techniques that he asked from the academy instructor then immediately got to work on his training.

Mizuki:{ Tiger->Boar->Ox->Dog->Snake, Substitution Jutsu}

Mizuki's body suddenly was replaced by a log in a puff of smoke, he knew that he had success after many time practices in the morning so he switched to training Clone Jutsu and Transformation Jutsu.

Mizuki repeated hand signs to perform jutsu after many time fails. 

Mizuki:{ Ram->Snake->Tiger, Clone Jutsu}

Mizuki successfully performed Clone Jutsu, he could see his copy after a puff of smoke so he sat down to rest a little cause his chakra was very low now.

His stomach growled very big then he smelled delicious food nearby so he tried to find where that smell came from and after a while, Mizuki suddenly noticed an old man sitting next to his hotpot.

Mizuki:" Old man, who are you and what are you doing here?"

Kosuke Maruboshi (eternal genin):" Oh, I am just making a hot pot with some fresh ingredients that I have found from nature so why are you here"

Mizuki:{ If I look carefully, that old man looks like an eternal genin Kosuke from the Naruto series but ten or twenty years younger, oh why I forgot that he must be younger than his first debut in the Naruto series.} 

Mizuki's stomach started to growl again making him embarrassed, old man Kosuke laughed and then asked Mizuki to have dinner with him if he didn't mind.

Mizuki then sat down and started to eat while asking old man Kosuke.

Mizuki:" Hey old man, are you a genin?"

Kosuke:" Yeah, I have been a genin for many years so why you ask."

Mizuki:" Just feel strange why you not promoted to be chunin or jonin after many years."

Kosuke:" Hehe, I have my own reason kid." (Kosuke fell into deep thought about his past)

Mizuki:" Oh then can you help me train, I want to find someone to spar and help increase my fighting ability"

Kosuke:" Are you sure want an old man like me to train you, you know I am just a genin."

Mizuki:" That doesn't matter with me, old man and maybe you can teach me some power techniques, hehe." (try to make a joke)

Kosuke:" Alright, I will not be easy on you so don't let yourself idle kid and I will make sure you can learn some of my jutsu."

Mizuki:" Hehe, thanks old man."

Kosuke:" So what are your elements or did you check by chakra paper?"

Mizuki:" My elements are Fire and Earth Release, maybe I can use Yin and Yang Release too but I don't know."

Kosuke:" It that so, okay we will meet at the same place and I will personally train you tomorrow so make sure to come kid."

Mizuki:" I remember it, old man so don't need to say so much like that and I forgot to say old man, the food you make is very delicious, I can not stop eating."

Kosuke:" Hehe, it that so then you should eat more to grow kid."

Mizuki:" Okay if you say so old man."

After finishing dinner, Mizuki helps the old man Kosuke clean up and then returns slowly to his apartment while thinking about some event that will happen in the future like the Third Ninja War which shows very little in manga or anime.

Mizuki:{ Lucky, I have watched detailed explanations about Third Ninja War from YouTube that some fans make with little information and some scenes appear from Naruto Shippuden.}

Mizuki:{ Oh, so troublesome, now I need some sleep}

Mizuki quickly jumped into his bed, covered himself in blankets then fell into sleep.
