Even if the genin was defeated easily, there were still 5 left.

Currently, two were approaching him from his right while the rest were standing at the rear.

'They all look around my age. Their strength, at most, should be at a fresh genin's level too.'

Yukan also just graduated from the academy but the system gave him a big advantage.

He unsheathed his katana and assumed a normal defence position.

The three genin charged at Yukan, foolishly, in a line.

As they came closer, Yukan got ready to make a slash using his full strength.

As soon as the two ended their fantastical talks, they were slashed down by Yukan using the blunt end of his katana.

The genins were merely knocked out like the first one and were not dead.

By now, Sakumo had already finished killing all his targets and was watching Yukan fight.

Sakumo was covered in blood all over and the blade in his hand was dripping with blood as his eyes had a mysterious coldness in them.

Now, Yukan was headed towards the three remaining genin.

Yukan, instead of keeping his katana in his hands, threw it at one of the genin.

The genin was baffled at Yukan's action and as he barely dodged the katana, he ended up getting punched by Yukan in his chest.

"2 remaining now. This is pretty easy."

Yukan proceeded to fight against the two remaining genin.

"He'll be in trouble if the two take action at the same time." Sakumo on the tree said to himself.

And, what Sakumo said, really happened.

As Yukan engaged in combat with a genin, the last one threw a kunai while being hidden in the bushes.

Yukan, who was used to facing enemies at one side at a time, was not able to react at all to the incoming Kunai.

Though he was able to detect it, his body did not react.

'Will the all-healing pill be used already?' Yukan wondered in his head as he pushed back and knocked out the genin he was fighting and got ready to use the pill.

As the kunai was about to pierce the back of his head, Sakumo appeared right beside Yukan and caught the flying kunai.

Sakumo looked Yukan in the eyes with the same coldness in his eyes as before. He threw the kunai towards the same direction it came from.

Soon, the sound of something falling came as the last genin was declared dead.

"You almost handled all the genins on your own. I want to say good work but I can't. You simply knocked these guys out. What if one of them regained consciousness soon and attacked you? Why did you not kill them?" Sakumo asked as he walked to a genin nearby.

"Sensei, that I-I-"

"Nah just stop. I know. It is like everyone, right? They looked the same age. How can I kill and all…" Sakumo said as he took out his blade and put its sharp edge on the genin's back.

"You know, it is all very simple. Either you kill them or they kill you. You choose. If you don't want to die, kill all these genin you knocked out." Sakumo said as he applied some pressure on the blade and easily pierced through the genin's body.

Yukan proceeded and went to each of them and slit their throat one by one while Sakumo stood there, ensuring that Yukan did it correctly and did not leave anyone.

Before leaving again, Yukan vomited twice but he somehow got back to normal.

Sakumo did not try to comfort him, he had decided to make Yukan stronger and take him to the front line when he leaves again and for that, he could not go around and create a comfort zone for Yukan.

"Let's go now," Sakumo said as the two left to search for team 1 in the deeper parts of the woods.

After a while of searching, Sakumo and Yukan chose to stop at the top of another tree as Sakumo said, "Stay alert, I sense four presences but one of them seems to be very weak, they may be the team 1 that we are looking for,"

"There," Sakumo said as he pointed to the direction he could feel the presence coming from.

As Yukan looked in that direction, he could see a cave and now, he could also feel a few familiar presences in the distance. He was sure that there were his batch mates in the cave but…

"Sensei those three ninjas outside the cave, they seem to be…"

"... Iwa. They are from Iwa. They are waiting to kill the Konoha ninja inside." Sakumo said as he started to make a plan to kill the three ninjas.
