6 New Elder

[A:N]: Longest Chapter yet, hopefully you guys enjoy it, also I thought I would bring this up now so everyone knows, I dont plan on writing any romance, mainly because it just seems weird to me, but i may change my mind later on, although I am 100% sure I will NOT make this a Harem, if any romance at all, so yea thought that was important. "He is..." Starts Yagura, as he thinks of a way to explain it.
"He is the new Elder of Kirigakure." Says Yagura.
"New Elder?" Asks another ninja, as they all look towards Yasu.
"Yes, I have given him the position of Elder, but enough of this, please contact all of the villages higher-up's, we need a meeting." Says Yasu, as he gives an order to the ninjas in the room.
"Yes Sir!" Says the ninja's, as they shun away.
"Lets head to the meeting room, Elder Yasu." Says Yagura, as he leads Yasu to another room in the building.

-15 Minutes Later-
As Yasu was looking around the meeting room, he did not see Ao or Mei, so he decides to bring it up.
"I dont see Ao or Mei here, they should be here as well sense they are both Jonin." Says Yasu.
After Yasu says that, everyone in the room including Elder Genji looks at him with confused looks wondering who he is.
"Who are you?" Asks Elder Genji.
"You will know when the meeting starts, Elder Genji." Says Yagura.
"Why should we wait? We have the right to know who he is, after all, he is in our village and no one here seems to know him, which means he is not from out village." Says Elder Genji, as the other people in the room agree with him.
"It would be better if we wait for everyone to arrive, so I dont have to explain it more than once." Says Yagura, as he remains stubborn.
"I will go get Ao and Mei." Says Yasu, as he teleports away before anyone can say anything.

-With Ao and Mei-
"Yagura has called a meeting with the top brass, Mei." Says Ao, as he walks into her office to inform her about the meeting.
"Do you know what the meeting is about?" Asks Mei, as she gives Ao a curious and serious glance.
"No, Yagura did not specify the reasons for calling a meeting, but i was informed that he had an unknown person with him." Ao Reply's.
"See if we can get any bugs into the meeting so we can know what they are talking about, we need to prepare to fight in the worst case scenario." Says Mei, as she has a serious look on her face.
"Yes ma'am." Ao says, as he prepares to turn around, but before he could Yasu teleports in the middle of the room.
"Hello there, Ao, Mei." Says Yasu, as he gives them a little smile.
Immediately, Ao and Mei both attempt to attack him but before they could he completely sealed both of their chakra with just a thought.
"Now now, I am not here to fight so calm down." Says Yasu.
After Mei and Ao both realized he somehow sealed their chakra without lifting a finger, they both look at each other worriedly, then Mei looks at Yasu and asks. "Who are you?"
"My name is Yasu, I am here to take you to the Management Meeting." Says Yasu, as he gives them a soft smile and lifts his hands up, showing no harm.
"The meeting? Why were we invited?" Asks Mei with confusion on her face.
"This is a meeting for all Jonin and above, even Elder Genji is there." Says Yasu.
"Alright, we will go to the meeting, but... how did you seal our chakra?" Asks Mei, as she starts to feel uncomfortable about the fact that she feels powerless.
"I am just that powerful, trust me, even if i did not seal your chakra, you stand no chance against me." Says Yasu. "Now lets us go to the meeting."
After saying that, Yasu teleports all three of them to the meeting room.

-Back at the meeting room, shortly before Yasu returned-
"Yagura, you cant just hide things from us, from what we just saw he can be a threat to the village, so as the Elder I must know who he is, and we also need to have people monitor him." Says Elder Genji.
"Again, I know you have the Authority to know but I would rather not explain it twice, I will explain when Yasu brings Ao and Mei here." Says Yagura, with a slightly annoyed look.
"Alright then, you better give us an good explanation." Says Elder Genji, as he closes his eyes and relaxes.
A few minutes later, Yasu returns back with Ao and Mei.
"Please sit down, Ao, Mei." Says Yagura, as he gives them a apologetic look.
Mei and Ao look at Yagura for a few moments before finding a seat and sitting.
"Alright, lets begin." Says Yagura.
After a second of composing himself, Yagura begins.
"First of all, I am sure all of you are curious about who Yasu is, so I will talk about that first."
After he says that, everyone in the meeting room pays close attention to both Yagura and Yasu.
"Well, Yasu here is now the new Elder of Kirigakure." Says Yagura. "He will be an Elder with Elder Genji."
"OBJECTION!" Yells Genji. "You can not just give a stranger the rank of Elder without consulting me and the rest first, this is above your rights as Mizukage."
"I agree!" Says another person.
"Same here!" Says another.
Mei and Ao dont say anything, but the look on their faces show that they agree with what the others are saying.
"Listen to me first." Begins Yagura, as he gives them all an exhausted look as he expected this reaction.
"From what he has just done for me as well all of Kirigakure, I think he deserves this, and he has also requested this." Says Yagura. "Let me explain, a few years ago, this man appeared in my office out of nowhere, we had a fight, and he put me in a Genjutsu."
"Genjutsu?" Asks Elder Genji. "You are a jinchuriki, that should not be possible."
"The person who put Yagura in a Genjutsu was a Uchiha, they had the Mangekyou Sharingan." Says Yasu, as he looks at Elder Genji.
"Mangekyou Sharingan?!?" Yells Genji, as he stand up looking surprised and fearful.
"Yes, he calls himself Madara Uchiha, but that is just a false name he is using, his real name is Obito Uchiha, he hates Kirigakure because our ninja killed his little girlfriend during the last war." Says Yasu, as he shakes his head.
"Obito Uchiha? Well that would make sense if he had the Mangekyou... but what does you being in a Genjutsu have to do with Yasu getting the Elder position?" Asks Genji. "Also, are you still under his Genjutsu?"
"No, that is one of the reasons why I have decided to give Yasu the rank of elder, he has freed me from the Genjutsu." Says Yagura, as he looks at Yasu with a grateful look.
"While that is great and he deserves a reward for freeing you from the Genjutsu, that does not give you enough reason for the Elder title, at most he could become a Jonin with a SS Mission reward." Says Genji.
"I do not care about being a ninja for your village, I just wish to be a Elder to cure my boredom, I will also start my own organization similar to ROOT in Konoha, but I wont use it like Danzo does, it will be purely for mission we cant do in the open, and I will train them myself." Says Yasu, as he reveals his plans to everyone there.
"Being an elder is already pushing it, and now your talking about making a organization that rival's the ANBU? You are pushing it young man." Says Genji, as he looks at Yasu with a serious look on his face.
"I can promise you right now, I will not bring any harm onto Kirigakure, if anything what I will be doing will make Kirigakure stronger." Says Yasu.
"How can we believe you? For everyone here, you are just a stranger who has entered the village today, who not only is requesting to be an Elder, but wanting to have enough power to Rival the Mizukage as well as me." Says Genji.
"If I wanted to bring harm to Kirigakure, I would not need this roundabout way to do it, if i wished, i could simply raze all of Kirigakure onto the ground and kill everyone here without anyone being able to resist." Says Yasu, as he looks at everyone like they are ants. "Yagura here can vouch for me, after all, he fought me and lost pitifully against me, without even being able to harm a hair on my body."
"This is true." Says Yagura with a embarrassed expression. "I even entered Tailed Beast Mode and shot a Tailed Beast Ball at him, but all he had to do was catch it with his bare hands and crush it."
After Yagura mentions this, everyone looks at Yasu with a shock and fear.
"So like I said, this will only benefit Kirigakure." Says Yasu, as he closes his eyes.
After a few minutes of contemplating what he just heard, Elder Genji finally says with a defeated expression. "Alright, I agree that you can get the Elder title, and you can create the Organization, but we only ask that you be transparent with me and the Mizukage."
"Sure." Says Yasu, with a neutral look on his face.
"Now, Yagura, although you were in a Genjutsu, we can not forgive what you have done during your term as Mizukage." Says Elder Genji, as Mei and Ao also nod their heads, as well some other ninjas.
"I understand, for now I will try my best in stabilizing the village first, then I will step down and let the next Mizukage take over." Says Yagura, with a understanding expression but also sadness.
"Alright then, should we go ahead and vote on who should be the next Mizukage?" Asks Genji, as he looks around the table.
"I..."
