CH 9: Satori (Part 1)

Circulating chakra is an extremely difficult task for the many people of the Narutoverse, but when it comes to pure-blooded Ōtsutsuki, it isn't, so that also goes for Isshiki.

He is currently in the forest that nears the village he is currently residing in for the past 1 and a half months, and he would say that it is a pretty good training ground, there is a lot of those super bears the size of a car, some carnivorous red-eyed bunnies, and even some ambush plants the size of a house.

(This is truly a bizarre world, chakra has not even circulated yet but those exaggerated creatures are already here.... I really wonder how this village here fend for themselves in the middle of this dark and bloody forest)

The Ōtsutsuki wondered, but unbeknownst to him, the reason why those monstrous animals don't bother humans is because they aren't that interested in weak humans, only if the latter disturbs the former's natural habitats.

And unbeknownst again to our mc, the reason why they are targeting and bothering him is because of him conducting his chakra trainings in the middle of this deadly forest, those monsters must've been drawn to his foreign but energy-rich essence known as Chakra. Just like as of now, in the middle of his Rasengan Training.

*Wooosh*

A vortex of pure chakra accompanied by the drawn wind manifests on top of Isshiki's palm.

"Yes! Finally! I actually did it!"

The odd-eyed mc shouted in exasperation and excitement.

After a full-on 1 hour training, he has finally completed his effortless pursuit of the iconic 'Rasengan'.

(That sure is easy, too easy actually)

Isshiki muttered inwardly in disappointment.

He is just very shocked that the amount of time it took for him to comprehend the theory and basics about Rasengan up until its actualization and manifestation was just too quick, he did not remember how long Naruto practiced this jutsu, but he is very sure that it atleast took Naruto a thousand times of trial and errors more than him.

(I guess it is the Ōtsutsuki genes again...)

Isshiki sighed inwardly as he again manages to form the Rasengan in his left hand in just a matter of a second.

*GROWL*

An animal growl sounded behind him.

But he already found out about this way before he formed the Rasengan, because all this time, he has been using a Sensing Jutsu he created by himself that uses chakra by pulsing it throughout the surrounding area. These pulses of chakra occur every 2-3 milliseconds, afterwards, the pulses of chakra travels in a circular manner of direcion where it will hit every object it crosses, similar to a sonar that uses sound waves to map out the surrounding areas. Meaning, even though this is an effective jutsu, Isshiki still needed to memorize the entirety of his surroundings by using the same technique over and over again for about 10-15 minutes until he has completely memorized everything surrounding him, from the crawling insects, to the smallest of the tree branches, up until the little squirrels hiding inside the trees that surrounds him. Which is why there is basically nothing around him that can escape Isshiki's perception.

"OK! let me test my new jutsu out"

He said as he turns around to face whatever decide to bother him during his training.

What presented itself was a gigantic boar nearly the same size as a bear from earth, it let out a strange non-boar growl.

"What the.. are you OK Mr. Boar? I dont think boars growl like that"

He proceeds to mock the 'boar' with a fake worrying face.

The boar growled once again after hearing that.

"OK I think you're broken, the devs really need to patch up this glitch here"

He continued to spout modern references as he took a stance with a Rasengan hovering above his palm.

The boar immediately charged itself towards Isshiki with a speed comparable to that of a falcon midair.

But he was not fazed by this as he already has a substantial amount of experience fighting against these exaggerated animals for quite a long time already, and so he also lunged himself towards the boar with a no-care face.

The Rasengan on his hand expanded and inflated into a larger size more than that of a basketball, afterwards, he pushed it into the unguarded boar's head.

The boar saw this ball of light but still continued its pursuit with its blade-like tusks towards Isshiki's stomach, but amidst his Rasengan attack, this boar suddenly deformed into a black goo. In reaction, he deactivated his Rasengan.

"What the...I knew it! you were not a boar at all!"

Isshiki yelled in half surprise as he proceeds to jump over the black goo just to end up on the posterior.

As he landed, the black goo immediately moved towards him in the speed similar to that of the shadow of the night, fast approaching.

Isshiki saw this attempt and quickly jumped and landed on the nearby tree's branches.

"What the heck are you?"

He asked in curiosity as he observes the black goo desperately approaching the tree he is on.

He again knew of this and so urged himself to jump, but...

"Wait"

"Why haven't I thought of this before?"

Isshiki muttered in disbelief that all his time, he has not realized what he realized just now.

"If I just make myself feel light, then--"

He continued to mutter by himself as the black goo approaches him on the branch, until he jumped and floated.

He proceeded to float towards the space above the center of his position from earlier, away from the tree with the black goo.

"Yes! I knew this would work! I can fly! All Ōtsutsukis can fly!"

The Ōtsutsuki shouted in excitement.

"This is a huge advantage for me!"

He continued floating and headed close to the black goo, the goo on the branch must have noticed his presence up close and so it desperately stretched a part of itself in the direction of Isshiki.

"What are you? I have not heard of you in the series at all.... Wait! are you black zetsu! Wait that is not right, In this time, Kaguya is supposed to have not given birth yet"

Isshiki talked to himself.

"Never mind that, OK! So whatever you are I am gonna take you"

He continued to talk to the personified goo.

After his words, the goo made an imaginary questioning expression.

He then directed his palm towards the goo, and soon a burst of chakra manifested itself on his palms.

"[Sealing Art: Cubical Cage]"

All this time, there was a faint calligraphy on his left palm, and with his chant and chakra, the calligraphy became clearly visible again to the point of glowing.

As he said that, a structure of a translucent cube started forming around the goo on the branch and it got smaller and smaller.

The goo was now entrapped within this strange cubical cage made of solidified air. It's walls may not be invincible, but it sure is tough and elastic, capable of caging in big animals such as a bear without much resistance.

The sealing technique was created by him unintentionally. He never knew that digital scripts such as Java will actually work for the sealing technique, he wrote the script on a piece of paper embedded with his chakra using an ink also imbued with his chakra, and then proceeded to code what his jutsu will entail and how it will work. He projected that using the surrounding air itself, his chakra will be imbued on the surrounding air and will begin to form a crystallized version of Oxygen and Nitrogen around at a certain point. He instructed the code to use the cubical shape as it is the most efficient shape that he could use. He further scripted that the formed barrier of crystallized air shall begin to shrink and deflate based on a calculated delayed amount of time as the jutsu passes.

After writing his desired functions, he imbued the piece of paper with chakra and Voila! He saw with his Byakugan that an entire special network of chakra actually appeared on the written scripts. Signifying that the moment the script interacts with Chakra, it will react and hopefully perform its desired functions and formula.

Though the jutsu is pretty much complete, he himself knew that it still needed some tweaks for it to become more efficient and more quicker in execution. At the time of the jutsu's creation, he decided to just delay the modification as he needed more time to think on how to upgrade this jutsu.

Overall, his rating of this justu was just C, mainly because this jutsu needed special chakra such as his own for it to function. He based his ratings on how widely this jutsu could be used, he knew that not everybody has special chakra such as his that could literally materialize and solidify air. And that is why, on the same day, he discovered another bloodline limit of his, where he could turn air solid.

"Hah! This is my very first sealing technique! the very first sealing technique on this world! Be honored that you have experienced it yourself"

Isshiki proudly declared on the personified black goo.

The goo tried to break free from the cage, but whenever he tried to do so by stretching the heck out of it, the cage just bounces back to its original cubical shape.

"But what now, I don't really know how I will explain this to Mina...eh whatever she will get used to it"

Isshiki mumbled to himself as he proceeds to fly back to the village while holding the cube cage.

(Maybe I should get on with the storage sealing stuffs, though I can't really use that on this weird good, it's a living creature after all)

He continued to ponder inwardly.

After a while of flying, he finally got back into the outskirts of the village.

He carefully descended with barely any clumsiness, and ran back to the village, of course, with the genjutsu on his appearance on.

He then saw a bright glow coming from within the village from the other side of the village wooden wall.

"Hmm, must be a festival or something"

He said, shrugging off his initial worry.

After touching the ground, he jumped the wall without going through the gate.

Where he found the village in ruins.

There was fire everywhere, blood, and screaming.

"AAAAAHHHHHHHHH KOMI!!! HELP!!!"

"WAAAHHHHH"

"KENTAROU!!!!!!!!"

Witnessing this pandemonium, Isshiki was stunned.

(What in the actual fuck?!)

He cursed.

But soon he got out of his wild thoughts and proceeded to fly towards Mina's house.

He flew so fast that the villagers did not even see even his shadow as he dashed passed many dying villagers.

It is not that he never cared for these villagers, they were his friends, but when it comes to dire times he first needed do check on Mina, his closest friend right after Jigen.

He soon saw the broken house of Mina, and when he saw this, his nervousness cranked up, his heartbeat was racing.

*Dug dug Dug dug*

He approached the door and forcefully opened it, to find Mina shivering in fear as she hides under her table.

"Mina!!! What happened?!"

Isshiki shouted and asked as he rushed towards Mina.

Mina saw him coming and immediately went towards him for a hug.

"OK ok, good thing you're safe, we need to get out of this house first and check on the outside"

He told Mina with a sigh of relief.

"Mmm hew gu"

Mina shakily mumbled as she pointed towards the window.

Isshiki followed where she was pointing to and saw through the window a floating dark figure in the night sky.

"What is that?...Wait? Satori?! The one from the Box of Ultimate Bliss?!"

Isshiki yelled as he observes the figure he calls Satori.

The figure was a humanoid being with black fur and black wings. It also ha a mouth on its supposedly abdomen area, wearing a creepy smile as it observes the catastrophe underneath it.

He thought of all the possibilities, but he came to one conclusion.

After deciding, he instantly flew from his previous position, carrying Mina on the arms as he breaks through to the roof of the house.
