Chapter 3: Suspense And Transmigration

The leader of the ninjas discovered in the Land of Steam was seated in a chair, blindfolded, gagged, and with his wrists tied behind his back. The man was unconscious.

In the dimly lit room, stood a tall man, his face etched with a tapestry of scars. Clad in a bandana-style forehead protector and a flowing trench coat that whispered tales of battles, he inquired, "Did you unearth anything, Mako?" In response, Mako Yamanaka, a woman of insight, nodded before offering her reply, "Yes, Ibiki, we've uncovered crucial information concerning the Hyuga clan incident."

Ibiki, identified as the formidable commander of the torture and interrogation unit, turned with a purposeful motion to face Mako. His gaze, as sharp as the scars that adorned his visage, locked onto hers as he commanded, "Very well. Let us promptly convey this vital intelligence to Lord Hokage." The air in the room thickened with the weight of the information. Both figures, sprang into action, Making their way in the direction of the looming Hokage building.

'So much paperwork and I haven't even gotten any information about the Hyuga incident yet, the third great ninja war also took a toll on the village' grumbled Hiruzen as he thought, his restlessness evident.

A few minutes after he sighed and started supervising the dozen stacks of paper surrounding him, there was a knock on the door.

He motioned for the individual to come in, and to his delight, he spotted Mako and Ibiki.

"Did you discover anything?" Hiruzen inquired.

"Yes Lord Third" Answered Ibiki confidently.

"Ibiki is confident," Lord Hokage noted. "Fetch Hiashi Hyuga for me at once, Tortoise. Everyone else, leave," Hiruzen commanded, gesturing to every corner of the room as the rest of the anbu disappeared. The man in the tortoise mask nodded before departing for the Hyuga clan compound to retrieve Hiashi.

In Konoha Hospital room number three, Kaminari Hyuga could be seen lying on the bed in a coma before suddenly standing upright and vomiting on his bed. He grabbed his head and violently convulsed. A nurse who was close to his room saw what was happening and screamed for help. Kaminari immediately lost consciousness again.

A few hours had passed when Kaminari woke up with a severe headache. He couldn't remember what had happened, but all he knew was that he had been working late on the electrical installation. As he slowly sat up, he realized he was inside a hospital room that looked very outdated. To his surprise, he also noticed that he had become smaller. He was confused and didn't know what was happening. Suddenly, he saw a woman walking towards the door and she smiled warmly before greeting him.

The woman's voice was calm, yet tinged with concern. "Are you feeling okay, Kaminari?" she asked. Kaminari's mind raced as he tried to piece together who he was. "Kaminari?" he repeated, unsure if it was his name. He couldn't remember anything about himself. The woman, sensing his confusion, quickly began to recount the events of a year ago, when the nine-tails had attacked.
