"The Healing Tag?"

The Third Hokage looked thoughtfully at the Seal Tag on the desk, which resembled an explosive tag.

"Specifically?" The Third Hokage could see the potential value behind the Healing Tag, but he needed more information to make a clear judgment.

"It can rapidly heal wounds and restore the physical condition affected by injuries. It also helps to recover a certain amount of stamina.

These effects have already been verified on patients in the Konoha Hospital. It functions similarly to the Mystical Palm Technique and is stable enough," Yakushi Nono answered honestly, without exaggerating the Healing Tag's capabilities.

"It can serve as an emergency method for treating wounds on the battlefield. But for cases of poisoning or more complex injuries, medical-nin would still need to examine the patient and apply targeted treatment based on symptoms."

"So it can't replace medical-nin," the Third Hokage noted, focusing on the key point. "What about the cost?"

"Nara Kagetsu improved the production process and materials for making the Seal Tag. According to his calculations, the cost is equivalent to that of an explosive tag," Yakushi Nono responded.

Hearing Kagetsu's name, the Third Hokage's thoughts momentarily shifted.

Among the younger generation in the village, many had already begun to make their mark outside, gradually gaining recognition. Most notably, Namikaze Minato, who had held off a surprise attack from the Hidden Cloud forces at the border.

Next was Nara Kagetsu, who had mastered the Wood Release.

As a part of the Medical Division that needed to provide personnel for making Healing Tags, there was a chance for them to share some of the benefits from the negotiations with Kagetsu.

After some time, the Healing Tags appeared as part of the war reserves, alongside Explosive Tags, in the ninja's equipment.

Of course, only Jonin and Chunin could be allocated a few of them. For Genin, they would have to buy them themselves.

With the Medical Division established by Tsunade, ninjas from other villages started to realize the importance of medical ninjas. However, only Konoha had been able to systematically train medical ninjas up to that point.

Ninjas in Konoha, especially those without a medical ninja assigned to their team, began to highly value the Healing Tags.

In battle, injuries are inevitable, and injuries lead to a decrease in condition. A decrease in condition greatly increases the chance of death.

The Technology Development and Medical Divisions assigned special personnel to ensure the production of the Healing Tags.

Some preferred to experience it themselves, using kunai to create wounds on their own bodies and then testing the Healing Tag's effects.

Properties: A ninjutsu sealing storage.

Description: The Healing Tag is made with special chakra paper. It's inscribed with the necessary sealing symbols, which store a healing jutsu and the palm healing technique. To use, simply place it on the wound and activate it with chakra. The seal will release the stored healing jutsu to treat the injury. The paper will be consumed in the process, and the treatment lasts until the seal fades and disappears.

Note 1: The paper disappears with the stored ninjutsu after use. 

Note 2: The effect of the Healing Tag varies depending on the stored healing ninjutsu. The paper can hold up to an A-rank healing ninjutsu. 

Note 3: This is part of the medical system's tools. It helps reduce ninja casualties.

The blue-quality Healing Tag's recognition rate wasn't as high as the purple or gold-quality versions, but due to its large numbers, it still far outpaced other results in the same period.

Aside from the fact that the higher the recognition, the more inspiration it provided for related derivative technologies, the addition of the special Yang-type body trait (+1) was something Kagetsu found both curious and exciting.

If it wasn't for the label he saw on the panel inside his mind, Kagetsu wouldn't have noticed anything unusual about his body.
