In the next few days, Haru and Nawaki began their attendance at the academy, but their excitement quickly waned as they realized they had already covered the courses being taught with their tutors. Haru once again understood why many of the intelligent characters chose to graduate early, as the first-year curriculum consisted solely of theoretical studies and lacked any sparring until the second year.

This also posed a problem for Haru, as the lack of time forced him to readjust his schedule. He had less time for both training and reading. Although his physical training was still making good progress due to his training in the Senju clan, the problem was with his reading. In the past year, Haru had developed an interest in the medical knowledge of this world, as he remembered from his previous life that he was a doctor. So, he took up this occupation once again, even though he faced difficulties at the start without guidance. Thanks to his knowledge from his previous life and his much better mental capacity, he was able to learn a lot. Now, as he became a disciple of Mito, he also started training in sealing, which further reduced the remaining time he had. He didn't want to give up any of these pursuits, so he decided to start bringing some of his books to class once he became more familiar with the teacher, until he found a better solution.

After another boring day, Haru and Nawaki went home. On the way, they stopped to have a snack, which was Nawaki's favorite time of the day. Once they got home, they changed their clothes before heading to the training ground. There, Nawaki started his training, and Haru went to a wooden tube filled with water and medical materials. The medical bath was used to promote a healthier body growth and prevent overexertion of the body's potential, which could lead to stunted growth. Nawaki has been utilizing medical baths since he began his training, now only using it a couple of times a month. But Haru had to use it every day. Haru wasn't complaining, as he knew it was beneficial to him, and he knew that the prescription of the Senju, who were known for their tremendous physical strength, was far superior to anything he could do himself. So, he kept a calm mind and started meditating. He wanted to avoid wasting any time that could be spent on training.

After spending an hour in the medical bath, Haru rose and joined Nawaki for physical training. Another hour later, they finished and took a shower. Nawaki couldn't resist teasing Haru. "I'm done for the day, but you still have to endure those dull lessons," he said. Haru shrugged and responded, "Sealing is both enjoyable and practical. You're fortunate to have the best sealing master as your grandmother. You truly don't realize how lucky you are. You should definitely join me," he said in a scolding tone. Nawaki retorted, "You know me, Haru. The thought of those intricate characters makes my head hurt. I don't believe I'm cut out for sealing. Besides, I still have chakra training to do. Catch you later," Nawaki said as he ran away, apprehensive that Haru might drag him along. Haru simply shook his head and headed to Mito's study.

When Haru arrived, he retrieved his homework from his sealing scroll. Mito had given him the scroll so he could store all of his books in it. Then, he began making tea, Mito's favorite. Haru was grateful for everything that Mito had given him, knowing that he couldn't repay her. All he could offer was his sincere gratitude.

After a few minutes, Mito entered the room, smiling at the scent of the tea. She took her seat and started sipping, without saying anything. Finally, she said, "You're getting better and better at brewing tea, Haru." Haru just smiled as Mito continued, "But that doesn't mean I've forgotten. Come on, show me the homework I gave you yesterday."

Haru took out the homework that was beside him, aware that Mito was just playing around with him. Mito looked at it for a moment before nodding and saying, "Well, you did really good. Is there anything you don't understand?" Haru shook his head, and Mito continued, "What about the books I gave you? Did you read them?"

Excited, Haru took out his notes and said, "Yes, master. I read the books about introduction to sealing, and I have a few things I didn't understand." Mito nodded, and Haru started asking her about various theories. After a while, Mito interrupted him and asked, "Have you already read all the books I gave you?"

Haru replied, "Yes, I read all of them. They were very interesting, and I finished them quickly." Mito laughed and rubbed Haru's head, saying, "Well, it seems that Haru is very talented in sealing. That's good to hear. Finally, someone can inherit this old woman."

Haru smoothed his hair and replied, "Master, if the women in the world heard you say you're old with that face, they would be green with envy and make you their number one enemy." Mito replied with a grin, "Who knows?" Haru shook his head, amused by her playful remark.

After their discussion, Haru and Mito continued their lesson until all of Haru's doubts were cleared. At the end of their session, Mito said, "Haru, your progress has been impressive. It was faster than my expectations. Now, you should start training your chakra control. Sealing, like medical ninjutsu, requires a high level of chakra control. Do you know about the Leaf Concentration Practice?" Haru nodded, as he had already started practicing chakra control for more than a year and was confident in his abilities. He was proud to say that his chakra control was among the best for someone his age, if not the best. Despite this, Haru still nodded and listened attentively as Mito explained the benefits of the Leaf Concentration Practice. Mito explained that it not only helps with chakra control, but also trains focus, which are both essential skills for a ninja. She encouraged Haru to practice the Leaf Concentration Practice whenever he could, as its benefits are long-lasting.

Haru agreed and promised to practice. Then, Mito moved on to the next topic of discussion. "We can also start your calligraphy training," she said. "I've seen your writing, and it's good, but you can still improve." Haru made a mental note to readjust his plans, but was not annoyed this time, as he was learning new things, unlike in the academy, which was far more significant than any inconvenience. After ensuring that Haru understood everything, he returned to the orphanage and went to sleep, eager to put his new knowledge into practice.
