Uchiha Clan's Masterplan

"Since it's decided, I would like for you to decide Kakashi. Do you want to become a part of the Uchiha clan?"

After thinking for a bit, Kakashi decided to wait a little.

"I need some time to think about it."

"Then tell me by tomorrow. And keep the Sharingan safe."

"I will. Fugaku-sama, I think I should go."

"Take care. And sorry for your loss."

After Kakashi left, the real Uchiha meeting began, because they were uncomfortable in his presence.

"Fugaku. Tell us about this clan relocation."

"Elder, I refused. There is no way we will leave the centre to be placed in the outskirts. We are the founding clan of Konoha. And as a form of protest, I have decided that we will have a strike from the Police Department."

"Fugaku, you can't just make important decisions like that without consulting us!"

"Elder, I didn't have a choice there, or we will be forced to move. And we must have some sort of action to show everyone in the village that the Third Hokage and Danzo are trying to take our land. We must spread the word before them."

"Captain! But the village is devastated from the Kyuubi attack! And surely the Third Hokage will do that, will he?"

"Shisui, you are naive. When I was just some years older than you, they defamed Kakashi's father because he was stronger than Hokage's own students combined. It was during the Second Shinobi War, and many thought that he will become the Fourth Hokage as soon as the war ended. But they defamed him to the point he suicided. We are in a crisis, and Third Hokage and his friend has done so many things that is questionable and damaging to the village. Trusting those old foxes is fatal."

"But-"

"Shisui, you are still young. So I will just ask you a simple question. Why did Tsunade Senju leave? Why did Third Hokage not recommend Orochimaru for the position of Fourth Hokage? Why was Jiraya, one of the few fuinjutsu master, away during this incident? If Third Hokage and his students themselves can't trust each other, we certainly can't."

Shisui is 8 years old, and he must have already awakened Mangekyo by now. I have to drill out this kids naivety into trusting the high echelon with information as important as Mangekyo. Plus he was undoubtedly stronger than Itachi, but he stupidly decided to meet Danzo out of everyone, in a quiet and alone place, that is perfect for taking care of someone.

Why wasn't he suspicious just by looking at his face!

"Captain, won't it cause any problem, going against Hokage?"

"It will, but much less than moving to the outskirts. If we don't oppose him, he will simply remain in power till his death. Old people must not be the head, as it is with every clan. Then why must the village have an old person as the head?"

"Fugaku, tell me why didn't you nominate yourself for Hokage, or even an advisor? In your generation, you are the strongest after Minato."

"You know why I can't. I am not very popular, and the general perception of Uchiha is arrogant, just like Hyuga. So we can only work on increasing our popularity and hope for the Sixth Hokage's position. Shisui and Itachi are as talented as Minato, and they are good looking as well. I will personally train them to be the best in the village, and even the ninja world. Securing the position of Hokage is a necessity if we don't want to end up as Senju and Uzumaki."

"Fugaku, you seem to have changed."

"It's because I can't remain the same. I had trust in Minato, but he is gone. Plus the Kyuubi attack was done by Mangekyo. We can't sit idle.

Is everyone in favour of getting a seal that will destroy the Sharingan after a person's death? We can't let more Sharingans to fall into wrong hands."

"We agree!"

Everyone raised their hands, thankfully.

"But who would develop the seal? We don't have any seal masters. From as far as I know, Hyuga's seal was developed by an Uzumaki thousands of years ago. But Uzumakis are no more."

"That's why I will be meeting with Hyuga clan head tonight. The only people who have good knowledge of seals are Third Hokage, Jiraya, and maybe Orochimaru. But Third Hokage and Orochimaru are not that trustworthy. I will talk to Jiraya, but I don't know if we can trust him or not. We must develop Fuinjutsu capabilities within our own clan. It will take years, but it is necessary. Sharingan may be of help for us."

"Hmm, with Sharingan, it may not be impossible to develop fuinjutsu capabilities like Uzumaki."

Well, that was a very large exaggeration. But what would you expect from a useless elder.

"So, does anybody else have any questions? We have to move towards rebuilding plan."

"Then I have a proposal on this as well. We should make our territory more open to the rest of the villagers. We have been isolated for years, and it facilitates in creating negative stereotypes against us. We can make some buildings have more floor to create space for some kind of tourist attraction. Something that is special to Uchihas. Please point out something we can use."

"Sharingan?"

Fugaku's eye twitched at that. Do they really not think about anything other than Sharingan?

"Fire Jutsu?"

"No ninja stuff like that. Something else."

"Umm, cats?"

Cats... that's actually a good idea! Cat cafe to melt people's heart with their cuteness. This will feed the cats, and the clan will earn money. A win-win situation.

"It's decided then. We will open a Cat Cafe, where people can come and pet numerous cats. This will help both us and the cats. Nobody should have a problem with it, right?"

Everyone agreed. A designated shop for petting fluffy cats? It is the best thing that can happen!

"Then let's end the meeting here. Remain vigilant, and spread the word about why we are on a strike. Start rebuilding the clan."
