Naruto, using his advanced Rinnegan, extinguished the fire instantly as if it were a mere illusion.
The aftermath revealed the toll on the root members. Dismembered bodies were scattered on the ground. A stream if blood was flowing from the battlefield.
Some pitiful individuals were still struggling barley holding to their lives with gapping holes in their cheat. The eyes filled with dispair looking at their own crushed hearts that lay before them.
Naruto stood in the middle of the massacre. His body covered in blood and flesh of his victims. And the residues of a dying out fire.
A maniacal smile that adore his face, showcasing his elongated fangs. His hands have now become claws covered in red chakra. A still beating heart is cluched in his hand.
As the ninjas observed in fear he slowly crushed the heart to a pulp.
The team leader, who had unleashed the Earth Style technique, acknowledged the gravity of the situation, fear gripped his heart watching the Demons reaping the lives of his comrades .
As the rest of the ninjas started to run away from the demon, a playful voice of a child was heard.
"Hey, why are you running away. Don't you want to play?" Naruto asked with a smile.
"Don't you want to play with the infamous Naruto Uzumaki?"
"Don't you want to play with this brat? Don't you want to play with stupid fox? Don't you want to play with this DEMON?" Naruto continued to ask as he started walking forward.
The ninjas from couldn't believe their eyes and exclaimed, "He is a Demon. Ru...Ru.. RUN...!"
"Here, catch this."
Naruto casually unleashed a technique.
The air filled with the sound of screams as the remaining root members were enveloped in flames. Naruto, standing amidst the raging fire, continue to laughed his heart out.
He glanced down at the swamp beneath his feet. "Mmm, Pathetic. Such a weak piece of shit"
He couldn't help but express disgust at the rootnmwmbers skills. Were these the elite forces of Konoha Village?
Reflecting on the stringent selection process for Anbu, Naruto understood that only individuals of a certain caliber had the opportunity to join their ranks.
Naruto, disgusted with their performance, wondered if this was all they had to offer. Were these the same individuals who had dared to confront him?
Expressing his frustration, Naruto raised his hand, preparing to burn the injured ones to a crisp.
However, a voice intervened from nearby, cautioning him, "Stop this at once, boy."
Turning to look, Naruto saw a man in a heavy kimono, using a crutch for support, with a bandage wrapped around his head, particularly covering his right eye.
Danzi.

It was Danzo.
Surprised, Naruto thought, "It's this bastard?"
Naruto harbored no illusions about his suspicions regarding Danzo. Given Danzo's previous influential position, obtaining information about the delivery room's location wasn't a daunting task. His motivations, however, were sinister—a desire to eliminate the Fourth Hokage and ascend to the position himself.
Danzo's ruthless pursuit of the Hokage title had long been evident, marked by his questionable actions during times of crisis. Instead of aiding the village during the Nine Tails turmoil, he obstructed the Uchiha clan's involvement, sowing discord that eventually led to their alienation.
Naruto's frustration reached a boiling point, especially considering the seemingly coincidental timing of Obito's returns to Konoha.
Whether during Kushina's due date or the Uchiha genocide night, Obito's involvement appeared orchestrated. Naruto questioned the source of this information, demanding answers.
"Danzo, you old bastard? Today is your lucky day. You have won a one way ticket to hell." Naruto's voice echoed with joy and happiness.
But the manifestation of Kurama's Chakra coated his body, but the playful smile on his lips never faded. It only got wider and wider.
The audacity of attempting to assassinate the Third Hokage fueled Naruto's determination to kill Danzo. It's not because he liked the third Hokage but he concluded that if Danzo could plot against the Third Hokage, he could have also targeted the Fourth Hokage. Thus Danzo is a also a reason for his parents death. So he too shall DIE.

Danzo fixed a penetrating gaze on Naruto, breaking the silence with a question that echoed with gravity, "Are you that Demon fox?"
He recognized the truth, acknowledging Naruto's identity. Failing to recognize him would render Danzo's life a wasted pursuit.
Naruto responded bluntly, ripping off the black cloth that concealed his head and face, revealing his true self.
The revelation echoed through the injured ninjas.
"It's really him?"
Many had still refused to believe his Naruto's identity even when he had taunted them. But now all of them was exposed to the cruel reality. They got massacred by a kid.
Root members reacted with disbelief. Many had served under Naruto's father, Minato, who had been Hokage. They knew the significance of the Nine Tails Jinchūriki to the village.
Amid the astonishment, Naruto locked eyes with Danzo, demanding answers. "Did you betray my parents? How did the masked man know the location of the delivery room that night? If you knew he was 'Uchiha Madara,' did you contact him? Tell me Danzi! The Demon Fox want's to play."
"No," Shimura Danzo retorted without hesitation, dismissing the accusation. He explained stoically, "Ambitions for the Hokage position aside, I would not stoop to such betrayal. Minato became the Fourth Generation, and for the village's well-being, we may need to collaborate with external forces to protect Konoha Village. Hokage represents the tree's trunk and leaves, but I am its root. Survival demands both light and shadow. For the village's sake, I can compromise, even if it means blood stains my hands, even if misunderstood, even if I must act in the shadows without hesitation."
