ANBU and Sensei!
Sasuke took his ANBU squad to the training grounds, usually, the masks worn by ANBU members would somewhat correspond with their abilities. Sasuke took out the normal sword and replaced it with the chakra saber that Kakashi gave him. "Alright let's star-" before he could finish his words the rabbit mask charged at him at very fast speeds. Even with Sasuke's Sharingan active, it was fast.
Rabbit swung her kunai around at speeds that Sasuke could barely keep up with, Sasuke assumed that the weapons usually had poison on them, but she couldn't do that here as no deaths should occur. Sasuke took out his blade and cut both kunai in half with the beyond sharp blade.
Before he could get his feet set again Bull ran at him, Sasuke put his guard up, he wanted to test his power. The raw power from his punch sent Sasuke flying backward, 'That might even be stronger than Sakura!' Sasuke got into a small fight against the two and quickly realized they were the members who fought in mainly taijutsu. With his Sharingan he eventually pushed them back, they were very strong, stronger than he expected.
Sasuke noticed that while fighting them he had lost track of the third member, he was supposedly the strongest of them, Sasuke didn't know what to expect of his strength. Sasuke was distracted in his thoughts and didn't notice the attack coming behind him. The next thing Sasuke knew he was tied up in strings and his arm guards were broken, 'shit, substitution' Sasuke quickly performed the substitution jutsu to get out of the attack.
A shadow jumped out of the trees, 'so fast, maybe even faster than Rabbit!' both of their blades collided creating sparks, they were both sharp and made of chakra conductive metal. They got into a kenjutsu and taijutsu combination match, Sasuke was just barely better at both. The man in the Oni mask then landed a clean hit on Sasuke sending him flying once more, 'powerful too!' Sasuke was shocked at how strong he was.
The Oni then threw some strange gum-type substance in his mouth and chewed, he also performed hand seals for some sort of jutsu. Oni used what looked like a fire-style jutsu but instead of fire it produced string! Sasuke released a fire jutsu and a mud wall to stop the strings. The fire-style jutsu didn't stop it at all and the string cleanly cut through the wall, leaving Sasuke to use his sword to block the attack. Sasuke then decided to go all out, he rushed Oni at speeds far surpassing his own, Sasuke appeared behind him before he could do anything.
"That's enough, you are all easily strong enough." Jiraiya then walked over to them, "good job, you all now know the strength of your teammates. Here take this." Jiraiya handed them books, Sasuke got two and the rest got one. "The first book is all the information we have on the Akatsuki. As we get more we will update them, I suggest you study them. Sasuke the extra book you got is information about your teammates so you can better understand their abilities. You are all dismissed." Sasuke and the rest of the ANBU left.
For Naruto the days passed fast, it's not like he hated the fact of being a sensei, but he didn't want to train little kids, they would almost surely be way too confident and dumb. But to make it worse he HAD to pass them, I mean he could fail them but he would probably get yelled at which like Shikamaru always said, 'that would be a drag.'
Still, even if he had to pass them he wanted to see how strong they were so he would give them a test. Naruto then spread out his senses, "There he is!" Naruto quickly ran to Kakashi, when he got close Kakashi still didn't notice him so Naruto decided to sneak a peek at Kakashi's 'literature', or at least that's what he called it.
Naruto read one sentence and was disgusted, "Kakashi, are you really into that stuff?" Kakashi turned around fast, he was blushing. "Naruto, I'll do whatever you want, just don't tell anyone about this!" Naruto thought about doing something to creep Kakashi out but stopped himself, "Fine, as you know I will be getting a team soon, I need the bells." "S-sure." Naruto grabbed the bells and left.
Naruto then appeared in the Hokage's office as Jiraiya had told him too. They talked for a moment until Jiraiya got serious, "Remember Naruto, these are kids you can't leave them alone, always keep an eye on them." "Yeah yeah I know, 'they are the next generation of shinobi!' or whatever." Jiraiya nodded, "Good, you are team 12, make sure to train them well, we're both going to get yelled at if they don't pass the exams." Naruto nodded.
-In the academy-
Every student was eagerly waiting to know their team and sensei. "I bet I get on the best team!" "No, I will!" they were all talking until the door slammed open, "Hello everyone, it is me, the greatest shinobi in the entire leaf village!" most of the students just ignored him. "Shut up Konohamaru, you have one of the worst grades in the class! I can't believe you are a part of the Sarutobi clan, us Hyuga are much better!"
"That's only what they want you to think! I actually have such a high grade that if the world knew about it the other villages would try and assassinate me, not that I would have any issues taking on any Kage!" someone in the corner groaned, "My God let me sleep, I've only slept 11 hours!" Konohamaru screamed, "Shuzaku, how the hell are you always tired!" Shuzaku just groaned.
Iruka walked through the door, "Calm down everyone, today is the big day! When I call your team and sensei please stand up and follow them." "Yes, Iruka sensei!" Iruka went through many different people until they reached Naruto's team. "Konohamaru Sarutobi, Hanabi Hyuga, and Shuzaku Nara. your sensei is Naruto Uzumaki." Shuzaku ground he knew this team would be exhausting. Hanabi and Konohamaru started arguing about how their teams could be switched
Naruto then appeared at the front of the class. Both Konohamaru and Hanabi looked at him, "It's you!" they both screamed. 'Damn, they know me. This is going to be such a pain.' "Meet me at training ground three, now!" Naruto then left in a hurry. Jiraiya, who was watching in the crystal ball, slammed his hand on the table, "Naruto I tell you not to leave them alone and it's the first thing you do!" Naruto would give the bell test when they least expected it, it would see how well they could handle unexpected situations, which would be helpful on missions.
