Angry Raikage

*Knock*

After returning to the hidden cloud village, the first thing Sato did was knock on the Raikage's door.

Itachi, standing behind Sato, was becoming more and more cold. He was thinking about how to kill the Raikage and make it seem like an accident.

"Come in."

Raikage A called them in. The duo walked into the office cautiously. Sato took the opportunity to sense the Raikage's mood.

He needed to drop the news of making a zombie out of the Raikage's father. It was best if he did it when the Raikage wasn't angry.

"Sato, good job! I heard what happened in Konoha; you gave them hell. But it was too risky of a plan; you almost died this time."

Raikage first praised Sato and then warned him.

"We cannot let you take such a risk again. From now on, I forbid you from leaving the village. Until you can defeat me in a fight without two tails' help, you will live inside the hidden cloud."

"You are the next Raikage. I will not let anyone hurt you and get away with it."

When Raikage A heard that Danzo had almost killed Sato, he was going to rush over to Konoha and massacre them using his fists.

But Sato took care of his attacker and counter-killed Danzo. This was the only reason Raikage wasn't causing havoc in Konoha right now.

"Sure, I don't have a reason to leave the village anymore. I brought back the Uchiha clan. They were the reason I had to go. Now that they are under control, we can focus on our development."

Sato smiled. He looked at the Raikage's happy face and then took a deep breath.

"Talking about development, Raikage-sama, I have an idea. I wonder if you are okay with me reviving the third Raikage."

Sato decided to drop the news with zero foreshadowing. Raikage A's mood was good; this was the best time to tell him. Straightforward stuff worked well on the Raikage.

Raikage A at first was taken aback, then became enraged, but after a few seconds, his anger died down, and he became silent.

He put his head down, and the office became still. He was thinking, thinking about what Sato had just said to him.

'Is this a yes or a no?'

Watching the Raikage go through so many emotions and finally become silent, Itachi wondered if he should turn on his Mangekyo and Tsukuyomi the Raikage, as a precautionary measure.

"Revival..."

"If it wasn't you saying this, I would have attacked by now. But you are a smart boy; I am willing to listen."

"Is this revival thing related to what happened in Konoha? Tell me what this is all about."

Raikage A asked grimly. Being the Raikage, he knew this information was big. Their borders were currently unstable; Hidden Stone was trying to test the Hidden Cloud after the Uchiha clan shifted to their village.

If Sato's revival plan was what it sounded like, this was a great way to avoid fighting another war so soon.

"It is related to Konoha, Raikage-sama. I forced them to hand over two forbidden jutsu from their village: Edo Tensei and Spiritualization Technique."

"The first one revives people, but their bodies will be made of soil and paper. The second jutsu lets the user separate their soul from their bodies."

"I have made a deal with Lady Tsunade to create fresh new bodies for some people. If the Edo Tensei zombies use the Spiritualization jutsu, they can separate their souls and enter their newly made living bodies."

"Effectively reviving them once more. There is just... one little problem with this whole thing."

Sato chose his words carefully before speaking.

"The revived person needs to stay as a zombie for a while. To truly revive, they need to learn the S-class difficulty Spiritualization jutsu. Tsunade-sama also needs time to create their new bodies."

"So basically, they will have to live as a broken zombie made of dirt until they are ready to move on to their real bodies."

Sato explained everything clearly. Now he and Itachi were waiting for the Raikage's reaction.

Sato wasn't too worried anymore. If the Raikage wanted to get angry, he would have become angry by now. But Itachi didn't know the Raikage's personality. He was prepared to fight and had his eyes on the Raikage.

*Bang*

The Raikage suddenly banged the table before him, causing Sato to jump and Itachi to reflexively turn on his Mangekyo.

The Raikage immediately noticed Itachi's weird eyes but ignored the boy in favor of Sato.

"Great! This is great, Sato! The problem you mentioned isn't a problem at all! We are the Hidden Cloud village; every single one of us can do anything for our village."

"Being made of dirt and paper is no problem. Who cares about that? My father won't mind, and neither do I care. Go ahead, Sato; I give you my permission."

"If this jutsu works as you said it does, the Hidden Cloud will never fear death ever again!"

The Raikage was smiling widely. He was absolutely shocked. Konoha had a jutsu that can revive dead people; it was a scary thing.

He had never heard of anything like that. Konoha never even used this jutsu in wars before. Why didn't they use it? Just because the revived human has a body made of dirt and paper? Absurd.

He can guarantee that nobody in the Hidden Cloud would mind having a body made of dust; this was such a small price to pay for a second life.

"Really...? Huh, I didn't think you would agree this easily, Raikage-sama."

Sato blinked. This was a surprise; the Raikage was more open-minded than he thought.

Waving his hand, Raikage A snorted.

"What? Did you think I would get angry and beat you to a pulp? Are you surprised by how I can tell? I have eyes, you fool."

"I can see that your bodyguard, Uchiha, is constantly trying to think of ways to kill me."

The Raikage grinned and showed his canine teeth to Itachi, which made Sato freeze.

'Dammit, Itachi, why are you making it so obvious!'

Sato cursed Itachi, but Itachi was being Itachi.

"I am only doing what I should do."

The Raikage slowly stopped smiling and narrowed his eyes. If Itachi asked for forgiveness right away, the Raikage wouldn't care, but Itachi was showing him no respect or fear. Now this was getting personal.

"Uchiha brat, turn off your Sharingan. I won't say it a second time."

The Raikage clenched his fist. In response, Itachi's eyes shone brighter. Instead of turning off his Mangekyo, he activated it at full power.

"Sato, you go back, start preparations for the Edo Tensei. I will be back after teaching your bodyguard a lesson."

"This brat needs to know who he should and shouldn't fight against."

*BANG*

Before Sato could do something to stop them, Raikage rushed towards Itachi and rammed the guy through the Raikage building.

*Boom*

The next thing you know, loud booming noises were coming from the village below. Sato quickly looked out of the window and saw a large yellow Susanoo facing off against a lightning-clad muscular man.

Sato looked speechlessly. Raikage and Itachi had exact opposite personalities; no wonder they fought against each other directly.

"What do I do? Do I stop them? Naah, I am going home."

"I am sure they will be fine. Itachi has the Eternal Mangekyo; Raikage has both of his arms. They should be good, I hope."

Sato shrugged and whistled away, ignoring the screams of panic and the giant chakra avatar fighting behind him.

"I wonder if Hinata missed me."

*Aaaah, help*

"... must be the wind."

Sato quickly ran away from the fight. He didn't have Matatabi's chakra; he had no business going anywhere near that thing. This wasn't his problem, nuh-uh.
