But setting up a shop in the village will need permission from the Hokage.
"How the hell I am going to get permission from those arrogant Uchiha" Akira thought to himself with a frustrated expression.
While walking, Akira came to the Konoha's marketplace. And there was a commotion going on at this time.
The source of this commotion was the Uchiha.
Akira saw some of the Uchiha members openly harassing civilians. Akira did not do anything more. He just watched.
He saw two Uchiha people in the name of tax collection, taking money from the shopkeeper.
This kind of thing is normal in this version of Konoha but today for some reason it was creating commotion. Akira had no idea why this was happening but he did not plan to interfere.
Eventually, he will be taking action and trying to remove the Uchiha clan. He is not sure why Mr Santa sent him here but he is sure that it has something to do with the current ruling clan of Konoha. After all, in the entire Naruto anime, the Uchiha clan is the main cause of the entire story and all the chaos was caused by them.
He still lingers around the find out what exactly was happening here.
"Believe me I don't have more money. I already gave you all I had" said the shopkeeper.
"Are you telling me that you will not pay taxes?" One of the Uchiha said and pushed the shop owner.
Everyone was watching this. Although those Uchiha were saying that this was taxes obviously they needed the money for themself.
"Seems like they are asking more than usual today," Akira thought to himself.
"It's only natural that the corruption will increase if there is no force to stop them." Akira thought to himself.
Seeing the shopkeeper, Akira wanted to help but was not sure how. He looked around and spread his senses. knowing that there was no shinobi observing him. He decided to do something.
He secretly formed hand signs and quietly said.
"Genjutsu - Unfocus," Akira said and targeted both the Uchiha people in front of him.
This was a special Genjustu he created for a situation like this. In fact, he ended up creating many Jutsu over the years. He does not like to announce himself but he is somewhat of a genius himself.
Besides all the special Jutsu he recreated like Rasengan. There were many more techniques which he created on his own.
The effect of Akira's Jutsu was immediate. Both the Uchiha thugs constantly lose focus and leave the shopkeeper alone.
Akira after that quickly got away from there.
"It's only time before I take action against the Uchiha clan," Akira thought to himself.
With that said Akira went back to his home. Today he was about to finally test out the one technique which is going to start his real journey in the shinobi world.
Shadow Clone Jutsu.
Till this point, he was training himself but the speed was too slow.
Although even that speed can be considered astronomical by normal standards still Akira was not satisfied with this. In fact, a major reason he was not able to improve as much as he could have was because he had to spend a long time either doing absolutely pointless things or acting like he was just a normal kid. Not to mention he was not able to do any kind of high-intensity training.
So mostly he spends his time doing physical training and some low-key elemental control training.
The only thing he was actually able to accomplish in all this time was that he was able to make blueprints of all the important Jutsu he might or might not want. In fact, he ended up creating more than just Jutsu but until he actually made those things usable, it's all on paper and pointless.
This is the exact reason the very first Jutsu that Akira needed was Shadow Clone Jutsu.
Right now he has enough chakra to make around 3 clones. However, the technique itself is not completed yet.
Akira thought about this and signed.
Akira after this directly went home. Well his home is the Orphanage.
While going there is also did a particular breathing technique which was increasing the speed of chakra rotation inside his body and making the chakra more efficient. Not to mention this particular breathing exercise also increase the Oxygen capacity of his body.
By the time he reach the Orphanage he immediately eat anything available for him and went out.
First he went out to the forest area. He have training session with a particular Taijustu master of Konoha.
Then he have to go work some part time jobs to earn some money. If possible he would like to get his own rental apartment by the end of this year.
And then ultimately he have to also learn how to do Shadow Clones Jutsu. This is the most important part for the time being.
